I have been a client for 5+ years and come here often, mostly for deep tissue massages. Sometimes I treat myself to other services. I have always received excellent care and service. Most receptionists recognize me when I call, which feels great, and they know when I'm having a bad day and sometimes I get fruit & cookie treats. Love it! Often taking the first appointment of the day, I have experienced a few 15-20 minute delays in opening. I like to hope there is a very good reason for this. I overlook it because I enjoy coming here so much. And they do make up for it, always! I continuously recommend my friends and clients to this spa, and hope to convert them :)

Got the massage and facial package. Massage was okay, nothing too special but the facial was amazing???? Pearl did a great job!! Did so good that my friend AND myself fell asleep while she worked on us because we felt THAT relaxed???? both amazing, kind women! Definitely coming back for another facial with Pearl:))

I love their massages! All of their therapists are super sweet and know just the right spot to touch. I fall asleep every single time! For the price point, I think it's a really good value for the quality of the massages you're getting. They're also very accommodating because I usually only go after work last minute when I'm extremely tired and in need of "me time"... usually they're able to book me in same-day! Not a big fan of the facials though, but that's because I'm not a fan of using needles as a way to extract pores. I broke out from it almost immediately the last time :( Still going to come back because all the ladies there are wonderful.

HORRIBLE! Strongly not recommended. I wish I could give them zero stars. I scheduled a massage here on a whim a while ago, it was a little expensive for what it was but I decided to go ahead and book an RMT session the following week since this place is a 2 second walk from my front door. I got a call on the morning of scheduled RMT appointment saying that they needed to rebook me due to a scheduling conflict. Ok no problem, things happen and I get that. So I rebooked for the following week... this time I get a call about an hour before my appointment saying that they needed to rebook me for the weekend. They were unaplogetic and pretty rude about the whole situatuon. Very frustrating. Last time I checked, we as customers have to pay a no-show/cancellation fee for changes inside a 24 hour period. I feel like George Constanza in that episode of Sienfeld here where he tried to charge his service provider with a change fee. This place has no regard for customer service. Stay away. It's over priced anyways and there are a number of other places down the street. Not recommended.

I scheduled the Love Spa Package ($168/3hrs - Full Body Exfoliation Scrub, Moor Essential Mud Bath and Aromatherapy Body Massage) and a pedicure. My appointment was booked for 12noon, but when I showed up at 11:45AM the place wasn't open for business. I called the business number and they told me that someone should be there soon. The treatment was fine and I had an enjoyable experience. When I went to pay, the receptionist informed me that I was REQUIRED to tip a minimum of $20 because my appointment took a long time. It was not stated anywhere on the website, the receptionist didn't tell me when I booked, nor did anyone tell me when I was signing in for my appointment. The receptionist was apparently told by the esthetician that $20 was their minimum tip.

My gf vist that place today and here is her feedback: Quality of massage was very nice, masser Yivon was very professional and always asking if she was comfortable. However after session she went to pay and Yivon asked for minimum $10 tip and that make my gf to feel uncomfortable even though she was about to tip her. There is nowhere written anything about mandatory amount of tip. I dont think she will visit again.

I loved my experience with the staff at My Spa. I had a smooth booking for a facial and a massage with Lucy. She has very experienced hands, being able to release all my knots and tension in my neck and shoulders. She was also very knowledgeable on skin . Can't wait to come back for other services! :)

Really nice facial from Lucy very relaxing until the end. My biggest pet peeve with places like this is when they try start selling you products during your treatment. With about 15-20 minutes to go, out came the sales pitch. Treatment time is for relaxing. Talk products to me afterwards not during.

Purchased a Groupon awhile ago to try this massage place out as it’s close to my home and have been a regular customer ever since. The prices can’t be beat, the spa is super clean and they follow Covid guidelines to a tee. Yivon and Lucy are amazing. I’ve gotten massages and facials and they have all been great.

It's my first time visiting this place. My husband and I did a couple massage last week. I had a hot stone massage and my husband had an accupressure massage. It was wonderful and relax. The service is good and Pearl, the owner is nice. I definitely will go back again.

1. If you say you open from 11, make sure you come at least 11:30 for the appointment! I had to wait for 15 minutes and was about to leave when they finally showed up 2. INFORM the client that you are going to clean pores with a needle (I did facial - whitening) After the treatmet I had red dots all over my face because of your cleaning!!! What if I had to go out that night?!?!?! Moreover, I have 3 disgusting pimples now - exactly at the spots that you were touching with that needle. Coincedence? I don't think so! 3. Lucy did great job with the massage.

They're nice... But that's where it ends. They don't seem to have the proper equipment or set up for the services they offer. I spent my manicure sweating my balls off wondering if I was going to get a disease from the tools that were produced from an old, grotty holder - no evidence of sanitization. You have to sit in a perpetual spinal twist in the chair for them to get both hands, and they rest your hands on stained, ratty towels. Left with nails cut in odd, asymmetrical shapes. Paid 50 bucks for the privilege, and had to fix my nails at home.
