Got a great deal on Groupon so decided to give it a try. Friendly staffs ! Massage was awesome ! Really relaxing and professional. Mani and pedi are great as well ! I had Benice and she's awesome !! The store is clean and everything was great except the music was a bit too loud ! :) Will definitely go back again !!

Amazing service, so-so facial. Affordable prices though. Edit - addition : I originally gave a 3 star because the price was OK but the facial was not as expected (described on their advertisement). It was a low-mediocre at most. Then I got a phone call regarding my "three stars review" asking why and it was an awkward conversation where I felt I was convinced to change my review. Which they could just respond to the post. Very awkward.. probably best not to leave your personal phone number with them.

This is my go-to place for pedis and manis. And I've had LOTS of pedicures and manicures around the city. Sam is AMAZING. Do not confuse Cranberries with "chop-shops" where you get a super-cheap (and super-poor-quality) hack job on your nails. It's slightly higher priced and completely worth it. This is also not to be compared with Spa Utopia or Absolute Spa where you walk around in a terry robe with annoying pan-flute music playing all day and eat kale salad - if that's what you're looking for, book at one of those places. This is a place where you can get acupuncture, facials, the BEST brazilian or other waxing (my husband even gets his back done here!), incredible gel polish with several mani/pedi options....I have regular appointments here throughout the month for all my esthetic needs. I would never, EVER go anywhere else. Top notch services, top notch products, and top notch gals!! They're the best.

Great place for your pedicure/manicure! It is located near the hotel Rosedale on Robson and a perfect spot for us to run to before the "last minute things to do" before attending a wedding in Vancouver. The staff at this spa are great- it is cozy and customer oriented. We were offered tea, water, magazines and had exceptional service with some RnR. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!

The treatments are well lined with luxury standards and ancient practices, the product Babor that all about to experience only couple of luxury spas in Canada hold up to. Cranberries Spa is hands down the best place to get a brazilian. I have been getting brazilians for a couple of years now, and I have tried to find a local area that does it right. However, no one does it like Cranberries. It's as painless as you can get :D , and efficient!! I drive 45min to get it done at Cranberries, but it is worth the drive because I know it will be done right. They also promote natural health and cleanliness. They are the only spa I have ever been to that leaves a moist towelette to just clean yourself up before getting waxed. This is sanitary and allows you to know that your health and safety is just as important to them as it is to you. Hands down the best place to go for a wax. They also use hard wax, which once you experience it, you'll never go back. Check out Cranberries Spa!! You won't regret it!!

BEST mani's & pedi's ever!! My fist experience with Cranberries was for my wedding. I got a french manicure with the gel polish. My nails looked amazing. They use high quality products so my mani lasted for over 6 weeks with no discoloration in the sun which was good because we were in Mexico. My sister who had the same mani from another place, the white in her nails turned yellow. I love cranberries so much I will drive 45 minutes to get my nails done.

The "technician" who did my nails was extremely messy an continuely tried to get me to change my mind with gel colours. From afar my nails are fine but close up, they are something I should not have paid $40 for. I would like to know if the staff here have a background in beauty therapy or nail services. I won't be going back.

We were in Vancouver prior to leaving on a cruise and needed 4 pedicures. We did not make an appt but stopped in @ Cranberries Spa. There were only 2 employees on at the time but they called in 2 more to accommodate us! And the sweet, professional gal who did my pedicure assured me that it would last the entire trip. Would highly recommend Cranberries to anyone. Went in for a body scrub and massage: left feeling unbelievably relaxed. Quaint little spa with great prices and convenient location. Kelly was amazing.

Awesome place to go for pedicure and massage. I went to do my pedicure, they did great job.Staff were very friendly and I ended up extending my treament to 90m relaxation massage. omg! massage was mind blowing, I felt so relax after treatment. I totally recomment for pedicure and and massage. Cranberriesspa will be my go to place for pedicure.

Great spa! Before I would let my mum get a pedicure I asked about their cleaning products. They had no issue showing me everything they use including the industrial cleaning solution. The ladies were fantastic, we had them laughing the whole time we were there. I highly recommend this spa.

Not happy with my manicure at all! You'd expect to have a nice clean professional look after paying $45+, but my nails look so tacky, uneven and messy! Super disappointed! The nail technician wasn't gentle at all while filing my nails, so I knew the whole experience wasn't going to be pleasant! She was super rough, accidentally filing skin off from my fingers, and she'd slip multiple times- not fun! Wouldn't recommend!

I was in Vancouver last week, I had a pedicure & a mini manicure with gel nail polish at Cranberries Spa. My first time pedicure and I loved it. The whole environment is very relaxing and Kelly who did my pedicure is great. I enjoyed the mini manicure as well. I definitely recommend this spa to all friends. Next time I will go from facial and full manicure. The staff there are very professional and knowledgeable.

Got a manicure here and it was just okay. My nails were cut too short, the shapes were off, my cuticles look awful and the application was messy. I could have done just as good a job myself. Won't be back.
