Awful experience. I've bought a groupon for a one hour massage and mani pedi. The massage was weak, even after i told them twice to go stronger. Then i decided to upgrade to a shellac mani pedi and they had a selection of 13 colors... 13!!! Very disappointing! Pedi was ok but the mani is very bad, with wrinkles and shredded borders. She had to take off the polish and restart the application all over. Worst part is the morning after i completely lose the polish on two fingers. I've emailed them with a picture and never replied. Save your money!!!! We have plenty of nice spa in Vancouver!

Excellent service!! The spa is super clean and organized. The staff is polite and helpful. Awesome manicure and pedicure. My favourite!!! Massage is so good you want to stay there forever. The receptionist is lovely and she is always helping around. They always serve me with coffee/tea while I am being treated. Highly recommend Brisa Spa. The location is really great. You can catch a bus on Granville street. Theres a bus stop right in front of the Spa. 10/10.

Me and my partner had a wonderful experience at Brisa Spa, and Amelia was our specialist for all things facial - her service was impeccable, smooth and extremely attentive to our bone structure and skin sensitivity. The environment is exceptionally bright with natural light and wood elements, with a fantastic selection of Brazilian background music. Nathalie, the owner, has such a warm and welcoming personality that gives all customers entering the Spa an instant smile :) Last but not least, for those driving there the establishment has garage spots available for customers! This was the best massage I've ever had. I've only ever had deep tissue massage for sports injuries, and they hurt! I booked a 90 minute relaxation massage and it was soooo relaxing. I came out feeling refreshed and calm. I highly recommend.

Visited Brisa Spa today to do my eyelashes. Amelia was very nice and professional. While she was doing my eyelashes I was asking so many questions and information about various services that they provide and she actively responded to all my questions. She made me very comfortable as it was my first experience of eyelash. Later, did a touch up on my eyebrows, and it was done by another professional girl Natalie, she was amazing too. Gave me a information about eyebrows how you can take care of them. Natalie has always been a first person whom I ask for a beauty tip. She is wonderful at her work and very nice person to talk to. On the whole, my first experience at Brisa Spa was amazing. Never had a such a great customer service before. Keep going Girllzz !!
