Absolutely brutal service. Didn't return emails, didn't show up for site inspections and over 7 months after my initial contact, I finally get them to admit (of course they didn't contact me, I had to ask them directly) that I won't be getting a pool this year. Started contact Jan 4th to ensure pool installation early in the season...just got the run around the whole time and I finally contacted Aqua Bay who can put one in within 2 weeks!

They will book an appointment with you and then not show up. Have had this on 2 separate occasions now. After buying a new pool from them and having them install it, I figured the customer service would be better, guess I was wrong. I’ll be taking my future business elsewhere, and I suggest others do as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone, unless you like waiting around forever for them to show up.

An absolute waste of time and money dealing with this company for a hot tub repair. We were double charged the amount quoted for a pump without being notified about the drastic price increase prior it being installed/billed.The repair was not done properly as the initial issue was not fixed and the pump that was installed was leaking water everywhere below. After not being listened to by the repairman we spoke with the owner about what was going on and asked to have the pump removed. We confirmed a day and time to have it removed. When the day came the repairman informed me that he wouldn't be coming because his boss (the owner) closed the store for winter hours and that he would have to come the next day. I had to book off time for this and missed an appointment. I would not recommend this company at all for a hot tub repair to anyone!!

It was a little slow getting it in this spring mostly due to covid and supplier problems and weather... But once they got started it was up and running in 2 days and we have loved it since. Definitely will be our go to place in the future.

We have been dealing with Trent Pools & Spas for 5 years. You would think that after 5 years we would have a relationship in which we would be receiving good customer service with them. Well this is not the case at all. It is always impossible to get a call back or get anything booked in. We decided to have a roller installed this year on our 12 x 28 oval above ground pool. Last year purchased the solar cover and expressed our concerns that it was too big but was told "well that's what we are selling". When the team came to install the roller (after months of waiting), the tech said he didn't even work for the company anymore. The team seemed unsure when doing the work and seemed to have issues. We asked if the cover needed trimmed and they said nope. So we didn't have it done. Well the roller did not function properly and one of the straps that holds the cover on fell off in the first few days. We asked them to return and make the cover fit as it just bunches up on the roller. They did and it STILL doesn't fit or roll out properly. They said oh it takes time. We have visited many other ppl with pools who had this installed by other companies and the roller rolls out the cover perfectly. The smaller half of ours doesnt even go over the pool we have to manually do it Also one of the straps holding the cover is on backwards. When we asked them to return we were told to get in the pool and do it ourselves. What a JOKE. End result this does not function well.
