Revamped will undoubtably be my new place to go for any hair care needs. I went from long hair to very short with Ashleys help, not only did she do an amazing job she was constantly talking with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I would undoubtably recommend this place.

My mom and myself went to revamped to get colour and cuts. First off I will say my moms hair turned out amazing. Erin did an amazing job and my mom was so pleased after. The reason I am leaving 3 stars is because my hair was nothing like I wanted. I felt like jess did not listen to what I wanted (even after showing a photo reference) she seemed very distracted and kept taking phone calls. I don’t mind being friendly and sharing personal stuff, however it should still feel professional. After she did my hair and dried it I had chunks on blonde streaks (this was not what I wanted and explained again to her what I wanted) she added colour again to my hair to fix it. When it was done for the second time, it was nice don’t get me wrong, but again not what I asked for at all. However I did not want her putting anymore colour on my head so I paid and left. Overall I was extremely upset and sad about my hair. As nice as the salon was I will not be going back as Jess did not listen and it seemed she was more worried about her personal life.

I went in to Revamped Hair Design just before Christmas 2020 to purchase a gift certificate for the spa services. Staff and clients inside were not wearing masks in direct violation of public health orders. I wish I had reported this to the health unit immediately. I will not be going back to Revamped Hair Design. If they are not following public health orders to wear masks during the COVID pandemic, in a service industry where physical distancing is not possible, then what other health and safety protocols are they ignoring.

Erin is the best hairdresser that I ever had in my life. She takes time to make sure of what you want and she do it! Went there on Tuesday for a balayage and a cut. My hairs are just wow!! I will go back there for sure!

I had not enjoyed my experience as I felt that erin was most busy on herself then my hair. She has someone else wash and dry my hair while only spening a few minutes to cut my hair. When she said she would check my hair to make sure we were both happy with it before I left, someone else came back to me and said she will cash me through for erin. I felt like it was rushed, my hair is uneven and I wont be back.
