Although I am unable to use PhysioHouse because I have to rely on where OHIP will cover me, I sure wish I could! I called just to see if they took OHIP patients and had a lovely talk on the phone with the receptionist. She helped direct me to the one place in Trenton and the one place in Belleville, that are allowed to accept OHIP patients by the government. Awesome conversation and it was very apparent that she not only knew what she was talking about, but cared that I got in to someone quickly.

I had an appointment yesterday to see Dr Sullivan and after it was over the ladies asked how I felt. I honestly wasnt sure at first, I knew I felt better then when I walked in. But now being the next day, I feel sooooooo much better then when I've been in the past month. I thought I was going to have to just deal with the pain for the last 3 weeks of my pregnancy. It doesnt hurt as much anymore to get out of bed or even just getting up off a chair lol. So I'm making sure I do my exercises so it doesnt start hurting again. So thank you! *Adding on. Very appreciative of the phone call to see how I was doing and gave me some great advice!! Will be back soon!!!

Okay, 5 star review for my very first visit, right down to the initial phone call to book the apt. I've had ongoing issues with my back and it's been incredibly "angry" lately. I chose to skip the doctors office as I knew they would just prescribe pain meds that mask the real issue. I called to book an appointment and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Initially, I inquired about massge therapy but she directed me towards physio and I'm SO happy she did. I was booked with Rachel, as the receptionist said she's "amazing", and she was not kidding!!! Rachel took her time, asked me questions to figure out what was going on, did a massage and cupping, got rid of the terrible knot that had been causing me SO much pain and gave me a list of exercises to strengthen my core and glutes. Which I'm sure my husband will appreciate too ????????. I am SO happy that I chose to go to Physiohouse! It was so easy and convenient especially since they direct billed to my insurance. Cannot wait to go for my follow up! Thank you so much!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is awesome. Pat and Danielle at the front desk are always smiling and so friendly. I went in to get a forearm injury looked at by Rachel and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly! My arm feels x10 better after 30 minutes with her. Thank you so much!

I first met Kyle a few years ago when he was working at the Physio Clinic at CFB Trenton where he helped me get my shoulder back in shape after surgery. His quick professional work and flexible hours were a god send allowing me to get back to work in quick order. Since then I have worked with him outside of his profession and I have found him to be a great guy with a passion for what he does. Great location too!

I went into Physiohouse for my first acupuncture treatment for hip pain which I have been experiencing for years. Sarah was amazing, she is clearly passionate about what she does and has a gentle professional manner. She explained every placement and what the pins were influencing while being attentive to make sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort. I was skeptical before my appointment but after a week of almost no pain I cannot say enough good things. Physiohouse staff were all friendly, intake was easy, the clinic was very clean and the covid procedures in place and very clear. Thank you Sarah and Physiohouse!

The treatment I received as a customer there was horrible. I was being treated through wsib for an injury that received at work. The last treatment I received by Maricel left my neck and shoulder muscles in horrible shape. I had to miss work because of it. When I phoned to see if I could get in to get help from them it was nothing but problems and them telling me that because of the situation they couldnt put it through my benefits. They also told me that I would have to be fully assessed again. I wouldnt go there again if my leg was hanging off and this was the last place on the planet open!!! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!!! ........... They won't let me respond to what you said below so I will do it here....I didnt get a chance to talk to your practitioner and as far as speaking rudely to your staff the worst thing i said was that this is the worst service ive ever received ever!!!! I have spoken to wsib myself and they were sorry to hear about the poor service I received. Leaving me so I can't even turn my head and your one employee being just straight up rude to me. Nice try though... And as far as it goes I wouldnt even take a referral from you guys.
