They overcharge for acrylics and do a terrible job as well as make your cuticles bleed. They also charge 5$ for a “extra” pedicure mask but it’s just lotion that should be included for what you are paying for. This was before businesses were charging 5$ for added costs associated with the pandemic . Worst place I have ever been . Don’t waste your money .

The pedicure was terrible. The polish totally uneven and the nails a mess. I could have asked anyone off the street and they would have made a better job. For the manicure I asked for bio-gel I have no idea what he put on my nails but within a week 2 had popped off and the bottom at the ridges chipping!! This was definitely not bio-gel! I asked for a light pink polish instead I got a slightly pink clear that showed my nails as being 2 toned. I also was way overcharged , when I asked why they said they had to close for the lockdown so added on to the prices. I can not understand how this place is still open!

Incredibly kind staff. The man doing my nails was very sweet and held a very friendly conversation. However, the services I paid for were not up to par. I had gel nails put on and they looked like little speed bumps on my nails and horribly shaped. My cuticles were cut too close so they were very tender and the shellac that was put on my fingers and toes blistered and peeled after I went home and showered. I ended up removing the nails and putting on drugstore fakes for the event I had that night. I would take their customer service in another salon any day.

Probably the worst service I’ve ever received. They didn’t have any of the neutral colours I would have wanted, the nail painting was not good, not clean and they left me with bubbles in my shellac polish. They got glue stuck on my skin and were going to make me go home with it. My nail shapes are inconsistent, they were putting cuticle oil on my skin and not on my actual cuticles - very unprofessional and barely understand or speak English making the experience all that more frustrating. Do not recommend.. never going back again.

I asked for gel and they used acrylic product on me. When I continued to ask, they said it was still gel. Proper gel is a goopy product that drys under a nail light and it's shiny. But they used the powder and liquid for acrylic and my nails were dull and they're rock hard. Opposite of what gel is. Their gel price is $35 but instead I paid $50 for some reason. I will not be coming back here. All my nails seem unevenly filed as well

Service was good although, had to have technician file may nails down because of very sharp edges. Now all is good.

The person who worked on my nails was kind of rough, they cut my finger with the sanding tool. All the shapes were different, some totally lopsided. And on several nails the gel I got didn’t even reach the back of my nail! Like it’s already grown out for a week. They were nice enough, easy to fix.

Very impersonal and unprofessional. I felt rushed and no one else was even there waiting. It took under 15 minutes to do a shellac manicure and it was peeling that night!!!!! The price was $25 but I was charged $40 ... never going back!

I went in here about two years ago and she ripped my nails off and took a chunk of my real nail off and pressured me In to getting a wax on my chin I tell people to not go here cause this lady doesn't know what she is doing u don't just rip off nails like come on lady

My mom and I tried this place out as we have recently moved to the surrounding area. We came in to have shellac manicures. The lady who did my moms nails was not nice and rushed through her nails. No massage or lotion or anything. At the end she walks away and my mom says "um are you done?" And she said "YES. DONE". The man who did my nails, although nice, did a terrible job. I had a broken nail and it literally looks worse then it did before- and I was charged $5 for it to look the way it does (see pictures- TERRIBLE quality- and when I showed him he just quickly shaved it down and sent me on my way). Nailpolish left on fingers, uneven polish/nails, skin still around my fingers, etc. For the price, it was NOT worth it. My mom and I get our nails done every three weeks and we've never been so unhappy with a service in our life. Will NOT be back.

Best friend and I went to get our eye brows waxed. We both like our brows thin,well the lady didn't want to do them that way and persisted on telling us they should be thick cause thin brows on BIGGER girls doesn't look right. Well after that comment I'm like you'll do them the way we want them.. deff won't be going back very very rude.

I really am not one to do this but I had such a bad experience here. My sister and I both left bleeding, the man filed our cuticles so aggressively that they opened. Then that night in the shower, the shellac just peeled right off. I look like i’ve been in a fist fight. Just terrible and still sore two days later..

i did not enjoy my experience. while i was there, another customer at the salon was also unhappy with her nails. when both of us explained why we were unhappy with the finished result, the staff didn't care. (we also voiced things prior to the man finishing our nails and he didn't listen and continued to talk over her and i) the place was VERY rushed and unorganised. they filed both index fingers and middle fingers on both hands crooked. got nail polish all over my fingers, and unfortunately sanded (with the sponge buffer) my pinky and cut me. my shellac look sloppy. i will not go back here.

Worst polish job I have ever had. Base coat and polish does not even colour my whole nail. I paid for and chose colour changing polish but it does not change colour. I don’t think the right top coat was applied. There’s a nick in my nail from terrible filing, and he was very rough. Don’t waste your money going here.

Worst experience of my life. 3 nails broke the day after I got them done and when they fixed them they turned out even worse !!!! So sloppy and no care so upset and very disappointed. I would not recommend anyone trusting this business with their nails.

Called ahead for a pedicure was told it would be $32.00. I went ahead with the Service when I got there there was people ahead of me which I totally understand I did not book an appointment. I sat at my chair with my feet in the water for about 10 minutes when they came over to start my pedicure everything was going fine as she was taking the calluses off she put the dirty sponge with my skin on it in the water and let it float around the whole time so now there’s dirty skin in my water. Then she dropped the buffer on the ground where there’s dirt and hair and flies picked it up and proceeded to use the same one on my feet I asked for a French pedicure I also added a five dollar charge for a massage that I didn’t receive. I also get acrylic nails at a different salon and the whole time she proceeded to tell me that I needed to get my nails done there and I needed to fill my whole pedicure all she talked about was me getting my nails done there after I’ve told her no thank you I go somewhere else. In the end I paid $61 for something I was told that would’ve costed 32 with an additional five dollar massage charge so it should’ve been maybe $45 with tax. Absolutely disgusted with their treatment in their clients as well there is a man who came in hard of hearing for a pedicure and they talked about him behind his back and ignored him when he couldn’t hear them!! As someone who works in the healthcare field this is absolutely disrespectful and disgusting I will not be back, nor will I recommend.

Awful experience, i arrived while no one was at the salon and the lady started my nails then left me as soon as another women entered asking for a pedicure. about half an hour later the man continued where the women left off. He was polite however extremely rough and cut me and left my cuticles very red and sore as seen in the picture. My nails themselves are slightly crooked but im more upset about how gross and busted my fingers now look. Also overpriced. Will not be going back.

They work hard and do their best to satisfy their clients. They stayed late on a saturday to do extra work for clients that kept coming in. I was very thankful. Love their work!
