Here we offer you all the reviews of real people who buy the products of Ye’s Perfect Nails Spa (Spa) in Toronto (Canada).
At present this business receives a score of 4 stars out of 5 and this score is based on 61 reviews.
You must have seen that its rating is really high, and it is based on a large number of feddbacks, so we can be pretty sure that the rating is quite credible. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to put evaluations when these are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Spa corresponds to the category of Nail salon.
I went in to get my dip powder nails soaked off. Instead she uses a fake nail to break the seal between my nail and the dip powder. I asked why not soak them off she says it will make my nail weak. Yet my nail bed is so sore on all my nail Luke warm water hurts them. I just wanted them soaked off. Not ripped off with a fake nail. Will never go here again.
Did a great job on my walk-in visit. I was sat immediately and my full set was completed quickly and efficiently. I am so pleased with my manicure. Would absolutely go again.
First Time: Came here for shellac, called in advance for a friend and I and they accomodated 1 of us at the time... Made the other person wait nearly 30 minutes. Ventilation is horrible in here. So stuffy, so much nail polish fumes, mini heaters on. They charged 5 dollars extra for a top coat of matte. The sanitation in this spot is very poor.... Things are broken.... Dirty... Unsanitary. Second Time: Came with friend right when they opened and it was a much better experience. My nails lasted 3 weeks without any chips. Did shellac only. I recomend coming in the AM. Paid $20 for shellac. Didn't need removal.
Very efficient and timely. My eyebrows looked great!
This place is really good I have been twice already and they are really nice. The place is tiny so I suggest to come early if its a walk in, or book an appointment.
Poor nail job and unsanitary AF.
Very careful and considerate Highly recommend !
Excellent nails and lovely ladies!
Great service and shellac nails didn't chip for 2 weeks!
Went because of the positive reviews and was not dissapointed. It's small but cozy and the atmosphere is very friendly. I forgot to ask her name but the employee who did my nails (fill+colour) took her time & was precise with everything she did. Come in on a weekday like I did (wed) and dont worry about waiting or having things rushed. Highly recommend!
Had been here several times. The guy is the best!!! He definitely has taste!! And I LOVE how he talks to me. Absolutely great service and great price.
Walked in off the street to get a mani pedi and had a very pleasant experience! The technicians were thorough and I love the way my nails look!
Me and my girlfriends decided to have a girls night out, get our nails done and go for dinner. Not familiar with the nails salon downtown, I googled nail salons in the area and this one was the closest to us and had decent reviews. The nail technician that was assigned to me was inexperienced. She took a bit longer with my pedi but it turned out fine. Then she started on my hands and it went downhill from there. As she was filing my nails, I could tell they weren't straight. I tried to show her what I was looking for by filing one nail but they all turned out uneven so in the end I asked her for the nail filer to file them myself. Before applying the shellac, she applied the oil that you put on in the end and one of the other nail technicians noticed and asked her what she was doing. She asked me to go clean my hands to get the oil off then began applying the shellac polish. When she put on the first coat I asked her if she could apply it on my whole nail and not leave any gaps. Her response was that she would be applying more coats. As shown in the pictures you can tell there are uneven gaps. By the end of this I was anxious to leave having sat there for almost 2 hrs, we were so hungry. My friend started at the same time was done for almost 45 mins. It didn't help that we both got the same colour and they look nothing alike. She had a really good nail technician and hers were perfect. I feel ripped off, I paid 30 for my shellac mani and it looks like I did it myself at home. I understand new nail technicians need to practice but they shouldn't be doing it on customers who are paying full price.
My nail polish was off the next day. Not professional
I come here almost every week. The girls are talented, quick, respectful and the prices are reasonable.
If you’re looking for an affordable place to get great quality manicures and pedicures, and aren’t interested in the frills, this is the place for you. The staff is friendly, accommodating and excellent at what they do. Their polish selection is great and not watered down. This place is really a hidden gem and I won’t go anywhere else downtown.
Extremely disappointed. I went to get a shellac polish change but it took 30 mins just to remove shellac, so I said I'll return another time for polish (was on my lunch break) so just finish shellac removal for now. I had clear shellac on before, so I didn't notice until I looked later - the lady helping me didn't even remove all the shellac! All the white patches are leftover shellac from my previous french manicure. And I paid for the removal, and tipped. Will not be returning.
This review comes a bit late but I thought it was important to share. I've been to many subpar salons in Toronto for a cheap manicure but this place was truly awful. When I walked in I saw many older women getting their nails done and getting intricate work so I was sure that the service would be great. Then, they got the young boy who was mopping the floor at the time to do my nails. He had NO CLUE what he was doing and they came out bloody and slanted with colour all over my fingers. I'm guessing that they got him to do my nails because I'm young and they figured I wouldn't tip well. It took me hours to fix what he did to my nails. Never ever ever visit this salon, even if you're desperate.
Great price, colour selection and super lovely women who work there. I always left feeling great about the service and quality received.
????❤️????I love my new Christmas festive manicure!!!
Don’t let the exterior or even the interior dismay you. The girls in this salon to an incredible job for those getting manicure and pedicures. I’m not sure how their other services are, but after coming here a handle of time I can safely say I am left thoroughly pleased/impressed.
Fantastic service, friendly staffs. Had regular pedicure two months ago, colour stayed very good, no chipped. I definitely came back to redone????????????????
Do not recommend
Do not recommend. Not sure if I got a new person for my mani but this is just two days old manicure and cuticle is just a huge mess. Ladies were nice & accommodating though!
A fabulous gel manicure that had been perfect for over a week! I will definitely go back to Ye’s.
Jenny is my nail tech of choice but I’ve seen their work and the techs are all talented. Highly recommend this nail bar! ♥️????????
Incredible job- bio gel with tips with 70s detail. Nails have held up over 2 weeks. Brought in a photo and he followed it perfectly. Highly recommend! Edit: first nail fell off after 3 weeks and the others are still going strong.
Not so hidden gem. This is my new spot. Great price, great shellac manicure. Highly recommend!
I got my nails done with the for the first time and I’m in love. It was such good service and they did an amazing job. I will definitely be going back. The person who did my nails was Aron and I’m very happy with the results.
Couldn't be happier with my refill and new colour! great service and amazing prices. This is definitely my new nail spot :) would absolutely recommend!!
I came to Perfect nails to get a full-set acrylic nails and TBH my experience started amazing the technician Jenny did a great job with my acrylic nails and great service so I decided to stay for a pedicure. Here is where my experience changed, not sure it the girl who did my pedicure is new but I truly didn’t enjoy the service at all. I am very ticklish when it comes to other people touching my feet so I told her if she could please do it slowly and she still did very rough and strong like I’d she didn’t understood what I was saying, then when it came the time to cut the cuticle omg she almost cut me since she was putting way too much pressure. I was literally scared since I didn’t saw them disinfected the material. I kept telling her not too much and again is like I was taking to a wall. Then when it came to the massage same... I told her to put less pressure and she was doing so rough that I truly didn’t like the experience! After this, she put easily like 4 layers of nail polish on my toes and they look so bulky. Is funny how one person can ruin your whole experience. My recommendation id you are looking to get your acrylic nails done go to Jenny, but DO NOT get a pedicure here.
Favourite nail salon in the city. Cozy convenient spot. Fast effective service
This is the very first time i have ever gotten my nails done this great. I'm very very happy with the way that I was treated, with the way that my nails came out, and how clean everything was. I definitely recommend this place to anybody that wants a good set of nails.
I had a bad experience the other day, but they were happy to fix my nails. Good customer service.
I keep coming back because it's AMAZING! Great prices, super friendly staff, incredible Job! Polish lasts forever, TONS of colour options and one of the few places that still massages your hands when you get a manicure!! Love.
I got Bio Gel. Not really happy with the result, the clearly have a of costumers so they try to do it as fast as they can, the result is pretty bad. It is definitely not worth $80. Also the girl (Don't know her name) tried to charge me more even tho their board clearly says Bio Gel $55. Not recommended.
I got bio gel here after a wonderful first experience somewhere else. They did such a messy job and when I pointed out I had polish on the skin around my cuticles he assured me that was the best way. It started peeling after 5 days and today (10 days later, and one day before Christmas) I had no choice but to get them removed. They were worse than shellac after 3 weeks!!! It cost $50 to get this done, and when I expressed my poor experience, they all pretended to not understand me, and still charged $10 for the removal. I literally don't even do dishes! They did such a bad job with the removal and cutting my nails. I wish I could attach a picture here! I pointed this out too and she said "well you should paint them then. " Not there! I would not recommend this salon for manicures.
Such a bad experience and a greedy owner. They left me waiting while picking customers that would spent more money on their services. So unprofessional and low quality at the end. Do not recommend.
