A luxe low-volume spa; great spot to go if you wish to avoid the crowds at much of the other spas.

Totally worth the splurge! I have been here twice. The first time was during full lockdown when only RMT service was offered and changerooms etc. were closed. It was nice to return to see the rest of the facilities and it is gorgeous! Staff are exceptionally trained. I did a body treatment with the terracotta heated stone with scented oils and it was divine. The attention to details and cleanliness made me feel safe and pampered even during the pandemic. Right now, you are also able to pre-book a time slot for private use of the steam room and lap pool, which I took advantage of. The steam room could have been hotter, but I suspect it was just a bit cool as I was the first appointment of the day and it may not have fully heated up. There is a sauna in the pool change room. There is also a jacuzzi next to the pool but it is currently closed. The spa lounge is so relaxing with a large selection of Sloane teas and small, individually wrapped snacks (I tried the dark chocolate and the peanut butter energy balls). There are no magazines or anything (probably because of COVID), so maybe bring your own reading material if you want to hang out there before/after your treatment. The change room is full stocked with dyson hair dryers, body lotion, hand sanitizer, razors, mouth wash, spray deodorant, combs and other essentials in case you forgot your own. They provide you with a locker, slippers, and robe. Highly recommend this spa - one of the best in the city out of the ones I have tried!

The treatment itself was great and customized to my needs. I understand the place is undergoing renovations for summer so I won't comment on the spa itself. My only hope is that with the new space there is some quiet rule in place for the lounge. The people around me were talking like they were in a coffee shop, plus it was so close to the reception with a lot of foot traffic I found it didnt make for a very relaxing atmosphere.

AMAZING RELAXATION EXPERIENCE in the heart of downtown Toronto. Each staff is courteous and polite. The place was very neat and luxurious-- especially the pool. However the lounge was a bit small. The free snacks and teas made up for it though! Definitely a place to visit if you want to have an upscale spa experience.

Very courteous staff, Devon is an excellent masseuse, I'd definitely come back!

Very pleased with the Swedish massage, I will visit again. Thank you...

When you feel like you need to be pampered but a set up from your local spa, St. Regis is it. I felt so pampered with an amazing deep tissue massage and then prosecco to finish. The raining shower head put the cherry on top. Super beautiful and chic place. I'd highly reccomend it.

My massage here we great but the lounge is pretty small and the pool on the 32nd floor isn’t anything special.

Professional staff and attentive service, 10/10 massage - would happily be back.

The lounge is really tiny but they are renovating next year so looking forward to how it will change.

By far the best experience we had ever with a spa in Toronto. ONE NAME TO GO TO AND THE ONLY MASSUESSE I RECOMMEND IS GEORGE! George is a personable and incredible person that knew how to take care of me and any issues I had with my body. I highly recommend here over the ritz or any other establishment and I look forward to making this location our goto place for every anniversary. Thank you all for making my wife’s and I experience unforgettable.

I needed a nice quiet date with myself, and this was the perfect spot. It was so quiet - the sauna was relaxing, the pool area was well kept, and the hot stone massage I received was really relaxing. I am not an avid spa girl, so maybe I'm a bit of an amateur at this kind of serviced life, but I loved it. Ended with a nice glass of complimentary Prosecco - just lovely.

The massage I had at the spa was one of - if not THE - best massage I've ever had. But the joy of the whole experience started at the door, staff is incredible, the products are gorgeous, the change room and lounge room set a new standard, plus I felt 100% safe the entire time despite our current climate with COVID. 10/10 recommend.

Lounge snacks are 10/10. George, my masseuse was great with the deep tissue massage. Steam room was small and basic. Nice decor and polite staff. Will come back for the pool.

I booked a massage for my birthday at the Iridium Spa. It was the best relaxation massage I've ever experienced. The staff were professional, very warm and welcoming. I was greeted at the front desk and given clear instructions and brought to the changing room. They had my locker set up. There was a birthday card and chocolate in my locker. The robe is soooo cozy and soft and the changing room is really nice. The massage therapist was really great and made me feel comfortable. The best part was being led to the beautiful lounge room after the massage - I was so relaxed, sitting on the comfy lounge chair overlooking the city skyline, I felt the most calm and at peace that I have in a long time. If you're okay with splurging, I highly recommend the Iridium spa!

I had a 60 minute Swedish massage with hot stone treatment. The different oil options were both gorgeous but I selected lavender - did not disappoint! Nice food and drink options while you wait or for afterwards to enjoy. The pool is complimentary with your treatment so bring your bathing suit to enjoy.

Small. For a 5-star hotel, it's a little disappointing. The pool access is on the floor above. I like how the Louis Louis restaurant is just right across

Scheduled a massage while staying at the Regis, super easy process. Very clean, followed COVID protocol. My therapist was amazing!

I went to check out the Spa after renovations. Was a great experience! Devon is an amazing RMT! I went in with a few injuries and he worked them out. Highly recommend booking with him. Very quiet right now so a good time to go, great COVID protocols.

Mediocre massage and services. For what the services are priced at, I was expecting a lot more and a much better massage. You’re better off going to a local RMT and paying a reasonable price and getting a feeling much better. Hot tub was closed due to construction which wasn’t communicated either in advance of the appointment. Would not recommend spending your money here

Very disappointing “high-end” spa experience. It doesn’t even come close to the four seasons. I booked a 60 minute Swedish massage. The therapist had a very technical style and I had to ask her several times to stop because she was hurting me. She ended up having to put tiger balm on my back because I was in pain. I am young and fit and normally do not use muscle creams. The overall experience was also very disappointing. The change rooms have the bare essentials and you have to ask for everything, the waiting area is small and uncomfortable seating, and at the end of all this, they automatically add an 18% tip. At high end price points, I would not go back.

Expected a lot more from the St. Regis brand and the price. RMT massage was below average; expected a more personalized, luxurious, and highly trained service/staff. The facilities were average (pool, sauna, waiting lounge). The only luxurious part of the experience was the changing room which was clean and well stocked. Overall, not worth it and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The staff and service level at the spa were top-notch. My prenatal massage was one of the best I've ever had - they had a special pregnancy pillow that allowed you to lie face down (instead of sideways with a lot of other treatments) and my masseuse Robyn was amazing!! I would certainly come back for the treatment. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star was that even though the property is quite new, the amenities in the spa were already showing signs of wear and tear incongruent with its brand and pricing. E.g. several locker doors were jammed (had to push really hard to close them), the lock on one of the washrooms was broken, the leather on the couch in the waiting area was badly peeling.....and the waiting area was quite small. It would be perfect if they could fix some of these things :)

A staff member had double booked us and we were unable to do my husband's birthday celebration. I had called to see how ahead of time we should come in only to be told they cannot take our appointment. We were offered to be given one massage as the other individual goes to the hot tub instead of our couple's massage... The supervisor that day offered us a complimentary couple's massage another day. The director then called us a following day only offering 25% off services. Saying that it was our fault we didn't double check the appointment. The level of service was extremely poor. I usually go to the Four Seasons and their level of care is much better than this. It's unfortunate this has the St. Regis name on it. The director insisted it was booked for a "Christmas Treat" not my husbands birthday, as a way to say I'm lying. Funny enough we don't even celebrate Christmas... They just couldn't own up to messing up the celebration, and admit their staff made a mistake in booking and do right by us. It was ridiculous... I'm in utter shock. The director finally agreed to give us the couple's massage complimentary and gave us a deadline to use it by although again, the manager had told me It will be written on my account and I can use it whenever. Now I'm just stressed about coming in at some point for this massage and getting poorly treated..

It was a really awesome experience, all the amenities were nice and cute. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was close because of covid 19. The waiting area for the massage is delightful and spectacular view. The massage ????‍♂️ was incredible.
