My name is Shahriar and I love this place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The space is very comforting and has a very nice equipments. I visited this location several times and I am very satisfied and for sure i do recommend it to others. One of many good things that I can say about this location is that they provide you with free consultation and take their time to answer all your question before you even purchase any packages. They are not pushy and they provide you many options that works for you.

Equipment is good! But service is terrible! I was away for my business trip for few months. I requested ro freeze my membership for that period. The girl at the reception assured me everything is done and when im back i can come and reinstate it. Eventually, i didn't go tanning for another 3 months, but discovered on my visa card, i was billed monthly for all that time - 6 month. When i tried to reach out the customer service over the phone, they said if i do not have a copy of the "freeze time" request, they cannot help me. I explained how i ended up without it because the reception girl didn't not provide it, they still refused to refund my payments. Please be careful and check your CC with this guys!

Maybe im ignorant and dont know this basic thing. But the page says they close at 9pm...i got there at 8:42 and i was turned away as they said they take the LAST client at 8:40 pm. Even is that is correct I was still only 2 min past their unspoken closing time. Frustarted as i rushed to make it there in time. Truly dissapointed with such unprofessional behaviour!

Always a great experience at Sol’exotica, the salon is always immaculate. The staff are personable, knowledgeable and always friendly. Sometimes it may be difficult to get in a bed as a walk in as they can be extremely busy at times. However, they will always do their best to accommodate! I highly recommend Sol’exotica for all of their amazing services, and top of the line products!

I frequent the location at Isabella St in Toronto. Been going there for 3 years. Love their great promotions and the salon it self is clean and great design and decor. But most importantly the staff.
