The hospitality and overall environment was very nice. The management has decreased dramatically ever since their past manager left in late 2019. There was also this one sales person who tried many techniques to sell their product. The methods she used were just simply UNHUMAN AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was very disappointed with how hard she tried to sell her products and that really hurt me. Although the bad sales and management I think that the masseuse and the treatment were decent and their service was professional but like I said before their management and sales person (N.L.) really disappointed me.

Came here on a Groupon and it was definitely high value for money. They use great products and the service was exceptional (Chloe). Facial was fantastic and also had a 15 mins massage to start. A real treat - highly recommend.

This is the first time I have been to this spa. Very nice ambiance. I was given a bottle of Evian - nice gesture. Greeted by the host who did a skin analysis on me which then led to recommendations to the esthetician’s facial application. The change rooms are clean but there is very little social distancing when I went as there were multiple clients in the room using the facilities, changing and waiting for their treatment. Hence, four stars. The facial was good. The esthetician stayed in the room the whole time and even included some body massage. After the treatment I was introduced to their packages for future treatments. I was told they will only treat members. I didn’t sign up as I feel I could get similar or better value at high end spas for that price. It was $200+ for one facial but need to commit to a package of over $1k. I think I will just go to a spa when I feel like it and not tie myself down to one location. Worth a try if you haven’t been.

Starting to feel like they care more and more about the sales and getting you to buy more packages. If the service is good, people will automatically renew. Another time I complained about their massage being ticklish and they said it was supposed to be like they to help with stimulation. She was dead serious.

Very elegant place to do facial and body massage. Experienced staffs with polite attitude. They have different packages and you may need time to choose the right one for you. I also bought the products and they were good. Due to covid, they also have good cleaning plan that makes me feel comfortable to go back for my facial

Amazing spa with professional service and great amenities! As soon as we entered the spa the staff were very welcoming and explained the treatment thoroughly. The locker room is clean, modern, and has a relaxed atmosphere. I got the HA facial which included a massage at the beginning too and was very refreshing. The entire visit was wonderful and I look forward to coming back!

first one of 2 facial i got on groupon. I had low expectations going in and it blew my mind. Service was similar to a hotel spa which i was very impressed about. I haven't been pressured to buy/ up sold. Go in early to fill out forms and get a consultation about your skin. My consultant used a handheld device that measured my skin elasticity and moisture. Based on the results, they chose the nourishing treatment for me. The 90min treatment included 15min back massage, pore cleaning, eyebrow plucking ( i don't think she touched my eyebrows tho), and mask. After the treatment, my face feels softer and more hydrated. a few notes/ tips -They provide slippers, a robe and tea -Don't drink coffee before your treatment, you should drink calming tea so you're not wired while trying to relax -it's an only woman spa, so when you're in the room taking off your robe, the esthetician is in the room with you when you get on the bed - you may request for your esthetician to keep talking to a minimum through your consultant

THIS WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! My friend told me that the hospitality was very nice and it was. When i first went there, I was welcomed by the front desk and then a sales escorted me to the lounge area. Her service was ok but she kept on promoting a product and I got so SICK of her repeating ans basically forcefully making me buy it. The treatment and my MASSEUSE WAS WONDERFUL! I think the management was bad because I have complained and no action was taken. I told my friend who said that she will also return her card. I hope you do go there because the service and hospitality was wonderful but I TRULY HOPE ThAT YOU WiLL get A BETTER SALES!

I love going to spas and facials. They offer top quality service and take care of you from beginning to end. You must try the steam room and the sauna room! I've been going here for about a year and have seen different estheticians throughout my visits here. The great thing is that there is no difference between one person and another. So the training team does a very good job in ensuring consistency across the board for all employees. The only thing I wish they could improve on is the check out service, they have one amazing lady that foes the process so when it gets busy it does take a long time to book my next appointment.

This spa has become way over priced and sales hungry. The lady who I dealt with left and they all avoided the question for some reason. I always book through her work phone, and the other person who called back always says oh she's on vacation but I found out she left the place entirely. The membership package I got was around 700-800, but now the only membership offers start from a whopping price of 2k paid at front. Each session on average costs 250+ if you're not their member. Even though every time they tested my skin it was nearly perfect, slight dehydration, no wrinkle or pore problems, they still recommend the most expensive option every time. It's so unreasonable it's like they expect you to throw a few hundred bucks no hesitation. Don't even get me started on my aesthetician. I used to like her a lot, booked her every time. But these couple of times I noticed how she complains about a lot of issues and tries to get me sympathetic towards her, and she always hovers around when it's time to sign off/pay. It's an obvious sign of pressure to give a good tip. I usually book around the busy times, and these couple of visits I start to notice the decline of guests. It's almost ghostly. I'm guessing people are not as satisfied as before.

I used to come here all the time but ever since 2020 started the management was in terrible condition. Last time I was there one of the sales walked up to me and promoted a product and their membership card. I said no and she started using UNPROFESSIONAL methods to lure me in and purchase the product. Don't get me wrong, the product and all of the other sales are very nice and I was very pleased but this one sales who was very rude and disrespectful! This place used to be great but now, it's a disaster. I want to RETURN my membership, and I WILL IF THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CHANGE AND THAT person'S sales method does not get corrected I will contact the head office and report this!

Highly recommend Lin. She is the best I have ever worked with at R SPA. She is very detailed and careful. She knows her client and provide professional suggestions to client. It’s always joyful time to be with her. She also has excellent massage skills, even better than some RMTs. She always does my eyebrows perfectly in the way I like, removes my blackheads thoroughly and heals my neck and shoulder.

5 star for the beauticians here. They have skills and work hard. I've tried 3 different ones and they were all great. To be fair the actual facial was decent and I enjoyed my first 3 visits. What I didn't enjoy was my most recent visit. The "New Beauty Consultant" came from their HO was very aggressive. She first suggested I use 2 of my visits as an upgrade for a "higher quality facial." Sure, I tried it. It didn't feel any different than the basic one. Then at the end of my session, she insist me purchasing a "more comprehensive" package even though I still have 5 sessions left. I wasn't ready since I have packages at 2 other spas and have not event get to use those. She made a comment about how I should take care of my skin even if I was not going to their spa. Which I find it very offensive. It might have been the cultural differences, but how I take care of my skin is my own business. Anyway, overall clean spa with nice decor, and hope my one negative experience was a one-time thing.
