I LOVE THIS SALON. I always get my mani, pedi and eyelashes done here. I was really hesitant to try my eyelash extensions here at first but Kelly always does a perfect job and no disappointment at all! I am planning to continue to do my lashes with Kelly. Everybody is all welcoming and kind and I am very happy with the quality of services here.

Went in today to get a full set of acrylic nails and I am very pleased with the way they turned out! The shape, length and colour is perfect! Really good price also for the quality nails I got done.

I had a pedicure done here yesterday and it wasn’t good at all. I will not come back here again. I’ve been told that the pedicure was going to take 30 mins, but at the end it was closer to 1 hour, since It took at least 30 mins for my polish to dry and they rushed my “actual” pedicure to make up for the waiting time.

I usually don't write a review on anything but this is something I need to inform the spa about or anyone that wants to do their nails in this location. My friend and I did our nails today and we actually called in for an appointment. My friend asked if they could do a UV Gel Nail and a pedicure. The person on the phone said that they weren't able to do the UV nail gel at first because the lady that does the nail wasn't in the salon. But suddenly, the woman on the phone said that someone could do it. So we decided to go ahead with the appointment. The staff were friendly and welcoming and was assisted quickly. However, the woman that did my gel nail was very sloppy, she was getting the gel at the back of my nails. It was so ridiculous because I NEVER had this problem in any nail salon I go to. So I told the woman to remove them.. she obviously tried to, but the gel was harden already so she couldn't get the gel off of it. By removing it, she also got some of my nails ruined (the shape). Also, it wasn't just one nail it was in four of my other nails. So I suspected that this was not the woman that did the gel nail. I also showed the woman the shape I wanted before starting them (coffin nail) and it didn't look like the one I wanted. Some nails are too narrow and my cuticle wasn't properly removed. The gel was just all over my nails.. So, next time you go to this location. Make sure it was the RIGHT UV gel woman. If that was the gel woman.. then it sucks. But my friend really liked her pedicure! Just a heads up for the ladies interested in getting their nails done here!

Everyone there is so amazing and nice! I had such a great time with my boyfriend getting my eyebrows threaded for only 8 dollars and a manicure for only 15 dollars!!! One of the employees also painted a beautiful design on my nails for only $5!!! Best prices and service I've ever seen. Thank you so much!❤

I wish I could give this place zero stars. It was not only the worst experience I have had anywhere, but truly infuriating. I called to ask if they had time for a new gel nail set and let them know I would be there within 15 minutes. I get there (in the pouring rain) and the salon was pretty much empty. Only one woman getting a polish change. There were two women who worked there sitting near the end on their phones and the guy, Peter, told me to take a seat. I must say, I was presented with a huge choice of colours - better than most other places. I was still deciding on a colour while Peter started filing my nails. He butchered one of them and it was slightly bleeding, but not a huge deal. Then a woman walks in saying she had an appointment for 5pm. This caused great confusion!! It seemed that Peter was the only person who worked there that could do nails..or gel nails apparently because they were flustered that I was sitting there and this woman came in saying she had an appointment. They were trying to verify when she called and when I called. Then I was told that they couldn't do the powder gel I wanted because this other woman had an appointment and that I could only have bio gel which was more expensive. This made absolutely no sense. What did her appointment have to do with not being able to provide a powder vs. bio gel set for me. Then comes the ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS PART! I was told to get up and LEAVE because she had an appointment. Are you F*UCKIN KIDDING ME??!!! I legitimately had to GET UP AND LEAVE with my nails filed and half shaped. Absolutely no sense of respect for a paying customer. I then walked across the street to Nails for You and had one of the best experiences ever. Truly the best nails compared to any salon...and I go to a different place every 3 weeks because most places downtown do a quick and sloppy job. It was also cheaper. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY AND GO ACROSS THE STREET TO NAILS FOR YOU. WAY BETTER SERVICE!!!

Their customer service is very terrible. When I went to the store, everybody just look at me and do not care about me. Also when they trim my nails, and i said its hurt, but they just say sorry and clicked her tougue. They are chinese, so keep talking chinese with co workers in front of customers. I dont care that much that they speak chinese in front of me, but they keep complaining about their customers. I could know that because I went with my chinese friend, so he Told me later that they keep talking about customers.

Love the shellac manicure and nail art I got done here. Peter was fantastic - very quick and strong attention to detail! He drew the design by hand! Was very happy with the work, and the price was unbeatable compared to others. It’s been over a month and my shellac is still going strong with no chips!

I visited this salon while waiting to get into my hotel room at the nearby Marriott Eaton Centre August 17th. Mani/Peti for $35....how far wrong can you go right? Well, even if my expectations had been high, these ladies would have exceeded them. I used to work in a hair salon and I am now a meeting planner so I am always judging cleanliness, comfort, service, etc. I have NOTHING but GOOD things to say. It is not fancy but you often pay 2-3 times more for "fancy". I ended up getting a regular pedicure which I daresay was better than the last one I had at a high end hotel spa so I opted for the manicure too. I upgraded to a french manicure and for the shillac nails which was $15 more. It was SO worth it. 8 days later they still look fantastic. I am only sorry that I live in Calgary and cannot go back regularly.

My favourite nail salon in Toronto! I've been coming here for a number of years now and Connie does the best nails. I've been to other nail salons as well but nothing beats this one because I always come out satisfied with the results. I get shellac and the services are done hygienically by polite technicians. It's right on Bay and Dundas with red sign, you can't really miss it. Plus, you pay less with cash so that's just a bonus.

Will not be returning. I had a pedicure done at this salon. For the most part, the pedicure was fine, but there is something definitely wrong with their nail polish. It takes FOREVER to dry!!! After the nail polish coating was placed, I put my feet under the fans for close to 25 minutes after which I left as I had come here during my work lunch hour and needed to get back to work. When I got back to work, I noticed that the nail polish was completely smudged on both of my big toes. I returned to this salon after work and the worker was nice enough to redo the nail polish coat on my big toes and this time I legit waited 40 minutes for my nail polish to dry. As soon as I got home I noticed that the nail polish on my big toes had smudged again!!! Wth!!! Why is the nail polish not drying!?? The workers at this place are nice but their materials are not good quality!!!

Got a gel nail mani and regular polished pedi for around 55 dollars. They worked on both at the same time so you can get in and out relatively quickly. My gel lasted throughout my gym and fitness classes for over a week without chipping. Decent pricing and staff. Nothing luxury about it simple decor and most of their massage chairs work.

Cuticle was cut badly, and I'm still bleeding. French tips are uneven, and oddly pinked tinged? Originally was planning on getting regular polish, but the lady said "really? Regular nails?" In a really rude tone of voice, in Chinese, not knowing I can understand her, I decided on gel because of this and now I can't even remove it. Price was cheap, but this quality is a bit ridiculous with so many competitors nearby. Just go across or down the street lmao.

Most of the services here are 10$ cheaper than its competitors in the area. I've been coming to this spot for months. Peter does an amazing job and is always super sweet about my sometimes stupid requests. The environment is clean, the prices are great, and he does amazing detailed work on my nails. You even get a little hand massage as well! Also a huge range of colours to pick from. Love this spot.

Me and my girlfriend went there for a pedicure and it was horrible! They rushed my girlfriend’s session. She didn’t get any massage, just a quick rub. At the end we had to wait for her colour to dry for 30 mins! and it was “semi” dry, so they wrapped her feet with “plastic wrap” and she had to walk around with it! After 15-20 mins walk, she took the plastic wrap off and the colour was ruined (as shown in the picture). My suggestion is DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!

I called and asked how much it was to get an acrylic nail set and they told me over the phone $20, so I went to get it done a few days later. When I get there they told me a set was $30. That bothered me but I needed them done and didn't have time to go anywhere else (plus I know other places charge around that so I wasn't TOO bothered). I showed the lady doing my nails a picture of the shape and length I wanted. During the process she did not say a word to me or look up, I tried cracking a joke and NOTHING. Ok, no problem I'm fine being with my own thoughts. As she was filing my nails I thought they were too long still to I politely asked her if she could make them shorter like the picture. She snapped at me saying they are the same length as the picture when it was clear my nails were twice as long. So long, I wouldn't be able to work with them. I said forget about the picture they are too long for me, can you please make them shorter…she huffed and puffed saying I shouldn't tell her when she's finished and there is someone else waiting (she was just extremely RUDE, i was in shock at how she was talking to me (a first time customer)). Firstly, she wasn't finished--I didn't even wash my hands yet before the polish. Second, there were 4 other girls sitting around as ONE person was waiting. Thats not my problem. So she abruptly starts making them shorter…and purposely made my nails crooked and different lengths. At this point I just wanted to get the hell out of there thinking ill fix it at home. She passed me to another lady to do the polish. This lady could see her coworker was being unnecessarily rude to me so she was over the top nice! Very sweet, gentle…even helped me put on my coat. Because of the sweet polish lady I am giving this place 2 stars, however, NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Always a great experience. I've been getting my nails done by the owner for over 2 years now and he is extremely detail orientated, kind and quick. Nails always look so great! Not a frills type of nail place, just gets the job done! Staff is very friendly as well. Quality pricing as well for downtown.

Nailed look great and they did a very clean job. She did make one of my cuticles bleed but my nails were in really bad shape when I came in so I can’t say whether it was me or her. The place really needs a good deep clean as it’s covered in an inch of dust and all the nail polish looks old. UPDATE: I’m updating this review to make it 2 stars instead of three. The shellac cracked and chipped not even two weeks after getting them done. The colour also faded and dirty looking. I have a suspicion they mix their shellac with regular polish to make it go farther, which is not okay. I’m paying for shellac, I expect it.

Been coming here for years! Not a fancy place but it is clean and very reasonably priced. They always have tons of shallac/gel color options to choose from (I think they recently got even more). They do a good job cleaning/exfoliating my feet, I always feel extra clean after! If you are looking to get your brows threaded, Shazia is great (she works Tuesday-Saturday). Tip: they aren't the greatest at managing appointment... so just try to go during the weekday or early on the weekend and not with a big party, otherwise it can get very very busy!

The experience was nice. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. Unfortunately, my manicure didn’t last at all. My cuticle was cut and bleeding, and it as well as another cuticle started peeling a few days later. The polish also chipped within a day and my nail actually just broke completely. I will not be returning in the future.

Not coming back again. This place lacks customer service and only cares about money rather than customer satisfaction. A day after I got my nails done they started chipping. I went back to the nail salon within the week of getting them done to get the polish removed as one nail completely broke off. I had to pay an extra $10 for their horrible service on my nails. They were very disingenuous to me and I’d advise to go somewhere else for better quality and service.

Mani and pedi .. results are acceptable. Both technicians who did their part caused bits of momentary pain which doesn't happen to me very often. Very reasonable price. I received what I paid for. The place could use a fresh paint job.

Had shellac mani done by Anna. Although it took a long time (over an hour) she was very diligent and detailed oriented - great price and colour selection as well! My nails last for weeks without chipping. Will definitely go back.

Painful Experience :( I just randomly walked into this salon as i was in the area to get my nails refilled. As she filed down my nails with the machine she kept getting the skin, 5 fingers to be exact. Which didn't hurt much at the time until they put the solution on your nails for the refill. It was soooo painful. I have never had this happen before!!! I Would advise you to go somewhere else if you don't want to be in pain for over an Hour.
