AWFUL! Would not return. It was convinent in the path, but bad service and was very upset with my hair. Should have stuck with my usual place!

I had a really bad experience having my shellac removed. The manicurist didn't let the acetone soak long enough, and scraped my skin several times trying to pry it off. When filing, she left jagged edges which are scratchy. There is still nailpolish on my nails. Cuticle oil was not provided at the end of the removal.

!!PLZ READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE!! I spent 9-10 hours getting my keratin treatment and balayage. The hair stylist is the most unprofessional AISHA. She quoted certain amount for any length and type of hair after looking at the pictures and then when I came to the salon suddenly the price changed. I still decided to go ahead as I took a while day out for this and made my way till downtown Toronto. I spent a bill totalling over 500$. I was patient I showed up again to get it checked. I hope she knows keratin is done to make hair more manageable and easy to style. The hairstylist made my hair worse than what it was, and all she could say was use this product, u haven’t been using this that’s why it looks like this. she rebooked me before 4 weeks which I did not make even after me trying to reschedule, she had excuses for not doing it later. Her words “ I am off all week just Tuesday I am in” (which was before the 1 month mark) “you shouldn’t book next week I would be charging you the whole amount then”. If you make a mistake being a hairdresser you should fix your mistake or return the money. She has made my hair a mess i have to spend a whole ton again and now I am scared to do anything to my hair because she has made it so rough and brittle. I take 1 hour to comb and in 2 mins back to the mess each time. I asked her if she could still do it before I fly but nope. These ppl are just unprofessional and all about bad sales. I had asked her to compensate as I wanted it to be manageable before my trip. However, she was in complete denial and argued with me. ONE OF THE WORST SERVICES!

I have been to other stylists in Toronto and now only see her exclusively!! She is sweet and kind, you won't be disappointed.

Hair stylist: Zora Service: Keratin treatment Review written after 2 washes (approximately 2 weeks later) Hair before: very curly, frizzy , dry , brittle, would get poofy very often due to humidity. Hair after: soft, shiny , almost no more frizz, stays smooth and doesn’t get poofy with humidity. I no longer use my straightener between washes. It is way more easier to manage. Service: Zora is the sweetest and she will take the time and attention to listen to what you want and expect. Before touching your hair, she will tell you what you can realistically expect. She is a perfectionist. Prices are fair. Don’t let lower/ fair prices fool you, you will get quality services here! ... I’ve seen her results with coloring hair , she’s excellent !

They charged 93.00 for wash as dry and up do hair style,for our 87 year old grandma, it didn't even last a day.. And charged Two other family members for washes they did receive. All noticed said done after the day while going over the days creditcard purchases. They will never go there again. PLEASE DONT GO...

I’m sitting here getting a pedicure after having to wait until 12:58 for my 12:45 appointment. It’s dirty and disorganized. No spa chair. The lady beside me is getting a blow dry and hair is flying on me and I’m getting hot as the dryer air is also hitting me. My pedicurist seems fine but the salon itself is a huge disappointment. I do not recommend this place and will never return.

Let me be the first to give a 5-star rating to L'Attitudes because of the following... They were quick to take me in as a walk-in. My hairdresser, Raquel seemed very professional and friendly. She introduced herself and asked for my name. Not everyone does this. After my haircut, I got my wash with shampoo, conditioner, followed by a very pleasant scalp massage. Again... not everyone does this. Out of the many downtown hair barbers/salons I've been to, service was better with Raquel. I will be returning. Thank you L'Attitudes!

This place is a gem! They're prices here are reasonable - I used to pay almost 400 and the work here done by Naz, is highly comparable. I used to bounce around different salons but since I've found Naz I haven't gone to anyone since ! She's the best in the city!

Just had my nails done at L'Attitudes b Fay. shellac manicure for $28! Fay was very pleasant, took her time, and did a wonderful job. She helped me pick the colour and even sampled several colours before I chose one!

Small space but friendly receptionist and staff! I only trust Nazli to do my hair! She's always down for something different every time I see her and does an amazing job at Balayage and colour. Highly recommended!!

This space is small and needs a bit of decor updating but the people are friendly and the prices are reasonable. My regular stylist there is Carol Ann and she is world class. I have thick hair that needs weekly attention (colour, treatments, etc) and she handles it with ease. Plus she's quick and uber professional. The salon also offers manicures and pedicures but not much else, again as space is limited. In my opinion, good for business people looking for a quick overhaul on a limited time schedule.

Zora is awesome. I have thin, fine hair and can never get beautiful and full looking bangs, but she did it. Took her about 20 minutes to give me these amazing bangs that transformed my look and that I get complimented on all the time. I’ve also had gorgeous curls and cuts from her. Won’t go to anyone else to do my hair again.

I called and made an appointment specifically with Raquel ( it took me a LONG time to actually change my hairdresser and dedicate time to find this new hairdresser) I arrive to my appointment and this lovely lady was washing my hair and though she was just doing that. long story short the receptionist changed my appointment last minute due to a "conflict" and I ended up having to cut my hair with someone else!!!!!! I told the receptionistI was very upset and she just said" sorry I had to change it due to conflict" TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience! will never go back. just Awful!!!!!!
