The worst place for pedicures! Went there with a friend for simple pedicure. Some lady sat us down without telling us when somebody will be available to work on us, as everybody was busy. One lady started my friend and after 30 min the other lady who became available started me (my friend was already done by the ) another 30 min and my toes where done too. The ladies told us to seat under the lamps which where really weak and horrendous! We spent 50 mins drying our toes and they didn't even dry! So when I asked them what will be the solution for me not to ruin my nails the "boss" lady told me to put their paper flip flops on and walk to the car, which was a horrible idea , knowing it was 0 degrees outside. I asked for a discount as I wasn't going to spend any more time I that place drying my nails for another hour, and she replied "no!" . So I spend over 2 hours in total to do a simple pedicure which got screwed up as soon as I walked out and had to pay $25 plus tax for it! Never coming back and definitely do no recommend to anybody who respects their time and themselves!

The woman doing my nails was in a extremely rush, she was blaming me for her poor job cause not even wait to my nails to dry to put the next layer, was so rude and lazy I’ll never go back, and the ombré effect is the worst I ever had

I was they with some friends, got service right away. The Techs were very friendly and professional. I see that they have a few past reviews that was bad years ago but that might be the past, currently it's a great salon price are reasonable like all other salons, service is friendly, excellent from my point of view ^^

I called for an appointment for 2 full sets, than called back 5mins later saying we wanted pedicures as well. We get there early so we wait our turn. They kept on making us wait. The lady that was doing my nails didn't understand English very well and when i would ask her who will do my friends nails she would lie and point out a lady n say her to after say oh she has an appointment already, and when i reask who will do it she lied and pointed another lady and that other lady did someone else instead. When i reasked for the 3rd time she just ignored me and spoke to her coworker in her language. I asked again n she didnt lookup to me and answer she just kept doing my nails. People without appointments that came after us were the priority for some odd reason. They just kept on making my friend wait for her nails. Our apt was at 5, we left there abit after 7, so we were there for over 2hrs and i only did my nails n my friend only her pedicure (if she would have known they couldnt do her nails she would of done her nails INSTEAD of a pedicure). Not to mention she lied about the price to me, when it was time to pay she overcharged me. They kept on taking walk inn's even tho they were overfilled. Will not go back again.

I have to say I don’t understand why people would keep saying and giving 1 star reviews and saying their prices isnt competitive. It’s 35 dollars for mani and pedi including tax if you pay cash and it’s been the same price for the past 5 years. I been the nail salons all around the globe and it doesn’t get better than here. You get a good job done - it’s clean and it takes time. So even if you make a reservation, u still might have to wait sometimes cuz they t busy and I talk to Monica about the reviews and she said she couldn’t care less because their regular customers keep them super busy already. Kim is always consistent and always attentive, ya they don’t speak English but if you want a therapy session go get yourself a mani and pedi for 150 bucks at the ritz Carlton. I like how they do take their time but yes sometimes it’s a long wait since the girls do take their time. But definitely I will always come back to this place as it is the best to get the job done!

I would give this place zero starts if I could. The rudest, most dispicable 'non-service' we've encountered. Made my 85 year old mother and her caregiver wait 2 full hours - 3 to 5 on a Saturday afternoon, believing she would be served. She used to have her nails done here by a nice young woman who, it turns out, no longer works there. AFTER making an 85 year old wheelchair bound woman wait TWO FULL HOURS, they refused to provide her service, saying they were worried she might bleed if they cut her feet and be held liable and she should go to a doctor to have her nails done. There is nothing wrong with my mother - she's not diabetic or on blood-thinners - they just assumed these things because she is an older adult in a wheelchair. My mother is a retired physician who provided care to people for 50 years. She is a sweet old woman now with money to spend on luxuries like having mani / pedis. No other salon has ever turned her away. If they were going to do this, they shouldn't have made her wait for TWO FULL HOURS without food or drink. They were rude and argumentative and called the care-giver names and threw them out. Don't waste your money on these people - they don't deserve customers and they don't deserve your hard earned cash.

Thrice they confirmed price is $10 (including tax) to remove biogel but when I made the payment they deducted $12 without any info. They didn't bother to ask or tell the price untill I went inside again to ask why you deducted $12. They said because I did not do manicure with them. Very unprofessional!!

I wanted to like this place but the quality of the manicure and pedicure I got was terrible. I asked for round shape to my nails and it came out in-between round and something I can't even describe. The paint job was kind of like a 5th grader with crayons. Granted this could be the particular technician I got as other people seems to have gotten a much better result. I don't know if I'm willing to gamble and go again though.

Got a pedi here 2 weeks ago, and my toe still hurts so much I can barely walk. I asked the lady if she could be more gentle as she was aggressively digging into my toe during the pedi, she didn’t. Please listen to your customers next time, I’m in so much pain.

When I arrived I asked if they could take a pedicure walk in, to which they replied yes and I went to pick my colour. They didn't advise that it would be a 1 hour wait before someone would be able to start my pedicure. While the ladies seem very nice, they were constantly talking to each other during the service and my girl would frequently be looking at her colleague and not watching what she was doing. This made for a very long pedicure service. I would not come back.

Need to share my experience! Monica, the aesthetician is a perfectionist! I always go to this place for waxing and eyebrow shaping. I must say, she is just too good at what she does. The pricing is also reasonable, if you compare it to other downtown salons. The only negative thing about this place is that sometimes you need to wait a lot for your turn. I think it's because they overbook sometimes. Everything else is just great about this place. Must try guys. Cheers!

Great spot. Good value and the ladies are very friendly, they even sent us home with Christmas gifts over the holiday season. I often go to Lisa and she is very careful and takes pride in the quality of her work.

The ladies are very nice. However, I didn't appreciate that for walk in they say they can take you but don't warn you that you'll be waiting over 1 hour. As well the place is not ventilated so it's pretty toxic in there.

I love how detail oriented they are. Most nail salons in the neighbourhood do a rushed job. I don’t mind that they take their time because the quality of their work is great. Price is also cheap especially if you pay cash!

I go here every 3-4 weeks to have my acrylics done. They have great hours, they do a tremendous job and very competitive pricing for what I've experienced elsewhere in the city. Love the ladies there and the atmosphere. I highly suggest this place to anyone!

started going to them when i was living in the same building. its been over 5 years that i go there for my mani, pedi, eyebrows, and waxing. moved out of the area to mimico and there are a lot of nail places around me now but this is still my go to place for all services. even if i move to mississauga or even further, i would still go to this place. Monica is the manager and she has been doing my eyebrows for years now. I wouldnt ever go to anyone else. clean place, good service, competitive pricing i feel. the wait time is a bit inconvenient but the service makes up for it. they are all well trained and the finishing of their work is good. worth a try.

Had a manicure and pedicure, with regular nail polish and it cost $40. The service was great! Couldn’t be happier. Most memorable aspects were: 1. The massage chair worked well 2. The lady was gentle with my ticklish feet 3. Since I didn’t have slippers to ensure my nail polish doesn’t get smudged, I was given disposable ones 4. When getting my manicure, she noticed the nail polish on one toe had smudged and she fixed it

This place is great. I am one of those picky people about service, quality etc. In 10 years I have only 3 places I continue to go to in gta and this is one of them. I believe Nina is the manager, and she will take first time customers to understand their preferences. However I have had my gels done by others and they all listen to what I want. In reference to the "language barrier" (with some girls) of course! But don't let it discourage you. They are all very sweet, organized and fun to talk to. Place is hygienic also. I've had a full leg wax done here once and wasn't a fan of results.. but nails.. 100%

Pros: price, appointment availability and service (friendly), massage chairs are nice! Cons: limited set of shellac / gel colors - they don’t carry many of the popular OPI colors that are more recent (e.g. OPI sugar, OPI Tiramasu for Two, etc.)

The staff are so warm and welcoming! I can never forget their kindness when they congratulated my sister for her wedding with a gift card. Our nails for the wedding day were immaculate and the wedding party were well impressed by them. This salon had become the go-to for me!

My first time here and it was great! Everything is clean, and Tam did a great job for me. My nails were cut, buffed, my cuticles were trimmed with cuticle oil, then I got a hand massage, and I chose regular OPI nail polish because I don’t like gel. All of that for $15!!! That was really good price for the service I got. Highly recommend and I will come back.

My wife went there couple of times. It's quite expensive compared to others. And their biggest problem is communication. They can hardly understand / speak English and as a result they might end up providing you a service you were not hoping for. So my suggestion is to use a Translator Tool. :) I would not recommend this place anymore as the service is not worth of your hard earned money!

This was my second and last time going here. The service is completely Dependent on who you get. The first time I got a girl who did such a fantastic job. This time however, the lady gave me a manicure and pedicure and with the pedicure she cut me and my toe is swollen and for the manicure I kept pulling my hand away because she was trying to cut too deep and then when she polished my nails she didn’t even go right to the cuticle so it already looks like my nails have grown out. Overall she did a terrible job and I will never go there again especially considering I got cut and there was no acknowledgement of that and that she kept almost cutting me when doing the manicure.

I waited for half an hour to get my feet done. The lack of staff was not enough in the beginning. They talk in their language god knows what they are saying in their language. I even call for appointment at 2pm. I didn't get served right away. I will not be coming here. Pathetic!
