I've been here a couple of times now, and I really love the ambience and facilities. The RMTs know what they are doing, very professional. Diana is my favourite though. If you are taking TTC, give yourself a bit more time because of the construction around the area. Driving is the option in my opinion, and parking is available on the street.

The Groom Room

Visited Healthwinds for the first time with two girlfriends and we had a wonderful time. Such personal service and customer attention is extremely impressive. Highly recommended for an city retreat for those who care about holistic wellness and attention to "clean" products. We'll be back and plan to make a tradition of it!! Thank you!

I came to this spa pre-pandemic. I got one of the packages that included a massage and hydrotherapy. It was very clean and classic looking. You enter through a nice gift shop/spa boutique. The waiting room was dimly lit and calming, and they had fresh infused water to drink. The change rooms were very clean, and the RMT I had was wonderful. I had never done hydro-therapy before and she explained everything well and made me feel comfortable. I really enjoyed the hydro-therapy and want to come back just for that!

Had an opportunity to visit and get pampered by massage therapy at Healthwind spa as a present from my 8 months old twins. My therapist name was Nima, was very sensitive and professional. He understood exactly what my needs were and performed everything with a deep attention and observation of my body. The place is cozy and clean, with very pleasant and helpful staff. The variety of teas was impressive. Like the spa and will consider to pay another visit for sure!

I was given a visit to this spa as a gift from my loving boyfriend. It was a very relaxing environment and everyone was very friendly. My appointment was with Cassie RMT and she's fantastic! I felt much better after my visit and was given helpful tips on stretches to better take care of my body. We had done couple massage and pedicures also! Very very happy with my visit and that was about a month ago! I would definitely recommend them!

This is just an ok spa. The massage was great but my manicure and pedicure not so much. I had blisters on my feet so I asked my technician to be careful but she wasn’t and hurt them more. Won’t be back.

Amazing place, lady at front was nothing less than classy and has a sexy accent. The spa is extremely clean and it feels homey , although not a huge place it is definitely worth a visit. The oil selections for my massage were really good as well. Will go back again, they gave me a gift even if i didn't deserve it. Your visit will be memorable

My sister and I went for a spa day at Healthwinds. Right when you walk in, the spa is bright and lively, and has a beautiful shop at the front. The receptionist welcomed us and told us all about what we needed before our massage treatments (consent forms, where things were in the changeroom, the tea bar, etc). There is a lovely lounge in the centre, with a fireplace, waterfall wall, and comfy chairs. I had a 1 hour massage, complete with lavender oil, and my therapist Elena was strong, skillful, and professional. I especially enjoyed the hand massage! After our massages, we had a delicious light lunch of quiche and salad, followed by a steam in the steam room! We had an amazing time :) Would definitely recommend!

I had a very relaxing retreat with my husband as our wedding anniversary celebration. The staff are friendly and the ambience of the place is very calming. The change rooms are well equipped with showers, lockers, hair dryers and steam room. We both had a facial and registered massage therapy (RMT) and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The aesthetician performing my facial assessed my skin before starting the facial so that the appropriate products could be used. She even gave me tips for regular maintenance. As I'm 32 weeks pregnant, she also took extra effort to help me adjust the bed and provided pillows to make sure I was comfortable. The RMT was also excellent and she worked on all these knots on my tense neck, shoulders and back. I find prices to be reasonable as well. I'd definitely recommend this place for some prenatal massage and pampering.

My regular go to for RMT and some time away for healing and rest. When the pandemic is over, make sure to come early for a steam and some cucumber water, tea and fresh fruits in the lounge as you wait. Love it here.

Small but has a nice atmosphere. Was expecting the facilities to be a bit bigger but no biggie. I spent the day here for my birthday this year. My 1 hr massage wasn’t the greatest I won’t lie... for some strange reason my therapist had a weird fascination with my feet the entire time. Spent literally half the time on my feet. My facial seemed kind of basic... the room was poorly organized and didn’t have that “spa” feel. I felt like I was getting a facial at a nail salon or something. However, the aesthetician was very nice. Lunch that was provided was basic as well. Didn’t even finish it... had no flavour. The best part of this spa is the saunas and the mini pop up store they have. Unfortunately didn’t get a photo!

A fantastic place to have a perfect Spa Day. It is quite beautiful inside, and the decor gives a nice, relaxing feel - you can chill out in the lounge with a delicious tea, have a massage, take a steam - whatever you want, they offer. The staff is very friendly, great to work with, and really make your experience excellent. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at Healthwinds and would highly recommend. I had the Pure Pampering package and it was bliss! I started off with a light and healthy lunch, then Irina L treated me to an amazing hydrating facial, and Nima treated me to a fantastic 1hr massage. I would recommend both of them! It's a small spa off of the beaten path which which makes it quiet and personalized!

No complaints about the massage. But don't book the last slot. My massage finished at 6. I was in the men's change room having a shower while the receptionist kept banging on the door telling me they were closing. When I finished and came out I remarked that no one had told me how much time I had after the massage. The receptionist's response was we close at 6, our hours are online. I noted that most spas allow their patrons some time after the massage finishes to shower and clean up, regardless of the closing time. We left it at that.

I have been going to Healthwinds for years for therapeutic massage, facials, and brow care. I also treat myself to the occasional mud wrap and hydrotherapy and to hot stone massage. My husband has become a convert to regular massage thanks to Chris, our RMT. Chris, my aesthetician Leila, and all of the staff have been consistently excellent. The owner has truly created a wonderful, safe oasis, especially important during these difficult times.

We love this spa! I'm hesitant to review it because it's been our hidden gem. Although well known locally, it's harder lately to get appointments on short notice. Definitely book well in advance for special occasions, i.e. Mothers Day. In addition to traditional treatments, it has a sauna and a lovely lounge soothing music, magazines and flavored waters is served. A wonderful escape.

My husband and I went for a couple's massage the room they gave us had an extra bed with some weird 50 shades looking contraption and smelled like gym equipment and paint. Felt like they crammed us in the supplies closet. Lounge and locker room were nice but not nice enough to make the overall experience positive. The spa vibe was ruined by the massage room. The RMTs were very professional which is why im giving 2 stars instead of 1 star.
