Came to the spa on my wife's birthday. It was an amazing experience. Wife loved it. After the massage there were snacks with a personalized birthday card. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful spa at hotel x. We really enjoyed the service, and the spa amenities are beautiful. The massage was excellent, but my favorite part was the luxurious shower and change room. I felt really pampered after my experience. I will be going back for sure!

Came here with my wife for RMT treatments around summer of 2021. It felt clean and safe with all COVID-19 protocols being adhered to. Facilities were nice, definitely had a premium spa like feeling. Whether it was the reception area or the treatment itself, service of the team was top notch. After the treatment we were guided to a private room to have tea and macarons. Also, they validate the self parking, so there's no charge there. Have another appointment coming up next week and can't wait!

I had an excellent RMT massage today with Julie. Space was clean and safe. Staffs were very professional and attentive. Snacks, tea and glass of Prosecco were served. Steam room was making a lot of noice so I didn’t bother to use it. Would love to go back again!

The service was spectacular!!! Felt super relaxed and they were very accommodating. Parking is validated with appointments. The macaroons are to die for, and the mint tea really hits the spot.

This is the best experience I had at a spa. The service remains excellent as soon as you walk in. I received 2 treatments (body polish and an RMT massage) and I left both feeling good and having learnt something about my body.

I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful my experience at the Guerlain spa was. Every minute and every corner is carefully curated for luxury & pampering from the luxurious robes on entry to the exquisite snacks to the heated massage chairs in the waiting area. Service from the front desk is impeccable. My spa services with both Hannah & Shana were fantastic, relaxing and I can't wait to come back. Completely spoiled for other places now!

Terrible customer service. Not accommodating for being considered a "luxury spa". I would never recommend this place. It is sad when a manager does not have the power to make a situation right or come to a reasonable compromise. I hope people think twice before booking here.

Everyone must make reservations carefully. When I booked online, there was no indication that TAX and 18% service fee would be charged. When I received the last email, it showed that I need to pay TAX and service fee. I fully understand TAX. But I don’t understand why you have to display the 18% service fee mandatory? Although you said that it can be modified, I think it shouldn’t be forced.（Why did it state in the last email that taxes and service fees are charged separately, and use the smallest font at the bottom ）The specific amount should be displayed when the customer makes a reservation When I need to cancel an appointment for this shameless policy, They threatened me that I could not cancel because it had been more than 24 hours. When I hung up (I didn't say to cancel at the end), the entire amount was directly deducted from my credit card within 1 minute., it is really a very bad experience, and it is unreasonable, it is simply a bandit

Today I experienced this luxury spa and I will tell you it was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, I was greeted by the receptionist Bianca in a very friendly, welcoming manner. Then, I met my RMT Shana who made it quite the journey. She made it very exciting and adventurous with the select process for the oils. I am currently five month postpartum and I express my needs which she accommodate for me. After my massage was completed I was invited to relax in the lounge area where I given some sparkling wine, maroons, nuts and berries. All of this, I might address in a massage chair with heating options. I was told I could use the sauna or stream room but I need to get home to my little one. I was welcomed to use the showers. As I was checking out, my parking ticket was validated. I will say if you want to spend a little money more than I would highly recommend checking out this spa. I think I will be giving some hints to my husband my birthday lol.

Booked an appointment at this spa based on hotel front desk advising that all staff is vaccinated and proof is required for anyone coming into spa. At the confirmation call the info was completely different, staff is not vaccinated and no proof is required for guests, also masks are optional inside the massage rooms. Probed further and received no response. Cancelled appointment and rebooked at a spa that is following rules to keep everyone safe.

My wife and I had great experience at Guerlain Spa. The director, Marion booked us and set everything up, and even accommodated us when we made a late change. My wife ended up having one of the best massages of her life with Daria and we would definitely recommend trying "The 8" massage. One of the better spa experiences in Toronto.

Booked 4 hour spa experience and received 3 hours due to lack of communication and professionalism. Rushed the 2 hours intensive body treatment to one hour. The manager recognized their mistake but still wanted me to pay 50%. It was not relaxing at all since the therapist rushed the whole experience. Very disappointing experience from a spa that promotes themselves as 5 stars.
