This company has the worst customer service. They are not available by phone and ask you to email or book online. No walk-ins are accepted and there is no reception area to wait or ask questions. Their website is deactivated and their emails bounce back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. its a scam.

Do NOT buy ANY vouchers for this company!! I bought something off Buytopia 3 months ago and had nothing but problems with this company!!! Couldn't use their online booking system, ignored emails, full voice mail box (they don't actually have someone who picks up the phone?). After months of problems I FINALLY got a hold of someone after finally leaving a voicemail and they booked me for an upcoming day - great. After 30-45 minutes of waiting for my appointment, I tried to call back only to find out THEY WERE FREAKING CLOSED. I left messages and even though it's been WEEKS no one has bothered contacting me. Unbelievable. I have had to follow up with Buytopia several times who has yet to resolve this issue - I just want a damn refund now. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I love love love Caramelle Boutique + spa. It is a truly welcoming boutique spa where you feel truly pampered. The décor is so welcoming and beautiful! The facials and products are lovely. Will definitely be back soon!
