Not the best experience. Got my lips done (in February) and a week later my lips were back to normal size and shape. Wanted to schedule a follow-up 2 weeks later and was told to come back in 2-3 months (they had promotion going on and probably wanted more money). Stuff also gave me a feeling like they didint want to be there, no questions were really answered too. was offere water when arrived so that was nice. Overall very clean but would not go back.

I came here from Kitchener for my appointment that I had scheduled on new years eve. I had the email confirmation and the text reminder from them, everything.. only to show up and they had no idea who I was. My appt was booked for 3, but they said they close at 3 that day. It was very frustrating and disappointing. However, it was the upper clinic that caused this mess. I dont know if they cancelled my appt and just didnt tell me, or forgot to book it in, whatever the reason was it was super annoying and unprofessional. Thank goodness for Sofia the receptionist from the lower clinic and nurse Jenay for saving the day. They were super professional and determined to get the issue resolved, even though the mistake was not made on their end. They stayed past closing to ensure that I would still have my service done and be satisfied. Nurse Jenay did an amazing job on my lip filler and I highly reccomend her. You can also be assured that your appointment will be booked properly and confirmed with Sofia. Will deffenitly be going to this location again!

This place has zero idea what customer appreciation actually means. Their business model is backwards and instead of retaining their long time customers, they would rather lose your business for a $75 cancellation fee. Just ludicrous. I called 5 hours ahead of my scheduled appointment due to a family emergency and they would not waive the ridiculous $75 charge. I would maybe understand if I missed the app altogether but not this. As a business owner myself I would be ashamed to charge this to my customers...especially if they have been with me for over 5 years. This place is a scam and due to their greed, they lost a customer who spends A LOT of money.

What got me hooked on Beauty Bar is their laser hair removal. It was super fast and painless AND my hair hasn't grown back! I've done laser removal prior to Beauty Bar, but my hair grew back after only 3 months. My best friend decided to get a package after hearing about my results and she loves it too! We are now regulars at this place. I visit Beauty Bar every week for my spray tans. Also their Hydrafacial is a MUST TRY!

I’ve done lip fillers in different clinics previously but Beauty Bar in Yorkville does it the best so far! They also have good rates. ???? I’ve done a lip filler a few months ago. The nurse said that the style that I showed her on a photo is called “Russian style”. I’m very happy with the result bc the fillers are applied differently & don’t make me to look like a duck ????. My lips look very natural. ???? I’ve done Lumecca IPL today. The nurse Anna told me that they use the latest technology IPL laser. She is very confident & knowledgeable so I felt that I’m in good hands. The first Lumecca treatment is $250. It’s a great discount on a trial treat! I was told that I will see the results in a week or so. I’ll share my experience after one week with the photos before & after. I highly recommend this clinic. The nurses are very professional, experienced & friendly. They never rush while the treatment even if you came late. In Yorkville live very picky residents therefore you can expect the best quality of the treatments in this clinic. ????

****WARNING*** Do NOT book an appointment for lip injections with “Nurse Jessica”!!! She is evidently an inexperienced/unskilled injector—as she hit a blood vessel resulting in excess bleeding and my lips were lumpy in the months following (despite my strict adherence to the aftercare directions). Even worse however was the fact that she was extremely rude. Jessica was pretentious from the moment she walked into the room. She completely disregarded my input about what I wanted MY lips to look like during the extremely brief consultation. She also tried to blame ME and make me feel as though I was inconveniencing her because my lips bled for a few minutes post-injection. She is by far the most unprofessional and incompetent injector I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. Awful experience. 0/10 would NOT recommend!!! :)

I was first recommended to go to Beauty Bar from a friend of mine who has had some procedures done here. After reading the reviews, there were a lot saying how Nurse Adrian was great, so I called and booked an appointment with him for some Botox and filler. He's amazing! Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and professional, and the prices are very reasonable. I'd highly recommend even just going for a consultation to see what might work best for you. Beauty Bar is a really great place to get injectables! It’s nice and clean, and service is extremely fast - virtually painless (you are numbed completely beforehand). Nurse Ashley did my fillers at both the Yorkville and Eglinton location, and I love the way they look. The staff are super nice, accommodating and professional. I love love love this place, the staff is great. Jaimie is the best there for facials and she does more. She literally changed my face and i'm starting to slowly glowing. I had skin issues that happened during covid and it has been a journey resolving it. Also Steph is great, she remembers clients and you don't feel like another client. Plus when they have deals, it such a steal. Everyone should take advantage when they have deals, you have no idea how much you're saving. If you haven't tried them out, make sure you do. I honestly feel so much better about myself thanks to them.

I have booked an appointment for my other half syringe and i called them today to cancel my appointment for Wednesday which is 2 days away! The girl told me that i cannot rebook because i will lose the rest of the money! I wasn't told about this ans i have always booked my 2 syringes 6 months apart! She then said oh ok no problem, are you guys trying to steal deposited money? This is unprofessional and when i initially paid for the full syringe i was told i can book my other half whenever i want, unlike today's girl Said the other half is only valid for 2 weeks after first half syringe. It was absolutely unpleasant service and felt i was being pushed to do it as of you guys don't care that i don't want my lips to be injected twice in 2 weeks and not have it done how i want it to look like.

It was very hard to get a hold of someone to book an appointment and when I finally did a month in advance... when arrived they said the booking was booked for a totally different time. They never reply to emails or messages. The girl who did my facial was very nice but I did not see any results after $280 facial. Honestly feel like you guys focus way too much on promoting on Instagram but have bad customer service in real life.

The receptionist and the other staff members have great customer service. As I waited for my turn, the receptionist ensured that the other clients were comfortable and okay by offering if we needed water to drink. I went in for the hydrafacial and the experience could have been better. The session began with a warm steam over your Face. The lady applied the cleaners and exfoliation gently by hand using small circular motions. After my face was cleaned, she applied a warm damp towel over my face (best part) then a pumpkin mask. Later she did the extraction and applied a lotion afterwards. What I wish went differently is a longer face massage, a few selections of different face masks, and at least a serum/toner applied before the lotion for the extra boost of hydration. I left the clinic with my face feeling dry. However, within 48hrs I noticed the redness on my face faded away and my most of my acne reduced in size. I would go back for another hydrafacial and maybe bring my own moisturizer. XD

I quite enjoyed my experience with the Beauty Bar Medical Clinic. The staff is exceptionally kind, especially Steph. She always held my hand when I was afraid! The nurses are very gentle. My reason for the low rating has to do with the results of their service. I was pressured into spending $1200+ on three separate PRP sessions to minimize under-eye bags. I only wanted 1 session, but Steph convinced me to do 3. It was a complete waste of time and money: the results are negligible, at best. I can't describe how stupid I feel for falling into their trap. I have reached out to them countless times to see what can be done about their failed service. When I went in person, they told me to "just wait" because I'd see results soon. 1-2 years later, still no results, and still no reply from them. Unfortunately, Beauty Bar made zero additional effort to fulfil their commitment, (by offering alternative arrangements), or even offering a partial refund. Very disappointed - will not be returning until they at least apologize for false advertising.

I'm a huge fan of Beauty Bar Laser Clinic. I visited another location previously and was really impressed. I was interested in weight loss and heard about a promotion going on for the Ideal Protein weight loss system. They knocked $50 off the consult, I got a food journal and a personal assessment. My goal was to lose16 pounds and so far I've been on the system for 2 weeks and lost 8 pounds. The food tastes pretty good too! I like the chocolate brownies, oatmeal, and the tomato soup. They also have a Coolsculpt machine for stubborn fat that I am considering but waiting to lose the weight first. One of the nurses there, I think her name was Theresa, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She's been assisting me every step of the way. I'm excited to see more results!

MORPHEUS8 - WORST TREATMENT & WASTE OF MONEY. I was told this is the newest treatment to tackle acne scars and large pores however it was the opposite as it left brunt scars on my face. I spent over 3k on 3 treatments and there is zero difference. Instead the nurse burnt me so badly on my last session that I have scars now. I complained about my dissatisfaction and I was told to email management. Never going back!

I received a service for lip fillers, overall it was pleasant experience till the end. First of all, I received no after care (no ice pack). But they were more worried about letting me know that I can leave a gratuity, even giving me the nurses personal e-transfer information. This caught me off guard as I have never been asked to leave a tip by a skilled professional. I totally understand the tipping culture in Canada but tipping a nurse on a medical service is absurd. Now I’m thinking the nurses are not paid enough at this location and they are asking for help. It is extremely unprofessional.

I can not say enough good things about The Beauty Bar! First of all the place is pristine and classy inside. Secondly you are greeted by the most amazing staff when you enter. The manager Stephanea went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable after speaking to me preciously on the phone and really connecting with me so I was already sold on going before I’d even gone there but when I got there she was so friendly and knowledgeable and really made me feel special. I was nervous about getting lip filler having a previous bad and very painful experience 3 years earlier at another place but she calmed me down and talked me through it. Stephanea put the numbing cream on me before Anna came in the room and I’ll tell you the numbing cream they used worked within minutes unlike the numbing cream at the previous place. Anna knew everything about the products, spoke to me about the needle size she was going to use and she knew exactly where to put the needle in my lips and she continually made sure I was comfortable and she looked carefully at me as she went along not rushing but making sure they were perfect and having me look a few times to make sure I liked what she was doing. I left it up to her as to what product she thought would work best for my very thin lips. As she did the procedure I felt a little sting but the pain was minimal to the point I couldn’t believe I had wasted so much time worrying about it. When I looked in the mirror to see the finished results I was blown away at the job she had done! My lips look incredible! Natural with just the right amount of fullness. She did exactly what I asked for but better. She also used filler to fill some lines around my mouth and one crease I hated that’s between my lips and jaw line. Everything looks sooooo good!! She really knows her stuff! If you’re looking for professionalism with amazing prices go to the Beauty Bar! You will feel like a brand new you and wish you’d discovered the place sooner!! There's so many good things I can say about beauty bar. The front desk receptionist is the absolute sweetest, Anna. My injector, Nurse Ashley is absolutely incredible. She has transformed my confidence level and I cannot thank her enough! They are both very informative and answered any question I've had about the process and after care. I have booked multiple services here including facials and fillers. Everything was done professionally and the nurse providing care was very attentive to making sure I was comfortable. I am very happy with the results. I will definitely be back. p.s to the person Sanam who wrote a review below me...every time you get a needle in your arm it will hurt and be sore for a few days, even with movement. You may even have a small bruise and lump to the area. It’s surprising that your doctor didn’t know that.

Where do I start.. I called wanting to know about pricing but the lady that answered the phone was so aggressive.. I wanted to ask more questions but she seemed so irritated on the phone. I called back because I wanted to ask about availability again same girl made me feel uncomfortable on the phone. Didn’t end up booking anything because when I asked for dates she said them so fast I couldn’t get the chance the write it down. I called again this morning to see if Ashley had an opening anytime soon but she told me she’s assisting other people she will call back in a matter of 15 mins.. did she call back? No she didn’t. I did unfortunately book else where. Seems she didn’t want the business. I would’ve loved to see Ashley. Next time. Hopefully the receptionist will be more patient.

I had a shot here which went on the wrong area of my arm. I was in so much pain and kept asking if this was normal as even with my slightest movement there was a sharp stabbing pain they would just say it will go away apply ice pack and have advil which didn't work. They said I didn't had to go to the doc but I still did go in tears from excruciating pain. I had no idea what was happening to my arm as the location was like a ball. The doc told me they hit me at the wrong area and this will take a few days to go away. I had to cancel my work appointments. There was zero empathy or courtesy from them. If anything goes wrong the only attitude they will give you is deal with it yourself! I have IV and shots package from them and I wouldn't take a chance with anything else.

started with tanning at Beauty Bar but soon went for my lips, botox, laser and their popular hydrafacial after receiving amazing customer service and treatments. Their staff is professional and is super friendly. They will walk you through all the steps, with no rush and will answer all your questions. Jeremy at the front desk will give you a friendly call to remind you about your appointment the day before. When you walk in, you're always greeted with a smile and are offered a Fiji water. To start off, I see why their hydrafacials are so popular. Their infuse your skin with antioxidants and hyaluronic acid so it leaves your skin smooth and soft- not like microdermabrasion which leaves your skin dry and irritated. They even tossed in a complimentry 10 minute Red Light Therapy treatment which is anti-aging. Their injection nurses are so talented, you will always walk away with the results you want. I was concerned about having fake duck lips but the nurse Rosa explained the technique she uses to avoid that and left me with very natural looking lips. I've had laser done before for my whole body at a different clinic before but it was so painful, I had to buy numbing cream before every appointment which was another expense to the already pricey treatment. I've completed 12 sessions when I have realized that I have not seen much improvement and stopped all services. The worst was seeing different results from my underarms, which proves that the technician did one side better than the other. I never wanted to do laser again. BUT THEN I TRIED BEAUTY BAR - I was sceptical with their "painfree" laser but decided to give it a shot since they had an amazing deal for the first session. BELIEVE ME - it was PAINLESS !!!Old lasers burn out and do not work as efficiently, and they have recently replaced theirs so my results are amazing !!! I cannot believe I've trusted anyone else !!! Definitely your one stop shop - you will come out feeling like a new person !! Im so hooked!!

I am really not understanding the customer service here? I called, was hung up on, called back, they put me on hold for 8 minutes, called back the next day and they told me they didn't have any appointments until late July and i would have to pay now if i wanted to keep one. Receptionist was so rude, its confusing like arent you providing a service am I not supposed to call? Before all of this I booked online and they started sending me emails saying i would be charged $75 if i didn't cancel my appointment before 48 hours. I've been here before and nurse Ashley was super cold and pretty rude. I think these people should take some hints from fresh cosmetic clinic because they're a pleasure to deal with. I wont be back.

Came in for a hydra facial last week and WOW my results are amazing. Toronto winter weather has left my skin extremely dry and dull and my facial has left me hydrated and refreshed. I have acne-prone skin and I was warned I may have a breakout (which is common for this procedure from what I’ve read online) but I have yet to experience any sort of purging. My aesthetician listened to my concerns and was extremely attentive throughout the service. My skin has never felt softer or looked more clear. The staff was warm and welcoming and felt extremely safe and comfortable my entire experience here. Would highly recommend this service to anyone who’s in need of a pampering and I honestly intend on purchasing a package so I can maintain these results as the weather improves.

I was a little weary about coming here given a couple of bad reviews I had read, but those reviews could not have been more wrong! Everything was easy, quick, relatively painless (as painless as injections can be haha), and the staff were absolutely lovely, from the first e-mail that was sent, right up until I left the building from my appointment. They offered me cucumber-mint flavoured water while I filled out my consent forms, and the nurse was amazing and listened to all of my wants & concerns and made great suggestions based off of what I was hoping for. It is killing me that I can't remember her name. Will be back!
