This was definitely a unique experience for the family. Highly recommend making a trip to see and feed the animals.

DIDNT STAY...CAME FROM HAMILTON TO SEE A MOOSE WHICH DIED 2 YEARS AGO....WAS TOLD THE MOOSE IS NOT SPECIFIED ON THEIR BROCHURE EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE PICTURES ON IT SHOWING MOOSE ON YOUR TRACTOR RIDE...WHY NOT PIT SOME MONKEYS OR ELEPHANTS ON THE BROCHURES...MAYBE ITS BECAUSE ITS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! POLITELY ASKED FOR REFUND FOR OUR 3 TICKETS AND WAS DENIED...ITS THE PRINCIPAL NOT THE MONEY....CAN SEE ELK...DEER AT HOME...CAME TO SEE MOOSE AS SHOWN...THEY KEPT SAYING ITS NOT SPECIFICALLY ADVERTISED THERE WOULD BE A MOOSE....JUST PIT PICTURES ALL OVER YOUR BROCHURE...YOU TOOK ME AS A FOOL...WONT UPDATE YOUR BROCHURES AS YOUR TOO CHEAP SO PUT UPDATED POSTER IN YOUR BATHROOM SHOWING NO MOOSE SO U COVER YOUR BUT....REALLY...WHAT BUSINESS LIES AND CHEATS THEIR CUSTOMERS...VERY DECEIVING AND UNDERHANDED WAY TO RUN A BUSINESSPEOPLE THERE IS NO MOOSE TO SEE SO DONT BUY A TICKET FOR THE RIDE IF THATS WHAT U WANT TO SEE...ITS A SCAM BEWARE WHAT ELSE THEY MAY SCAM YOU ABOUT!!!! CROOKS!!!!

Took the day off to go to the spa, the hours clearly stated the spa was open. However they changed their hours without updating any info on their site or Google. Very unprofessional.

Usually it’s amazing but my last visit I had Horrible service from a girl there who was rude and didn’t seem like she was very knowledgeable. (She might just be new but didn’t have to be rude to me) It seemed very disorganized this time as usually the staff is on top of it and so nice. Half the amenities I usually look forward to weren’t working. The food was cold which I’ve never had happen there before either so overall it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be returning.

There was a movie being filmed at the time we were staying there- not a problem except we were in the room across from production. They were up all night, talking, slamming doors. Extremely loud. We told front desk and nothing was done about it. Our sink in our room leaked and we had no hot water. Disappointed.

Cedar Meadows was a great place to stay. Being pet friendly resort we decided to try it out. Our dog has special needs and they were able to accommodate us. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean! Highly recommend.

Home grown style place with plenty of rustic charm with a unique wildlife and nature experience. Friendly staff from the front desk to housekeeping more than willing to accommodate your stay. The grounds are lovely, giving a sense of a true getaway from city life. The rooms are a little bit in need of an update hence the 4 stars.
