Great place. I have been going for several years. Erika helped get rid of all of my acne scars. She is very honest, open and kind. She really cares about the health and appearance of her clients skin.

Brutal. I had purchased a spa package for my wife for Mother's Day while she was pregnant but she was unable to use it during her pregnancy. It just expired a few days ago and they would not honour it. They were not accommodating at all and didn't even try to help. With customer service like that I definitely would not recommend this place.

If you want to see someone who will tell you you have a “gummy smile” of that “you are pretty but your skin is a mess” see Erika. She will convince you you need the injections you don’t even want. Perhaps she is just jealous of the beauty of her clients as she appears to criticize them on features which she had no right to comment on. Don’t go to her, if you’re interested in injections at least see someone who sees you as a beautiful person with or without her touch. I would give no stars if I could.

This is the only place I will go to for my injections. Erika is fantastic and I would take her word and recommendations any time! I always refer my friends who go to Winnipeg to start going to Allure in Thunder Bay, it’s just the best in the area. I started seeing Erika after an Optometrist and his wife in Fort Frances started having her do injections out of their office, and I am hooked! So glad they introduced me to her! I now started having my mother go see Erika and she was thrilled with experience. Erika just really lifted my mother’s self esteem! I can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff are great too, so personable and I found everyone I met there to be so friendly! They know their stuff. I have read some of the other reviews on here critiquing... I disagree. I love Erika and her knowledge and honesty! Isn’t that the service you would want..? Would you want someone to lie to you..? I also even found that she would not recommend certain services that she didn’t feel were needed. She’s 100% genuine and honest, she’s worth the 3.5 hour drive it takes me to get to her!
