I've had the greatest experience with Niagara Hot Tubs. At the beginning of Covid-19 we received answers to all of our calls and emails very promptly and that was critical in us deciding to choose them for our new hot tub. We decided on Master Spas and though we could have ordered all kinds of other tubs from Big Box stores - it really was the customer service that made this choice so easy. No pushy sales, honest answers and commitment to customers! The delivery was done by the owner who went above and beyond to make sure that the placement was exactly how I wanted it. They took away all the wrapping and cardboard so I had zero cleanup to do. I even loved how they put little dots on my test strip chart so show me where my chemical levels should be. If you are looking for a new hot tub - definitely go see Niagara Hot Tubs! Tell them I sent you ;)

I recently purchased a hot tub from the staff at Niagara Hot Tubs through the Children’s Wish Foundation and my experience has been amazing! From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted by the friendly staff there and helped every step of the way. Doug (salesperson) was very helpful in helping us find a tub that fit our needs (and budget) and his knowledge of them has extremely thorough. When the delivery date was arranged they provided me with their clearance requirements and the whole process went smoothly. The day of delivery Mike (Co-Owner) was onsite to setup and came back several times that day while the tub was filling so that he could go through the care/maintenance of my tub. He was very friendly. Caring for the hot tub seemed very intimidating but Debbie (Co-Owner) and staff have been there while I learned the nuances of adjusting the chemicals. I went in every week to have my water tested (for free) and get their advice. THE BOTTOMLINE: If you want to receive a fair price, get out this world customer care during the sale and have unprecedented support while you get used to your hot tub then Niagara Hot Tubs is absolutely the way to go!!

The Niagara Hot Tub staff have literally saved me from losing my hot tub and my mind. A mature hot tub came with my house and no training. I have always, always, always wanted a hot tub. At first, I was overwhelmed. With coaching and coaxing from Rachelle I have graduated from terror to mostly calm, because everything works out. During an early winter visit I mentioned “that funny noise” because I felt I wasn’t doing something right again. I swear, Debbie leapt from her office, asked questions then calmly handed me off to Doug. He nearly literally showed me how to take apart the “engine” to save my hot tub from freezing. Terrified, I did it! And I appreciated the follow-up. I could have lost my hot tub in that freezing blizzard. The health benefits of a hot tub, physically, mentally, and more, are much greater than I could have ever imagined. And my Great Goddaughter loves spending time in my hot tub too! We bought our Twilight Spa here 3 years ago. The stitching on the lid, ripped and Niagara Hot Tubs had it replaced through the manufacturer right away. Then our cover lifter arm got bent from so much awkward use. Instead of trying to sell us a complete new lifter, they made us aware that parts at a lower price were available. This company has been excellent from sales to installation as well as service. All good reason to choose a company to do business with. We highly recommend them.

I was referred by someone to come here for help, we purchased a home in NOTL that had a hot tub, never having one I needed help on maintaining it. Doug was personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain that it will take a bit of time to fully understand the maintenance with hot tubs. He let me borrow a pump to drain the tub, how nice is that. With in the last month I have been in doing water samples trying to figure it all out. Today Lisa helped me out with another water test and instructions on how to get the levels up and down to par. The ppl here have been so nice and accommodating I had to take the time to review. Thank you for all your help and future help. Your customer service is exceptional

Contacted them after seeing glowing reviews....however my experience was bad....they are only interested to push expensive hot tubs and don't disclose everything about hot tub varieties and pros and cons. The sales guy was rude and thinks he knows "everything". Good luck but do your research before going in.

I had been trying for months to get another dealer to come to diagnose and or repair my shuddering Covana cover when it suddenly failed while partially open and refused to close. In desperation I tried to repair the cover myself, but found a badly frayed cable had finally broken. I called the dealer's parts dept, but could not get anyone to answer the phone or return my call. It was now Saturday and I was still waiting for a call-back. I gave up and instead called Niagara Hot Tubs. Rachelle was there to answer my call and advised that unfortunately they did not have the part in stock, but that she would check with the manufacturer to see if it was available. And, although closed on weekends, she would email them asap so they would have it when the opened Monday AM. She called Tuesday morning to advise me the company had the part in stock and that she would try to get it for me within the week. As promised the part came in Friday morning. Not only did she send me an email to advise me the part had arrived, but after not hearing from me, telephoned me to make sure that I knew the part was in. Good thing as I had not seen her email. It's service like this that keeps customers coming back!
