Reviews of Four Points by Sheraton St. Catharines Niagara Suites (Spa)

This is a great place. It's has a homey style floor lay out. I like the privacy of having a 1 bedroom suit with a living room and sofa bed. Enough storage for clothes and other stuff. Location is great. It's not crowded. Though the furnitures are kinda out dated mid century. Bed are comfortable. I wish there are more charging outlet specially by the night table. Showers are strong which we like.

It will be great again when the renovations are finished. Currently there is no entrance or lobby, restaurant is operating out of a conference room, tile and drywall work are still being done in many areas. Work in the rooms is almost complete. Rooms themselves were pretty comfortable, love the new shower and separate sitting area.

This was not the first stay at this gem of a hotel I had made with my canine daughter. I remain absolutely amazed at the quality and attentiveness of the staff and how immaculately clean it is kept. I had no concerns about walking barefoot …

We had a great time at the hotel. It was clean and quiet. But sadly we had a really bad experience at the end. My younger daughter lost her little comforter-plush in the room, it was probably rolled with the sheets and we have been told that it has not been found. Every night is a hell at home when she realizes she can`t sleep with her little plush-blanket. We feel really bad about this.

Wonderful room and service. Only 4 because the restaurant and bar are closed. Not their fault, but it does take away an element. They are very generous with late checkouts!! Recommended!

Excellent Staff (Dan and the young lady) who I interacted with were absolutely professional and pleasant. I had to extend my stay and it was a painless process unlike other Hotels in Niagara that try to chase you out. Room was Excellent, clean, furniture not damaged. Would like to have the option for a full-size fridge. Looking forward to my next stay and trying the Restaurant as well. I strongly recommend.

During a whole day of driving, we checked in, unpacked, and wanna take a hot shower. But their bath is clotted! Pillow is yellowish. I’m quite suspicious if they sanitized the room. Very nice place. For the price it was one of the best places we've stayed at. Nice suite with the bedroom separate. Fridge, sink, small kitchen table, pull out couch, small desk plus the bedroom w ample bathroom. Pretty much everything you need. Decor was simple but, extremely clean and neat. Nothing cheap or shabby. A bit pricey paying $25 per dog per day considering they really only clean once during your stay. But, we'll definitely be back.

It has been a while I have not been so relaxed and felt like being on vacation even for one night. IMPECCABLE service and 10/10 cleanliness for their Suite! The bed was so comfy - I was extremely satisfied by the staff at the restaurant for breakfast and the evening receptionist. Thanks again for making my stay memorable. Evidence of serious water damage from roof leaks just outside our room (4th floor), appearing unaddressed and not recent. The good thing about this hotel is that they sanitize and quarantine each room for 2 days before you can get into the room. Despite the room being quarantined and not in use, I wasn't able to do an early check in which was suspicious. If the room is doing nothing and being quarantined, why can I enter a few hours early? Also, I ordered a king suite a week in advance but when I arrived, they said they had none available and gave me a room with two queens. I asked if they would compensate me at all for the last minute change and they said no. Lastly, the AC did not work in our bedroom and we couldn't get any sleep. I was disappointed in my stay. I usually love this hotel.

The Indian man with glasses at front desk was very rude and arrogant. I’ve stayed at the hotel many times with my partner and lots of staff (including the front office supervisor) but he told my partner in front of me to write down my name and give it to him. When I asked him why, he even didn’t look at me and just looked at my partner and said that he needs to protect “hotel’s security” So what am I to him? Am I the threat to the hotel while I’m one of their esteemed guests? And when I asked him for a toothbrush, he threw it at me! What an unprofessional and disrespectful staff he is! Staff was very accommodating getting our room ready a little before check-in for wedding preparations. Our room was very clean and in good condition. Temperature controls heater and air-conditioning worked great. The door cards left a little to be desired, but that would not stop us from going back. I booked a block of rooms for my wedding 9 months in advanced. on the night before my in laws my tried to check In and they said they were doing renovations and had to send them to another hotel 30 minutes away. no call to give a heads up. no common courtesy what so ever. on the day of wedding I had numerous guest that had booked a 2 room suite that were supposed to be 2 bedrooms with queen beds. they ended up being placed in a room with 2 twin beds. my 9 month pregnant bridesmaid ended up having to sleep on a small twin bed and her husband the floor. I couldn't believe the customer service or lack of it. truly disappointed with this at this hotel. would never recommend anyone stay here. they know how to take the reservation they just don't know hold the reservation and that is the most important part of the reservation. thanks for all the added stress on my wedding day! appreciate it.
