Hardly ever "too busy". Always people available to help you or explain something to you. Decent class schedule. Supplement supply and nutrition bar in the same place is nice. Only complaint is that there are no yoga classes included in the class schedule.

During my time here, I found the gym to be very "clicky", as friends of the owner seemed to be treated in a more favourable way. It was not as welcoming and laid back, as other gyms I have trained at over the years. The facility itself was fine, if one doesn't mind this type of environment.

Found that the staff in front desk are disrespectful. And absolutely no super set ... i dont really understand y not . Its a gym not a toy shop. Saw a few trainers out there some of them act like professional but they are not. They dont even know the training cycle , schedules and even the combination of compound exercises. The one short lady with a black hair seems to be professional. Being a personal trainer i should say if u do it incorrectly u have to pay for it in future . Coz u put ur body for the payback.

The best gym in sydney. It gets crowded very rarely, never needed to wait for a machine too long but some times the parking lots fill fast. Dressing rooms and washrooms are clean always and plenty of lockers available to keep your stuff. Also Personal training Is available with additional fee.

We live in Ontario but on 3 trips through the Maritimes my husband always stops here for a work out. He's been working out for 55 years and this is by far his favorite gym with very friendly staff and members. Too bad we don't live here.

Owner wouldn't honor marked price point for supplements. Quoted "you can't go by the prices marked on the shelves". Guess I will be going back to big box stores, unfortunately.

This is most disgusting gym i have ever been. The front staff even “Managers” are so rude and disrespectful. They want people of their own choice to be in gym and are very disrespectful to people of other race. If there was negative star I would have given that. “Guys you need to check your attitude”PERIOD

My experience in gym was really bad the lady manger and another lady standing on the desk will continuously watch making people uncomfortable They really dont like people of other race in their gym. I would say to the cranky manager that if you don’t like people of other country in your gym put a notice outside of your gym
