my sewer was backing up into my basement, they quickly rearranged things and made it out to clean the lines, and that was on a Friday, the following Monday had to give them a call again because the main water line coming into the house sprung a leak. again they quickly rearranged things and came out to fix my issue.

I only called these guys because they originally had installed the furnace in the place I bought (completely wrong model installed upside down, so the controls are impossible to use as they are facing down and near the floor). They charged me ~$80 to stop by and tell me the furnace is working fine when the fan will barely turn. Since the extended warranty is clearly useless I opened it up myself and cleaned dust off the fan. Fixed in less than 15 minutes.
