I called to inquire about something for my pool and Shelly happily stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes and not only answered my questions but educated me on things I didn’t even know to ask about. They offer a reputable products but appear to lack knowledge about the product they sell. Best bet is always to refer to the "company's" directions and ignore their "cheat-sheets" because they are much more complicated than they need to be.

Today I met an angel by the name of Shelley!! She went above and beyond what her job entails. I'm on day number 36 of trying to conquer my pool problems and with her help I think I will finally. This is not my first time here and they have an excellent well trained staff that are there to answer your questions. Even over the phone the service is exceptional. Thank you to you all!!

My husband called for a tech to come by to see our hot tub because it had a leak somehwere. The tech came by and told my husband that he needed to lift it 4ft high?? Although my husband stated many times to him he was disabled and didnt have people to help with lifting it the tech still wanted it that high. Then we paid someone to lift it and he said this tech guy just wanted to walk to this job and not work for it, since plumbers have to get in tight spots when they work around plumbing, so what was his problem! Anyways we got someone else to help us and told the company to not charge us for the"visit" this tech guy did for nothing at all.

have been trying to get price and delivery on some parts for a hot tub for two days now and am told after the fifth call that "these things take time". I realize that, but this is what i do for a living and it doesn't take two days to get a reply. we contacted the hot tub manufacturer directly and were given pricing but were told that we had to go through this company for purchase. Never have i received such lousy and rude service. All we want it pricing and delivery time two days later still no answer....I would not recommend them to anyone.

Can’t praise Don and his team at Wet ‘n Wild enough. Don helped me out of the goodness of his heart where so many other companies in Sudbury did not. Staff in store were great; Perry guided us and really just had a no nonsense approach to just getting into the maintenance side of things. Based on my experience I would recommend everyone looking for pool maintenance and set up to give the team a shot! Thank you again!

From one customer to the next... if you are interested in having a little piece of heaven in your backyard aka a hot tub, this is the place to buy it! From the exceptional service, amazing field service technician, to the warranty process- this business has it ALL!!!! I was guided through the process of buying with ease. Two years later we had some technical difficulties which were dealt with very quickly and the warranty was honoured without a single thread of difficulty!!! I am beyond happy with the service technician Mr. Chamberlin, the warranty process and the sales process! Thank you very much!!!

Super bonne expérience! Never had a pool before so I will make a little gift to the company for future buyers that might live outside of town as the process to apply for permit is very long and exhaustive and costly. I will make them a cheat sheet for permit application! ???? But this has nothing to do with the company! Installation crew and staff are super, knowledgeable, patient (first time pool owner with loads of questions) and my yard after install is clean with nothing left behind! Thanks, definitely thumbs up!

We had a very poor experience with Wet n Wild. We scheduled a pool opening and didn't receive proper communication on what we needed to do to prepare for the setup. The crew showed up unannounced and proceeded to do the work. Even though the pool was not completely full they still put the opening kit in, which they charged us $30 for, knowing that my husband would still have to clean and vacuum the pool and then backwash it, thereby negating the usefulness of the opening kit. When the bill came, they also charged us for their travel time, which we had not discussed with them. Following the set up, my husband and I had some questions and concerns we wanted to ask them. We tried to get them on the phone for the next week and when we did they were rude and unprofessional. If this is how they treat first-time customers, I have a hard time understanding how they have long-time patrons. Do not book Wet n Wild

They spent so much time answering my questions and sent me home with information that was made easy by the way they told me.
