My Anxious Life

Had a great pedicure and enjoyed a peaceful 2hrs with my mom. It was a bit awkward at the end as they were closing up all around us as we sat at the entrance waiting for our toes to dry so we could leave. Also, the pedicure area was a bit cool (probably so the workers don't overheat) and I wish I had brought a sweater.

Just tried to book with Haven and I missed my last appointment but did call to apologize. I was given a time, then when I gave my phone number I was told sorry actually that time is not available. I was told she was booked for the whole month of January. I asked for something next month and she booked it. Five minutes later I got a call saying Haven was not taking any clients for the year except for her regulars. Not very professional that's for sure.

Unfortunately it went all wrong. My hair is a light brown I asked for a dark chocolate brown. My hair turned out BLACK. Went home and cried My eyes out after leaving embaressed. He couldn't cut my bangs so I just said I'll do them myself. I asked for a trim on my very long hair and cut well over the 2 inch allowance I gave. The ends of my hair are totally crooked. I spent 200 dollors all for tears and embaressment.Its really hard to speak up and say something once all is said and done.i didn't want to cause a problem if I said I was refusing to pay .. I won't be returning. :'(
