I got my gel extensions taken off because they were getting too long. I walked in at 7pm and they were closing at 8. The staff did a great job of removing them but I think the techniques were wrong. I got a bright orange color and it was fine. I was out within an hour. I do recommend this place.

I came for a pedicure and the gentleman did a wonderful job. But what I disliked was watching another employee sitting at a desk and cutting his toenails!! Seriously?? He has to do this in the middle of the shop? Shoes and socks off letting his cut toenails fall to the floor and threw the clippers on the desk when he was done. Didnt wash his hands...owner walked past him twice without saying a word. Gross and so unprofessional! I wont be coming back.

Absolutely love it there. Did my nails for the first time there compared to other nails salons and they really topped the list. AFFORDABLE price for GORGEOUS nails. I can’t stop looking at my nails. Absolute perfection. And the aleovera lotion at the end really makes my skin feel softer and smells good. Absolutely professional staff, my nail technician didn’t make unnecessary small talks which I LOVED. She was absolutely attentive and asking me about my preference every step of the way. Fixed my painfully broken nail that I had on before entry like an absolute pro ❤️❤️ Definitely going to become a regular ❤️????????

I got a pedicure here and it gave me an ingrown toenail and 2 weeks after I got bio gel I was scratching my head and my nail popped off but was told bio gel lasts at least 3-4 weeks

I made an appoitment and asked for price. I was quoted $40 but when I went to pay it was $55. I was then told that the white and pink are more expensive. No one told me that s what I was getting. Just be honest with clients when they call.

The the price was great and service was good but I did have an appointment. They did not treat my hands, just quickly buffed them and glued the nails on. The colours were extremely miss leading I wanted a dusty rose pink colour and ended up with a almost bubble gum pink colour. Then for my accent nail I wanted I want sparkles, once again the sparkly polish was not what it turned out to be as was not as noticeable in comparison to the display version. Two weeks later the polish on several nails were starting to chip and fade. Although what really sparked my complaint was when I scratched my head and my nail POPPED OFF. You get what you pay for.

I’ve went there twice and both times i have left unhappy and disappointed. They always misshaped the nails, leave them bubbly, all uneven, they laughed at me and gave me dirty looks/comments when i was explaining what i had wanted done to them, some were thick and some were thin. The manager is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Was over charged and they didn’t do anything about it no refunds nothing. Will never be going back and i don’t recommend them to anybody. Worst experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon.

I’ve gotten acrylic nails here 3 times now, I would definitely recommend except for the fact that sometimes they left a couple nails thicker when they should’ve filed them down more. Overall I was very happy with the result and more then likely to go back next time I get them done!

Definitely never returning again. After being in pain from them grinding my skin after I told them they were hurting me, and made my fingers bleed I was still expected to pay full price. My finger is inflamed and sore from grinding on my skin. Not only that, but my polish was full of air bubbles, and the corners of my nails weren't painted with a double coat so they are see-through. I had clear coat all over my fingers and when I said that I wasn't paying full price for the service, I was told that it is OK and that I can easily remove the clear coat from my fingers myself. I was not compensated at all from the poor service, and after spending over 2 hours there and arguing with the owner and technician about the poor service, they told me that I still had to pay full price for the air bubbles in my nails, the clear coat on my skin and the raw bloody skin that they gave me. This has by far been the worst manicure I have ever received and experienced that I was made to pay $30 for.

DO NOT GO HERE I went here a couple times. Both times they put they acrylic on half way down my nail so after a week they looked like they had a month of regrowth, and some were lifting. When I went to get my most recent set from them taken off they literally tried to rip them off the nail bed! Without doing anything to them. When I complained they tried to justify it hurting me, then took them off properly to only damage my nails. This place does not deserve 1 star let alone 4.

They do a very good job, they have a great incentive program, they offer a great discount for seniors and students.
