Highly recommend my softub! Has gotten me through learning how to cross country ski! I use it nearly every night in the winter and take it to camp in the summer, great after a swim in the lake! Our kids love it! We have had ours for 3 years with no issues and the inlaws have had theirs for 15 years!

Really regretting our Softub purchase. Over 4.5 yrs we've had one issue after another. On two occasions circuit boards in the Hydromate needed to be replaced. Have had three issues with leaks where the liner has holes cut-out for the jets. Tub itself expands somewhat over time due to age and weight of water; however liner doesn't expand, causing liner to pull away. Softub Canada (i.e. Alain Benoit) totally unhelpful - unwilling to honor warranty, claiming water chemistry issues without even any actual inspection of the tub. However PH, alkalinity and chlorine have always been carefully monitored and maintained. Original $6000+ purchase (incl. accessories) now ready for the landfill.

I love my softub! My only complaint was that it wasn’t delivered when it was supposed to be, which may have been the fault of the delivery company but it was kind of a drag because it wasn’t ready when I expected it. However once I got it, I found setup quite simple and was able to do it all myself.

We purchased this wonderful Softub product and it took just over 2 weeks to arrive at our home. It was so quick to set it up and took less than 24 hours to heat to 104F using only cold water. We chose the 2 person size and we love the compact design for our needs. We're snowbirds so this will be perfect when we leave for the winter all we have to do is empty it then roll it into the shed to keep it clear of the snow and winter elements. The only thing I wish is that it came with a starter kit as we didn't realize it didn't have one with it but I called Softub Canada and they were very helpful and recommended a place to get chemicals immediately or I could order from them and they would send them out. If you're looking for a great hot tub without the super high cost this is the one for you! Great customer service, and best of all it's manufactured in CANADA! Thank you Softub!

I purchased a Softub last fall and have loved it since I brought it home. Amazingly, I did it all without a friend or buddy to help me - I did it all. The box went on the back of the truck, I was able to roll it to my deck and do the install completely solo. Truly portable and easy. I used it all winter and it kept the heat, which really surprised me. It's been a great addition to my backyard project.

Bought a tub from Softub for use at camp, unbelievable how much it alleviates the pain and stiffness of arthritis. This tub is a game changer for those suffering from muscle ailments. We own a water-access camp and found this tub very easy to transport. The tubs are manufactured in Sudbury and are very well designed.

After many years of loving my Softub, I have become very disappointed with it and the service being provided by dealers. I have an older 300 tub (approx 8 years old) that I sent to the dealer for a full refurbishment last September (new pump, control board, liner, exterior skin, light...) at a cost of over $3k. I figured why throw it out since one of the advantages of buying Canadian is that it can easily be fixed. By November the tub started leaking, I couldn't see where the leak was coming from so given that it was winter, took is apart and stored it until the dealer was able to come get it. Dealer finally came to pick it up and after inspection realized it was the viton seal on the pump that was the issue. Given that a new pump had been installed, it was obviously a defect. I was expecting it to be covered by warranty, but no only the part was not the labor or diagnostics. So all in all I am out another $329 plus all the hassle for something that was clearly defective. Oh yes, they were very quick to blame a chemical imbalance as the possible cause. Funny thing, the linear still looks like new and we were using it regularly with no issues. And the amount of chemicals required to cause this after less then 2 months of use would be more than just a small chemical imbalance. It is a good thing, car warranties do not work like this.

Amazing Costumer Service! Oct.13th i purchased 2 softub pillows and a tray. I went out for dinner on the 16th and Canada Post sent me a delivery notification. When I arrived home, no package. I contacted Canada Post as well as the seller (Softub Canada). The woman i spoke to explained she was new and would help find out next steps. She/ Softub Canada sent out the replacement items that day, and I received them today. Thank you so much for you're help. Softub Canada is the best ????

I bought a hot tub 30 years ago from Kevin. He came and set it up for me along with his three year old son, at that time. It was the best investment I ever made! I kept it outside all year long and used it everyday! I had to dispose of it this summer since their technician said it was too old to recover. A very very sad day it was! It is not my normal behaviour to do surveys or write reviews but my experience purchasing a new Softtub simply motivated me to share ! First the friendly competent way the staff at Softtub answered all my questions was very refreshing ! In this day of retail disappointments, to find a company like Softtub who delivers the whole package from service to the product is so pleasing. I had multiple dealings with the owner Wayne Fraser and he is so committed to making sure each customer receives the best service possible. The Softtub I purchased was so easy to transport and set up. It looks so natural and inviting on my deck at the cottage. In a matter of a few hours I was enjoying a great spa experience in a great tub. I am using it at my cottage for the summer but it is so easy to transport, I am going to set up my Softtub at my home for the winter. Couldn't be more satisfied with Softtub !!! These hot tubs are great! They are portable and only use a small amount of hydro. They use a regular household plug 110v.
