Woo hoo! I am THRILLED with my care at Serendipity. I need laser hair removal for my chin and upper lip. Monique was able to see me right away. The office is lovely; the people are so friendly. The treatment did not hurt in the least and the price was very reasonable. I could not be happier. Thank you so much. Looking for a nice valentine's or mother's day gift? I suggest - if the person is thinking of this - getting her a gift certificate here

A warm and welcoming abiance. All the staff are friendly, upbeat and positive. With having over 20 medical treatment practitioners over the past 18 years, Marika Straub is the epitome of professional, caring, responsive, informative, knowledgeable and skillful. Her professionalism and attention to medical concerns and treatment detail make her an amazing RMT treating practicioner. Keep up the amazing work! P.S. I also love raiding the snack basket filled with lucious goodies!

i got my nails done 4 days ago and the day i got my nails done, my thumb nail broke off and a day later my other thumb nail broke off, along with the gems i had on both my middle nails. when she was finished with my nails i noticed that 2 of the them were noticeably crooked but i was unable to have her fix it because i knew she was already pressed for time and she had another client right after me. very nice worker though!!

Horrible service and very unprofessional to say the least. I will never recommend or visit this place again. They need to screen their massage therapists. And once speaking with the owner and complained about the level of service all I was offered was an apology. Pathetic...????????????????????????????????????????

Serendipity Day Spa has an incredibly relaxing atmosphere, not to mention the many services that I had to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage by Monique, amazing, she has incredible pressure which I loved! So many massage therapists don't have the strength to give a good massage, but this is not the case with Monique. I also had my pedicure with Alicia, very professional and meticulous. Great selection of colours to choose from not to mention the fantastic massage pedi chairs! Great experience, will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Terrible experience. Massage therapists looked unprofessional and gave the worst massage we’ve ever had. My husband came out of it more stressed because they kept using excessive pressure even after he said repeatedly he prefers a soft touch. My therapist used a lot of pressure too (which I don’t mind) but it felt like they werent addressing proper muscle groups. They were using so much force they were grunting which was very off putting. The atmosphere also sucked... they played pop music. So distracting. We ended up going to the spa across the street and we’re met with trained massage therapists and a better atmosphere.

Had a great massage here with Josh. Warm coffee while I waited and our pre treatment interview was not rushed and somehow got on the topic of cupping. I had always wanted to try it and turns out Josh is trained!y treatment was totally tailored to my current needs...getting over a cold and the cupping assists with lymph drainage so it kicks starts my healing. Josh gave great stretching tips for my work related imbalances and will totally go back. I feel great!

I scheduled a nail extension....could not make the first appointment so I rebooked....I was running late so I phoned to notify the Spa I was on my way...there didn't seem to be a problem. When I arrived I was waiting to notify them I was there and was hastily approached by my manicurist saying I was half an hour late and and she had an appointment after me....she seemed friendly enough....I even gave her a tip. How ever when I thought about it afterwards I was disappointed that they would even approach a new client this way....I will not return and do not recommend this place for nails.... Sorry

Lazy Day

My friend and I booked a day spa experience, massage, facial, mani and pedi. Firstly there was only air conditioning in the “Lobby” not it any of the rooms and this spa is located on the second floor, so very hot and uncomfortable. No robes or sandals were provided like our other spa experiences, so you were getting dressed and undressed between services. Also there were no showers to use after a day of exfoliating massages. The music wasn’t “spa” music, so not relaxing. Both our estheticians were professional and performed well, but one of them was a smoker and the smell of cigarette on her hands was less than pleasant when getting a facial. When it was time for our massage we were brought in a room together and not offered separate rooms, we are friends but we are not a couple. Esthetician’s were not all in uniforms, which wasn’t professional looking. We did get lunch which was nice, but we were set up to eat at the manicure station to and it would be nice if there had been a different option available.

My wife and I have been to many different spas over the years. This was not an enjoyable experience for us. The layout of the spa is very cramped which doesn't promote a relaxing enviroment. Due to the poor layout and lack of sound proofing, you can expect to hear everyone in the waiting rooms conversation and every phone call at reception while getting your massage. For some people, this might not be an issue but was a major turnoff for us. The RMTs were pleasent and friendly. We booked a 1.5 hr massage but only receieved just over an hour. We had to wait awhile before going in because my file was under "Patrick" instead of "Pat". This is probably the reason for not getting the full amount of time we paid for. They did give us a gift card because of the unpleasent experience we had which was a nice gesture of customer service.
