I checked out three business that sold propane fireplaces .. and with the wonderful service I received decided to go with Nordic and was so pleased with the fellows who installed them (I bought two fire places) very knowledgeable hard working clean .. I can’t say enough about Nordic .. if you are in need of a wood stove or fireplace, or gas and propane stop in and check them out you won’t be disappointed.

took three years to get them to finish installing a furnace that failed safety certification on sale of the property. When i tried to get it resolved they denied everything. Worst company ever... they shouldnt be allowed to be in business

Hi. I had posted a review of of a chimney that i was sold 4 years ago that had given my wife and i nothing but problems . Well Jukka saw my post and came to our home and looked at out issue. This gentleman sent his team out to replace my whole chiminey yesterday. He went out of his way to fix our problem and satisfy us . We have utmost respect for this man and his company. What an amazing service, we had a wood stove installed mid covid, its beautiful and we didn't even set a foot in the show room. They did the job in one day and it wasnt a simple job and we love our wood stove. They came back doing some gas installation when no one locally would even call us back. So I am extremely pleased they have done two separate work for us one was a big job and the other was a smal job but didn't send us away and they squeezed us in even though I am sure they are over their head with work. The service is amazing, people that we have been in contact with were amazing. They do quality work and I have absolutely no problem paying for a job that was done so well.

Nordic is the best of the best! We love our wood stove and so do our family and friends! We are never cold and have the best part of winter to enjoy right at home. Bad taste in my mouth. Good quality stove and excellent installation but rude customer service. On the third day after installation the salesperson called me and wanted the valance of the bill by cedit card over the phone. The balance was one thousand more than the invoiced bill. They never mailed me or emailed me a revised invoice with the additional charges. In essence they wanted me to pay a bill without knowing what I was paying for. For the most part the charges were for additional installation costs, which is understandable but they also charged me mileage which I thought was very petty. All the other contractors did not charge me extra for a few kms out of town. My overall impression because of the billing issues is that the ae very greedy.

I had a fantastic experience with Nordic. I have a boat access cottage and needed a new stove and an insert for an old stone fireplace. The owners son and mate installed both units in a 12 hour window. They worked so intently, it was even hard to get them to stop for a quick break for a cup of soup and refused an offer for a bite to eat over Fairly priced, easy to work with, professional and very friendly. I would recommend Nordic and will have them service my units as and when needed. They deserve your business!
