When I went to never say never I was very skeptical about what it would be like as there are not very many places to go in Sudbury for makeup. The boutique itself is very small and there only 2 seats (stools) in the entire place. There's a saying that when you go to get a haircut you should look at the hairstylists hair, well they same could be said about makeup artists. I would use the term makeup artists very lightly as these people have no idea what they are doing when it comes to makeup. First of all they use the same brushes for everyone , they use products from dollarama, and have very limited colours. If you wanted any look with eyeliner good luck because they use eyeshadow and water. I went to never say never for my prom makeup and made them stop what they were doing because it looked so bad. I proceeded to pay for their time regardless of the horrid result and purchased fake eyelashes from them. They charged me $40 dollars for eyelashes that they got from dollarama for $2. (They left the sticker on the packaging) With 30 mins until pictures I had to rush home and do my own makeup. This was a very stressful and unpleasant experience and I would not recommended it to anyone. However the makeup that I did in 30 mins looked 100% better than their attempt in an hour. Do not go here for makeup as you would be better off on your own watching a tutorial.

services: waxing - brazilian i called day-of and was squeezed in. very flexible and kind. service was quick and (relatively) PAINLESS !! very good wax job - all the hair was removed, no issues with wax, pain, sensitivity, reactions, or quick re-growth. very professional. price is competitive relative to other salons in town. they offer nice little pamper pluses like heated slippers :) i would definitely recommend.
