Vy did a great job on giving me a Christmas themed manicure. It has an elegant candy cane and snowflakes nail design ???? I also had the Signature pedicure and it was so relaxing and my feet feel brand new.

The spa was very neat, clean and welcoming. Maria did my Deluxe Facial and waxing. She was so sweet. The facial surprisingly included a hot stone massage and a head massage. The pressure she applied was just right. I always value the massage in facials a lot and this was the best. Would definitely go back for more services.

If you’re looking to get some hairs yoinked from your body, Krsytal Beauty is the place to go. You can’t say that waxing is ever pain free, but of all the places I’ve been, this location is top-shelf in terms of gentle treatment. Bonus points to all the staff for all the smiles every time I go in! They’re clean, friendly, and comfortable. All the things you want when you’re subjecting your sensitive skin to the torture of hair removal. 10/10!

Everytime I've gone to Krystal Beauty the work is decent but whether I've gotten bio gel, or acrylics my nails last less then a week or so. And having paid as much as I did for my nails plus extra for chrome I wasnt too impressed. I won't be returning to get my nails done here.

Update: went in this past weekend and I couldn't be more disappointed. I use to love it there. Now I'm literally stuck with a sloppy job, a couple nails in which I can see through the paint job, the details are horribly done and the matte was missed on a couple fingers so they've got glossy and matte. I will be bringing my hands somewhere they can fix these nails very shortly. Love the service, quick booking possible, friendly staff. All around great place. I always enjoy going

Very clean and great pedicure, but definitely lacking in costumer service. I didn't have a good experience with a nail technician named Tony and the receptionist failed to offer any alternatives to resolve it. I was given two sheets to choose my finger nail colour from while I was waiting. Tony made an uncomfortable comment about my colour choice, "Trying to look sexy?". When I asked for an almond shape for my nail extensions he made a face at me, shook his head and then continued to ask me a few times if I was sure because according to him a coffin shape is more attractive. I had picked out a bright red and a sparkly red, but after he did the first two nails I asked if I could switch a colour because they don't go well together but he just insisted that they went together and didnt let me switch. On top of all that he also put a few of them on crooked. When I went to pay the receptionist asked if I was happy but didn't really seem to care about my answer. The sheet of colours they gave me to choose from were an extra $10 and when I told them I hadn't asked for shellac and was never told about the extra charge when I was given the sheet they said I still had to pay for it because "90% of our customers get shellac and I never asked for something different so how were they supposed to know I didn't want it".

I don't know why I haven't checked this place out sooner! I've definitely been missing out on one of Sudbury's hidden gems. Before finally coming in to the salon, I'd had to call Krystal's a few times to book, cancel, and re-book, due to my unpredictable schedule. I felt horrible for wasting their time this way, but the staff were more than understanding, accomodating, and flexible, making me feel like I was welcome any time. Even once I was there for my scheduled appointment, I was unsure of whether the services I'd requested were right for me. The staff explained things to me without making me feel rushed, and were able to make adjustments to my services based on my personal needs. Their prices are very reasonable, and their microblading services are the best value in town. Kim is truly talented and thorough in her wok, giving peace of mind to clients like me.

I went to Krystal Nails for a gel refill because of the great reviews online. The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed my experience. I was really happy with the shape and colour of my nails. That being said, within a week the colour started chipping off, which is disappointing because this has never happened to me before with gel polish. The three stars are for the great service, but due to the issue with the polish I would probably not go back.

I’ve been getting my lashes done for four years at another place and decided to try Krystal’s beauty for a change. The experience was sooo much better! At my previous lash place they did not ask me to clean my lashes before, they didn’t give me a pillow for comfort, and also didn’t fit my lashes to my eye shape. They would also tape underneath my eyes and then rip them off everytime even with using under eye pads so it was pretty painful every 2 weeks, plus the burning alone would irritate my eyes while driving. At Krystal’s beauty they make you feel so comfortable by putting a pillow underneath your legs for comfort while laying down, put eye pads without tape, fan your lashes in between of application as well as after, and also the feel of the lashes after is not heavy at all! I love that they recommend what would best suit your eye shape andI also find that my lashes last longer too! I have already recommended my mom to get her lashes done and I’m excited to be a long term customer!!!

This was my first visit AND my last. My boyfriend sent me in to treat myself and I was expecting a blissful experience…I had a pedicure done, my nails aren’t symmetrical and when I wanted the same color for my mani, they didn’t have a match…???????? I felt like corners where cut, filing wasn’t to par, it seemed I was quick to get in and out, and my mani/pedi reflects that. The UV light was dirty, when I placed my hands in, I felt dirt/crumbs…I’m disappointed because I really wanted to enjoy my mani/pedi and some self care time.

My sister takes us (my mom, myself, and her) to Krystal Beauty for an occasional pedicure! My sister knows about this stuff - we got shellac nails and the deluxe package (this time). The staff are professional and efficient! They thoroughly clean their equipment and discard the single use items - hygienic! Love the colour options! I had heard and read so many great reviews about this place but it was nothing but disappointing. I went in for a $45 pedicure and left paying over $70. I asked for the $45 pedicure and asked for the colour funny bunny, NOT knowing that colour was an EXTRA $5. I spent well over 1 hour 45 min drying my toes, well knowing I was putting my shoes back on. They "made sure:" they were dry before leaving as I said I have shoes to put on. I left and went straight home to see every single toe was ruined. So 50 plus tax and tip. then I called and asked them to fix them. No problem. They said I couldn't do that colour again. So I decided to do Shellac. So that was an extra $10, PLUS TAX, okay. BUT NOW, only ONE day after, they are already peeling. Very disappointed. Will not be going back.
