Always have a good experience except the last time we went for our 5 year anniversary. The diffuser was broken, the lights wouldn't shut off and as kind as the staff were they basically shrugged it off.

In these challenging times it's important that we take time to engage in self care and time to relax, that's exactly what Float Pod Spa offers its patrons. Very clean, staff were friendly and professional. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful and so relaxing. They also sell locally made items, like bath bombs and other products at a reasonable price. Overall, I was very impressed and would recommend the float experience to anyone. Support local!

We were so excited for our couples night and unique date that when we were in the couple's float we left extremely underwhelmed. The rep forgot to turn on the heat and the room was chilly and the water was lukewarm. We had an hour but I left after 30 minutes and warmed up in the shower when I told him what happened I was given a $10 coupon for next time with no compensation for the time we were actually there and left early. Unfortunately the only thing in the moment what to go warm up in their resting room with a free bottle of water which my understanding was to be provided anyways as well as tea but we never got the tea. It's too bad because we were really excited but I don't think we will ever go back

I love coming here for a float! But my last experience my pod wouldn't close so it was actually quite chilly and apperently that's a new thing where they dont close, which is fine but maybe make it a little warmer haha!

The staff is wonderful! Very polite and offers great customer service. The float itself was relaxing and refreshing. It was exactly what we wanted. Everything about this place is perfect except for the price. It's too pricey to come for regular floats, so we only go a few times per year. If the price was less we would go more often. I still rate it 5/5. The experience leaves you feeling rejuvenated and wanting more.

I have had a membership here for years. The number of scented products used has been steadily increasing. There was supposedly a note on my file that I need the farthest room from the lobby because of a scent allergy. Today I was told there was no note on my file and they can add one, then told told it's first come first served even though i had booked that room on their online system. Manager directly contradicted herself saying she could add a note but then saying a note would not do any good, then suggested scent allergies are not real and told me there is no way to book ahead to avoid the lobby's scent overload. The amount of scent used in this place is literally painful to anyone with a scent sensitivity. I have been told repeatedly they will work with me as I go there for chronic pain but the next time I go "there's no note" on my file. They are not interested in business from people with allergies.

Sometimes you need to turn your brain off and calm those thoughts. This is the perfect place for that. The float pods are big, new and extremely clean. The spa is quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I've recommended floats to a lot of people who are looking for a different calming experience. And you don't have to worry about feeling claustrophobic as you can have music sound and light to keep you from feeling trapped and alone.

I used to love this place…. Last three times was terrible…first is the random loud clanking sound…second was the program was not set to my requests…Lastly was the water was 38 Celsius and I had to get out early…I waited over 10 minutes to inform them of my bad experience and I got “ I’m glad you told us”…. It’s too bad because it used to be an oasis

Lovely place. Very clean and welcoming. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The float it self is very relaxing and calming. Definitely worth a try. The single pods are huge- you can pretty much stand up in them when the lid is closed which I know would be helpful to anyone who has issues with confined spaces. Double pod is open and huge, like a big hot tub!

The experience was nice, water wasn't the warmest and felt cleansed after.. Sudbury tap water however ruins the experience as all you smell is chlorine.. And the worst part is that me and my girlfriend have had our ears popping ever since and it won't go away.. it's like there's water in my ear when I yawn, but dry water if that makes sense.. point is my ear hasn't been the same since and same with my gf.. it's been 3 weeks to no avail.. Because of this we won't ever be attending again..

Such a lovely place! So relaxing, calm and clean. I love that they provide all the things you need to have a great float. I love, even more, that the couple who create and star in the orientation video are the same people you see when you come into the center, it's comforting to see that they have a passion for what they do and I think it makes for a more personal experience. Would definitely recommend!
