Excellent service, packed full and they managed to take me in right away. Didn’t cut me which is awesome, hard to find a nail place that doesn’t do that. Just be aware, absolutely no debit but there is an atm there.

had pedicure done today- very nice, she was very attentive and I love the service I received. My hands are not the same story.. told her I wanted just plain nails for a more natural look and she still charge my mom, who paid for the day out for shellac. I ended up just getting a polish; there is a hair running vertically down my nail and they’re already chipping. I got my nails done at 3 pm today!

Did a good job on my nails better then another place I went to they don't leave big gaps causing you to have to get them filled alot quiker. Also didn't break or fall of as easy they lasted a long time so I recommend getting the solar gel nail set

I usually get nails done from another place but due to some circumstances, I couldn’t book at the old place . I was very concerned coz I was getting my wedding nails done . I have to say that the end result was amazing . It took 2 hours but it was worth the wait. The nail artist was amazing and he did a great job.

Be careful. One staff member says one thing, and then another staff member says something different. Then they give you the manager's number to call and she doesn't answer. They might do good work, but I will never know because the customer service has been so poor.

I love that you can bring in a picture of what you would like and the staff with do their best to recreate it. I will definitely be back

Having just returned from living out west, I'm used to doing walk-ins for eyebrow waxing, but it's proven to be more difficult here, until last week when I went to Deluxe Nails and Spa. They took me right away, and my esthetician was fantastic! Their salon is beautiful on the inside, and the price is also perfect. I'll definitely be back!

Made adjustments on my review due to a misunderstanding on their products. Turns out I did get what I wanted and mistook the power application for acrylic. My apologies...so I'm happy with my service here an would definitely go back again. Only thing was the wait time. Had an appointment and waited almost 40minutes extra before being seated. Nails do look nice and my daughter also loved hers.

Today I received the best pedicure ever! I believe the young lady that did it was, "Saa". I chose the lemon (lime) and ginger pedicure. She was gentle on cleaning up my toes and fantastic with the rubs and scrubs. Although it was very busy in there, I was not rushed out. I've been to a lot of places for a pedicure but today was the best! And I love the massage chairs. ????

Technicians were efficient and methodical. Nice to see such a cohesive team working together. It would be nice to explain to newer customers the different steps in the process so that we can better understand what is being done to us. Also indicate how long the wait is going to be for customers who are seated and waiting for the next technician.

BE VERY AWARE. I brought my friend here for a full set of acrylic nails before Christmas. She decided she wanted to up keep them so we went back for her fill. An acrylic fill is 25$. When she sat down the guy said solar gel 40 dollars. So i chimed in and said no the acrylic fill for 25$ and showed him on the on their list. He now said 35 dollars...and said something in chinese to the girl next to him. Then she said something back and he said ok. So i confirmed he understood that she was getting a fill for an acrylic set which is 25$ he noded yes. We get to the cash and he charged her 40$. This place charges what they want despite what service you ask for and what the listed price is.

Bought a Gift card at the begining of may as a gift but needed to return. Called ahead of time to ask if this was possible and they said yes, I drove an hour from my residence to come and do so.. When I arrived I was told they don't do returns and they lied saying we never called (at all). Was given a managers number and they still don't know which employee answered, then the lie changed to "the call was to purchase a gift card" and that we hung up on our end. I have a receipt, date of purchase and online bank statement that shows I used there ATM because they don't accept cash. Apprently quanity over quiality is a sufficient buiseness practice for this establishment.

Been here a few times. Not the best place, okay. I usually ask for the jelly pedicure and they insist they are out of that product. Only when I tell them that's all I came for and am leaving then do they go running to the back and magically make the product appear for me and my friend.

Worst service ever!!!! Don’t waste your time. Can’t even say it’s clean.... thermostat hanging out of the wall, chocolate bars for sale in the corner full of dust, nail dryer location awful........sit to the wall or stare at others getting a pedi. Water wall full of dust and not working, towels dropped non stop from the cupboard onto the floor and then used. Sit at station no towel laid for hands. Kept my hands up as she worked, nail filings from last client on the table. Horrible experience!

I live in southern Ontario but we have a cottage an hour from Sudbury. I have been to Deluxe 3 times in the past when I have needed a fill away from home. Every time has been flawless. Little wait time, perfect shape as requested and friendly. The last time I got home my usual place commented that rhey did a great job. Very pleased.

I was told the price was lower than it really was. The nail tech made me bleed while filing my nails and said no to washing my hands after (ew, bacterial infection anyone?!?!). I was also left for 30+ minutes at the drying station and a top coat wasn’t put on one of my fingers. Another tech smudged it and when I said there was no top coat, they didn’t fix it. Didn’t receive any sort of discount and the lady at the cash didn’t have any manners. Will not be going there again.

The last few times I've gone here haven't been a great experience. I booked an appointment to get an acrylic fill and the nail technician put solar gel without telling me and I was surprised at the cash. The owner rectified the amount but awkwardly yelled at the technician in front of me. I went for a simple manicure the second time and the nail technician hardly did a good job. My nails weren't painted completely and there was absolutely no dialogue of how I wanted my nails cut /filed.

For ladies from the U.S.A. with acrylic nails. We were traveling from Sturgis Falls, Ontario to Sault Ste Marie on a cross-country adventure. I have pink & white acrylic nails with gel top coat. This salon DOES have techs who do this. I had called at least 20 salons in the town's we were planning to be with no luck. My husband found Deluxe Nails & Spa in Sudbury. I called them and spoke to Lana and she said to come right in .. we were 20 minutes away, pulling our 43 ft 5th wheel behind us. It's located in front of a Walmart store in a strip mall but there is plenty of parking for our monster sized RV. Judy did a great job on my nails and Lana did my design. They were friendly and sweet, which explains why they are so busy ... Friendly staff & good service. I very much appreciated this salon and would absolutely go here again if in the area. THANK YOU LANA & JUDY, from the bottom of my heart, for your sweet care and conversation.

This is a very nice shop inside. I have been here several times however I had a fill at their shop today and I have to say I'm disappointed. The painting of my nails is shoddy. The Polish doesn't cover the nails on the sides and some are painted uneven at the top of the cuticle. The one nail is jagged on the one side. The girl wasn't paying attention as the solar light had gone out so the nails were not hardened and she had started using the alcohol to shine them and then noticed they weren't hardened so she had to re-polish with the clear polish and put them back under the solar light. She was paying attention to everything else except my nails. Dissatisfied. I suppose I will have to find a new salon shop for my nails. Usually they are very good and pay attention to the details but not today. Just disappointed. Also .... I get the same thing everytime I go, just a different color. Always a different price. Always.
