I'm a new mom and for Christmas my husband was treating me to a day at the spa. So, I looked at multiple day spas and decided on Classic Image. I tried calling to book over 3 hrs worth of services to only get the massage therapist who wasn't able to make appointments. I left my name, number and the services I was looking for. They called me back 6 hours later, unfortunately I missed their call (at least I'm assuming its them since they didn't leave a message), so I called back 30 minutes later only to get the massage therapist again. I left another message with her but never got a call back. Not to be passive aggressive but they must really be doing well to not make an effort to book big appointments. I went and spent over $300 elsewhere.

I recommend Classic Image Skin Care and Day Spa.The staff is super friendly and professional. They sell a lot of skin care products and LUG bags! I had a wonderful massage with Mike. He's very knowledgeable and a great massage therapist! I highly recommend this spa and Mike, and I will definitely return.

Beautiful, calming space. Although they have other services like manicures, pedicures and vein treatment, I went for massage with Mel a few times for treatment after recommendations from others. She is amazing as are the other staff members I've met. Mel is always professional, pleasant and has actually "fixed" my issues with the treatments she's given me. The music is soothing and so relaxing and I never feel rushed before, during or after treatment. She offers homework in the way of exercises to do between appointments and I can honestly say I've been pain free for months !! If you enjoy massage or actually have issues with tension or injury consult Mel she will help you !!
