I’ve had MUCH better for the same price. My girlfriend felt like the whole experience was rushed, her girl skipped things my guy did. Overall, it was barely an ok experience. We will not be back here.

The nails were ugly, and they DID NOT push down my cuticles. Also, for extra sparkles per nail, it’s $5 extra. I would not recommend. Go to the one across from the mall.

These people are so incredibly talented. Bring them a picture and theyll give you exactly what they see. Or tell them to surprise you and your nails will look awesome! They have such steady hands and are so patient. They always do a wonderful job. Everyone in there is great to deal with especially Jessica, T and Helen :)

Ive been coming to Cali for years and I look forward to my appointments here. They take walk ins but I tend to find someone that I really like an book with him/her. Always happy with my nails I get great service, beautiful work and it’s reasonably priced.

Asked for a gel manicure, they put on acrylic and still charged me for the gel, do not go here if you want a comfortable manicure, pedicure was nice

I think I’ve given this place a fair shot but I am not impressed. First time, went for a shellac manicure and pedicure and it chipped by the second/third day. Second time, which was today, I got a regular pedicure and the technician cut my foot fairly bad and kept wiping away the blood acting like I didn’t see it or feel it. He then rubbed over it with a foot scrub and lotion and didn’t do anything about it. I had to cut it short MYSELF because it was bleeding too much and hurt too much to wait to get polish on and for that to dry. Still ended up paying full price unfortunately. Disappointed.

Some of the workers are definitely amazing, theres the one guy who works night shift often, I always see him, and he's amazing, made my nails look wonderful!!! But last time I came here, the lady did a good job although, at first they told me 55$, then on the sticky note they give you once they're done said 65$ BUT THEN OVER CHARGED ME 78.98$ IN TOTAL. I didn't leave a tip because she basically tipped herself, I was kinda insulted! Definitely not gonna ask for that girl again. also my nail broke within 3 days by putting away fruit sticks! How can that even happen like I mean they're FRUIT STICKS!

So my nails look good but she charged me 80 dollars and the girl wrote 70 on the sticker. I would have gave her a tip but this is gauging guys. Do not take advantage of customers. They wont come back. 80 dollars is a bit much. I figured 70. She put 70 on the sticker. Dnt steal from people.

One of the guys cut me filing my nail and my finger started to bleed but overall I’m kinda obsessed with the look. I choose ... but .... they’re kinda of thick !! I got acrylic nails and was over priced !! $80 when the man said it’ll be $70... I’m giving it 2/stars

First time going there. Paid $20 more for solar gel than I do at my regular salon and a bunch of my nails broke off within a week. Over all not impressed

I don’t know why there are so many terrible reviews on this nail salon. I went in, was there for less than an hour and left completely sayisfied with beautiful matte burgendy coffin cut gels. I will definitely be returning regardless of the price!!!

I love this nail salon. They are always so busy so I’m unsure why they feel the need to bombard you at the door by immediately asking “do you want a manicure and pedicure” it’s a little abrasive and pretty annoying. But they do a great job every time i come in otherwise and are reasonably priced.

Wonderful service, very clean and I stop here everytime I go through Sudbury as the polish lasts forever on me! Took my boyfriend for his first pedicure and parafin wax after 12 hour work boot days...loved it!

Got a shellac manicure and my eyebrows waxed. I was sitting down having my nails done when one of the employees came over, yanks my head back and proceeds to wax my eyebrows. At the same time the nail tech expected me to change my hands out from the uv light without bumping into anything. I was overcharged from the prices they had on their price list. When i asked why, they first pretended not to hear, i asked again they pretended not to understand, i asked a third time, showing them their prices and they said we already did your nails you pay now. Within a day i noticed a nail chipping, and within 3 days 7 were very chipped. I wont return.

My friend and I had our nails done here last weekend, friendly people but very pricey for the quality given! I had gel nails done and was charged 80$ just to have one chip off a week later, which has NEVER happened in my history of having my nails done in a salon ! My friend had shellac nails done only to have it start peeling not even 24 hours later! Will NOT be returning and will be letting everyone of my salon going friends to go elsewhere .

Payed 30$ for “shellac” and the nail polish fell off in 3 hours.... guys ... it actually came ALL off ... like completely off the nail. It was extremely disappointing. No chipping... it came all off ! It’s worse than drug store nail polish.

Got the black detox pedicure or something like that and it was the full works. My feet and legs are so silky soft. The neck and back message was fantastic. 100% worth the upgrade.

Absolutely terrible place. Went and was told it would be 40 but when finished and I'm stuck in the nail dryer they put a sticky note saying it was 70 dollars. I got charged 10 dollars for them to shape the nail, which apparently doesn't come in the original price, they just glue it to you and that's it, any filing, or colour is an extra. I tried going again and tried to be sure of what they we're going to charge me and when I confirmed that "okay, only 40 dollars for a normal shape (square) and one colour" she then told me that they won't serve me, obviously knowing I would be upset when they overcharge me again. Never again will I go to that place. Go to TH Nails beside Ceaser's on Lasalle, it is so much better, and the prices are EXACTLY what they have posted.
