Unfortunately went in to get a dye (from blond balayage to ash brown), wash & cut. The owner told me she would have sufficient time in 6 hours to complete this, as I had told her I was going in for a night shift and if more time was needed I could be booked another day. She insisted she had enough time. She told me numerous times the color was very easy to achieve in one session. Unfortunately, my color did not turn out at all from what I had asked for. I am left with streaks in my hair, leaving me to go to another stylist to fix the damage. At 6:00pm (after sitting for a number of hours), I had just finished washing my hair. She continued to cut my hair being VERY rushed as she knew I had to leave for work. I asked if she felt she had enough time and she said she would in 30 minutes. My hair is now EXTREMELY choppy due to the hair cut I received, as well as having had cut much more than agreed upon before the cut. I left the salon with wet hair in a hurry, and the owner continued to charge me 220$+ for the entire job, being dye, wash, cut and style. Extremely unimpressed. Honesty would have been important in this case. I highly do not recommend a stylist that stresses she has been a stylist for years and performs this type of work. Go elsewhere!
