Anyone looking to purchase a hot tub with outstanding service I strongly suggest and highly recommend Denis Morissette Owner/Operator at Mikey's X-Treme Sales and Service Arctic Spas Dealer in Chelmsford, Ontario. A new Arctic Spas dealer here in Northern Ontario. I purchased an Arctic Spa tub being that they are built for our cold winters and really do maintain their water temps. The reason I paid to have it shipped to me from a dealer south of North Bay reassured service would not be an issue. I have had an on going problem that required service for far too long and it was not resolved. When Denis opened I went to see him to discuss my tub to get his opinion and told him my story. Denis came on board with the whole situation immediately, contacted the Arctic Spa factory and made things happen for me, a firm believer in customer service. I am very impressed with Denis and appreciate all he did more than I can say, he went over and beyond anything I could of expected.
