Horrible experience. Would not warranty their products! I had a seam break in my pool liner which was only 2 years old and they refused to give me a new liner or prorate one. At first the said it is not the seam but then i came in with a cut out piece of my liner to prove it to them. The first employee said it was differently the seam and then the old man came and said 'no way' and would not hear otherwise. I even offered to send it to the manufacture and he said 'no, i'm not doing that'. They were only taking $50 off a new one 'to keep me happy'. I purchased instead at Pool Supplies Canada for $300 in savings with free shipping. These people are crooks!

I went to the store a few weeks ago to get more information on how to proceed with the down or purchase of a pool. The sales person at the counter explained that I would pay the full amount upfront and take the pool with me that same day. I advised I didn't have room to store an entire pool over the winter and the sales person seemed annoyed and told me I had to buy it now as the price of pools is going up by 48 percent next year, so now is the time to buy. The sales person also said that they, Aquacade will be the only place in business next year because other places can't get pools. I was annoyed by this and asked how he could possibly know that wet and wild or majestic pools would be going under and he explained that manufactures will only be selling to them (Aquacade)next year.... I left. I'm not going to support a business who spreads lies about their competition.

I would give a zero if I could. The company came on a Friday morning; threw in some chemicals, skimmed the cover and said they’d be back the next day (this was Victoria Day weekend). They never showed up the next day, and did not return our calls. Fast forward a week, they try and get a hold of my wife who was overseas to arrange something; she tells me so I call. Leave a message and got nothing. Since then I have made three attempts to contact Darren; and no response. Absolutely disappointing and they have caused many NEW problems for my pool now. It’s rained heavily so now the water levels are much higher, other companies are quoting higher costs now, and these guys are no where to be found. Not saying this will happen to you, but it happened to us. Horrible, HORRIBLE start to pool ownership thanks to the team over at Aquacade! UPDATE: They showed up after I posted this; by that time we had help from a competitor - Brent offered to close the pool for us - and I hope that we can count on that! Will update when that happens.

It’s been 2 months since I visited Aquacade. Contrary to the company from whom I purchased the hot tub, Mike at Aquacade took the time to educate me and provide me with products which allowed me to easily maintain and enjoy my hot tub as I had hoped. He did not have me purchase unnecessary supplies. He TAUGHT me how to maintain my water chemistry easily. Previous to meeting with him, I was repulsed by having to wipe down a grungy ring of build up around the water level, despite consistently doing treatments and keeping water fresh. Since Mike’s suggestions 2 months ago, I have not had to do this once. I highly recommend Aquacade. They are clearly committed to their industry as I believe they treated me with the utmost respect and patience, even though I did not make my initial purchase there.

David was very helpful every step of the way! Through many emails and phone calls i am the proud owner of a 21” Trinity pool. Alex and all the workers got the pool up and running very quickly in spite of the heat wave we were having! Great job guys! The one and only issue is i wish i would have been consulted on where the pump and filter were going to go. However there should be enough hose to move it if i so choose. i would not recommend Aquacade to anyone,over the past 3 1/2 years we have had nothing but terrible service.Forget to order parts,dont call back,When i first bought the tub it was replaced 3 times in the first month,once for a bad motor/pump,another time because the installer forgot to remove service screws,and another time for noisy , thumping pump.You would think the OWNER would be good with dealing with the public...NO,He is very rude and obnoxious.Also if you have them out for a service call,they just fix whatever they want and charge you credit card without even informing you.And they charge $140.00 for a service charge(which is fine)BUT ad a truck charge too!!! that should be part of the service charge as the serviceman obviously isnt going to walk to the call.They are nice and helpful when you want to buy a hot tub,BUT afterwards their service is definitely questionable.I also had black oily spots in my tub,they wouldn't even come see it,then after my warranty was up,they came and seen it and told me i need a pump seal,almost $300 later seal was replaced.But when it first had the problem with the seal it would have been under warranty .HMMM Imagine that.

Incredible! We bought a house with a hot tub and didn’t have a hot clue about how to operate or clean it. We went in on a busy Saturday morning and David gave us a full tutorial on how hot tubs work I. General and then on our specific model. He very patiently answered all of our questions (which were many and varied!), anticipated what we were thinking next, gave us excellent advice and had us with the right products in hand to test and clear up our hot tub. He also provided us with the website link to the user manual so we could learn more on our own. Shelley at the cashier desk is so lovely and friendly. An amazing experience and certainly would not hesitate to recommend!!

Received my Hydropool Serenity hot tub a week ago. Aquacade’s install team brought the tub to my house exactly when they said they would and were very helpful with the whole set up process. Not owning a hot tub before, I felt very confident in how to maintain the tub going forward after it was explained to me. Terrible experience. First this company told me how simple and efficient it would be to install a pool at my home, that was September 2020. Since then they have left pool supplies in my yard for weeks, uninstalled equipment all over my yard and when the pool was installed and I asked how to operate the equipment I was told I was too busy and should just get a automatic vacuum....(An employee did come out to help after calls and messages). I am still waiting for items I ordered and PAID for last September, because they told me I should pay everything at once as it was going to be such a fast install.. NOT the case. Stay away from this company.

Awful customer service. You will need to call several times, over several weeks or even months to get service. When following up (for the third or fourth time), the front desk will say something like "I gave your message to the maintenance person. There's nothing more I can do." And so you will never actually get a call back. Or maybe you will, but it will be weeks and weeks later. That is the downtime for your tub. Money wasted waiting for service. Recommend purchasing elsewhere if at all possible so you are not at the mercy of Aquacade's after sales service.

Horrible experience with winterizing my swim spa. Called last year, not given a date. Came home one day to a winterized spa even though it was still ready fr use. They showed up when I wasn't home, BROKE INTO MY BACKYARD by dismantling my fence, did "something" to trip the GFI to kill power, and left. Complained to Alex, to no avail. Come this spring, I open it up, Standing water and leaves in the filer compartment!! Wrote an e-mail to Hydropool with pictures and told them the whole story. They sent it to Brent at Aquacade, who promised to winterize for free this year. Fair enough. Called to book winterization this year, nobody there remembers a thing. After all of this, Alex STILL couldn't give me at least a date for winterization. Said someone would call me. When? He couldn't say. How do you run a business like that? Looking for elsewhere to buy chemical, if I can. I wouldn't given them even one star

Relaxing Spa First Time owners of a spa. My wife and I researched purchasing a hot tub. Went to many sites and stores including out of town. Once we met with Craig we new we were going to purchase the hot tub from Aquacade and boy are we ever glad we did. The service was over the top from the install to the moment we sat in the tub. We had issue's with trying to get our water set up properly by ourselves. We spoke to Craig and Dave and they worked with us until we had it right. Dave was not going to leave us on our own. He explained what was going on with our water and why it was so out of whack. Good education for us newbies. Many water test and specific instruction from Dave, we are now in the tub worry free. Well it's been two winters and two summers that I have had the hot tub been using it almost everyday (and it is wonderful) has not given me any problems I think it was worth every cent .

Winter had been extremely unkind to our inground pool! Alex from Aquacade told us that he would make it all better. Better yet, he told us that Aquacade would do it quickly so that we might enjoy our family summer. He is a man of his word. The timeline quoted was acceptable. However, Alex surprised us with an accelerated timeline and we are now spending our days soaking in the sun and swimming to our hearts' content!
