Worst pedicure ever. I think the lady may he spent 10 mins total. Didn't trim or file/shape my nails at all !! I was actually there wirh a friend who's pedicure started at the same time as mine and I had to sit a good 20 mins waiting for hers to be done!!! Better service from the other lady obviously!!

unsatisfied i have gone there a hand full of times and have been disappointed in the outcome, the one lady is rough with the electric nail file and it got way too hot and hurt, they were bumpy and way shorter than i asked. although, some of the other workers are very good and delicate.

Great experience, I took my younger sister to get her nails done for grad she had a photo of what she wanted and they did an amazing job recreating it. We both got shellac mani and pedi with a design on the finger nails total each was $70. Everyone was very friendly and huge variety of gel polishes. Also nails obviously look great, make sure to tip! One of the best experiences I've had for sure.

They don’t have colored tips so they paint the tips whatever color you want but they don’t paint them proportionate to each nail. He was rushed and sloppy because he had overbooked himself and my nails were all different sizes they were not almond shaped like I asked. Waste of money. Will never go back.

I find the quality of the manicures are hit or miss with this spa. The first time I went there my nails looked absolutely fantastic but with my last three appointments they haven't looked great. The tips of my last manicure where slanted and the surface of the nails were thick and slightly bumpy. I ended up taking them off two days later and going elsewhere as they were done for my vacation and I wanted them to look nice. On another appointment I ended up waiting half an hour past my appointment time because they had taken two walk ins. I don't mind waiting a little as I know sometimes they get busy but the people with appointments shouldn't be made to wait whilst the walk ins get taken ahead of them . I think they're too busy rushing instead of paying attention to detail. I left feeling disappointed.

Nail Garden Spa was recommended to me, and the first time I went, it was for a really quick nail repair. I was floored when they told me ‘no charge, we hope to see you again’. The place is very clean and everyone is friendly. A few days ago, my boyfriend treated me and we went for pedicures. I was so impressed! They take sanitizing very seriously (as it should be done). They line the foot bath with a plastic bag, and nail files, buffers etc are thrown away with the foot bath liner after each client. The tools (cuticle pusher, cuticle nipper etc) are in blue pouches that are sealed. My pedicure was done by Sugar and she did a really nice job! They have a good selection of regular polish colours and a huge selection of gel polish colours. The prices are very reasonable , both pedicures, acrylic on my two big toes (my nails break easily) and a clean up of the cuticles on my fingers was $75. They also have the pedicure massage chairs which feels awesome! Thank you, you guys are great!

Really disappointing service. My shellac manicure was applied too close to my cuticles so within a few days the edges were peeling off. I had to have the manicure emoved after a week. The woman doing my pedicure also dug under my toe too aggressively and cut me, which then immediately got infected and made it painful to walk. They obviously care more about seeing as many people as possible than quality.

Shellac peeling after a few days. Went in for repair, no apology, just a sense that I was an inconvenience. Made me find the same colour again with no help and after the peeled nails are repaired, I noticed it’s a different colour. They acknowledge its different but don’t say or do anything. Cutical work no great.

Just went in for a quick removal of my gel polish. They took the time to do it properly with minimal damage to my nails. Will be going back to them. Edit: I now go there anytime. They do a great job, are friendly. They also are the most respectful of your time. They don't take walk ins during your appointment. They start on time and don't take too long to do the Mani/pedi. While you still get the relaxing experience you need.
