This has been hands down the best spa experience I have ever had. Being plus size I have had some bad experiences being judged or not being taken care of properly. I felt welcomed as soon as I came in all the girls were super kind and made sure I was okay during the whole process. I would strongly recommend Illume to anyone.

In a word, "WOW!". Gorgeous space. Lovely people. Top notch products and professionals. I was pampered and felt valued beyond any expectation. Plus, since I've become extra cautious about virus' and germs, I loved seeing the meticulous care staff takes regarding customer safety. I have used both Illume Spa and Illume Hår, and I love both of them. The staff is always friendly and smiling. They call me by name, and remember the small personal details I have shared with them. Also them emphasizing clean beauty products is a huge plus for me, as I am allergic to alot of beauty products because of the additives. So I know that I can safely go here and not have a reaction to any product they use!

Formerly the Spa on Albert, Illume is as lush and revitalised as its Organic Skin care products. With a new face and new name not all has been replaced, as members of the team continue in taking the time to building personal relationships with their guests. This new location is as unique and timeless as the ladies who dedicate themselves in making you feel relaxed, refreshed and renewed. My personal experience since coming back from living overseas for a few years consisted of a glowing face from Moreen as she recognised me instantly. Even after all that time in being away (this is what I mean by personal relationship) it continued with a relaxation massage and facial by Sydney who coordinated my treatments together according to my physical and skin care needs. Overall this is the place that will make you feel like royalty in an already magical town.
