The staff was great but the room smelled musty and old and the bathroom was abnormally small. While the room was modern looking you can tell by the smell they just covered up an old musty smelling room. It wasn't very nice to smell for 2 days.

Ok overall The good : ???? Clean despite being old ???? Price was good ???? Bed is comfortable The bad: ????Room refills include what? No refill of empty tissues. No refill of coffee pods, and 3 of 4 pods were tea on first night. Luckily taking the time to go the busy one person front desk fixed this ???? ???? busy front desk, long wait time + 15 mins 3 of 4 times we went. 2 desks but only one host. ????Internet was very slow, netflix kept buffering. ????Tv was slow and unresponsive, it took 3 to 5 seconds to change channels. So slow we gave up on finding something to watch. ????Pool cold (swim workout temperature), when you come back from chilly ???? Fall outdoor activities, a hot tub or warm pool is very appreciated. ????No hot tub and water slides closed. ????Pool closed at 20h45, super early, hard to fit in the day without cutting back on activities.

The room was clean and spacious. It has also been updated since my last stay there. The only issue was the bathrooms are tight for space.

Friday night's stay was fine, however Saturday night's stay was not good. We were unable to reach the front desk, despite numerous tries from 11:30pm-1:00am to ask them to ask other guests to return to their rooms and stop the partying in the hallway. This was unacceptable and we will not be returning to this hotel again.

Very welcoming, helpful and professional. A little different due to Covid restrictions, but they did absolutely awesome. Would recommend 100%. Worth it for sure :-)

Good, clean room with a comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was good. Lots of hand sanitizer around the hotel and everyone on staff was wearing a mask, it felt very safe. Food was tasty and delivered promptly.

Would recommend this location. It was close to the Health Sciences where my Mom was in recovering from an infection after surgery. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were excellent.
