This is a beautiful space that offers a great curated selection of products and services that focus on wellness and intuitive self care. The infrared sauna is amazing! Highly recommend checking them out if your mind or body is looking for some healing.

I always get so excited when I book a massage/sauna session at Nature Folk. It is honestly the highlight of my month! The place itself brings a calming vibe as soon as you enter. Everyone there is positive and bright. I've just recently started using one of their facial products "Josh Rosebrook Acid Toner" (2x a week) and I've definitely noticed a healthy glow to my skin and shrinkage to my pores. I am excited to eventually introduce more of their natural products to my face cleansing routine.

I don’t know how to find the words for how much I love this place but Nature Folk is just what Dartmouth needed. From the ethos of the owners and the products they have curated (natural, women-run, environmentally responsible, effective, etc...), the knowledgeable and friendly staff, to the vibes & decor; this studio is pure magic! I had a super relaxing infrared sauna session (you can choose the lighting /colour pattern to reflect your desired goals like anti-aging and you have the option to watch Netflix if you feel like it!) followed by a therapeutic massage from Mel! Full disclosure- I’ve known Mel from outside the studio but she was extremely professional with me in the massage room and gave me a complete consultation to determine our best course of action which resulted in the best massage of my life! I left feeling so light and more limber. Can’t wait to get back :)

Beautiful spot! Like an urban Nordic spa in one little room. Massage with Melanie was the most relaxing therapeutic massage I have ever had. The sauna and cold shower is a must-have experience!
