My friend finally wants injections I am making an appt today, she lives in st petersburg I'm glad I got her to come here, I don't want her disappointed like I was when I went to a few other places and I could barley tell I had injections so excited to come back wish i could remember the name of the woman who did my lips, i believe it was the owner, she did a beautiful job! This is my 3rd place i have been to and she is the best! All the girls are wonderful everyone is so nice. Love Divinty!!!! Very happy. I wont be going anywhere else. Si it was Holly she is awesome! My lips look beautiful had them done twice before this and was very disappointed. Also i would like to add, i had told the girls i was thinking about getting 2 units done, they never pushed products or services, Everyone in this office is great. And i will never go anywhere else. My sister and i will be in soon!!!

I am so grateful to have found Divinity. For years I have had troubles with my skin. I'd been to several dermatologists and spas but never felt like I was getting the results or information I had hoped for. This is the first time I have felt complete confidence in the advice and services being given. I trust Holly 100% in her expertise. I trust that she has my best interests in mind. The service they provide is more than worth the investment. I have done several types of treatments including micro needling, blue light, chemical peels and relaxing facials with Frankie. All were a great experience. I'm super excited to have just started getting laser hair removal, which I have always wanted! The first treatment was quick and easy and I have seen huge results already. I recommend this Med Spa to anyone who is looking to feel pampered but also wants real results from knowledgable professionals.

I can't say enough about the kindness shown to me by this business. Services are A1+. The staff and business owner/provider are super patient in answering, what seems to the new comer, foolish questions. Their knowledge and expertise are unmatched in this industry. Some spas have an heir about them for whatever reason. Here, you are not made to feel any way other than the most important person in the room. Did I mention the atmosphere? Very high class yet not intimidating. If you are looking for a spa that is not only conscientious about safety and quality but also conscientious regarding your budget, this is the place for you. Staff is fantastic. They are so polite and listen to your needs. They really make you feel comfortable. They take you step by step and ensure your comfortable. This was my first time at Divinity Med Spa and I couldn’t have been happier. I met two of my girlfriends there and we did our own “Mini-Botox Party!” We were greeted and made comfortable with a mimosa, always a great way to start! None of us has had Botox before and Karin was amazing! She took her time asking each of us which areas concerned us the most and then explained what her recommendations were. It has only been a day but I’m already noticing positive effects! Each one of us felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards like we had a facial! Karin also has an incredible chair that has a massage option while having your Botox! We are already planning our next visit!

Everyone is very friendly and professional. They offer the latest in med spa technology and are highly skilled with fillers, Botox, chemical peels, and prescription skin care lines. Sweet Kind Warm & comforting She took her time to thoroughly explain procedure & Options Expectations afterwards & post care. Well I am so happy happy happy. No bruises no swelling results are amazing. She made me feel so relax confident and process went very smooth. Not at all what scared me from watching YouTubers. My first time was in October with Holly! ❤️ I love this place.. the atmosphere, the employees are SO sweet and welcoming (which doesn’t exist anymore), the reminder text for appointments are AMAZING, especially with drink choices!! I can’t say enough great things about this place.. I was upset when my last lady who did my Botox stopped doing cosmetics until I found Divinity! Since then, I tell EVERYONE they need Divinity in their lives. Divinity Med spa is the BEST place to go for any treatment you need! Everyone is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They will never sell you services you do not need (even though I have tried lol) and these ladies are the greatest in their field. Is there anyone better than Holly for injections? No. Their prices are great, and they have wonderful sales every month (follow them on facebook, they post them at the beginning of and during the month.) I have been going to them for over 5 years, after experiencing a horrible filler nightmare at another local spa. I have always been thrilled with whatever I had done at Divinity. EDIT AGAIN - Why are my photos disappearing on here AND my new spas reviews? I see you left the two photos I mentioned in my review to not make it obvious?! Wow! And this is after messaging me through FB apologizing! EDITED TO ADD - Holly, I'm not sure why you TWICE said you cannot confirm if I'm a patient.. Are you trying to imply I'm not? I've now posted proof through my receipt, maybe this will jog your memory. I also posted my email to your office to avoid any further confusion. I do see in prior reviews you've just flat out said "we have no record of you as a patient" so maybe your "cannot confirm" is the equivalent when you KNOW someone is a patient but want others to think they're not. As for the rest of your response, how disgusting to tell a patient their review is "suspicious and ludicrous"! Really? It isn't bad enough that I was left with a deformed upper lip, now I have to prove I'm a patient because you don't like my review? THAT is suspicious and ludicrous. I understand this review isn't what you'd like to hear but your response is uncalled for and incredibly unprofessional. I'm sure you can't give medical advice online but I'd love to hear what YOU think of my lip and the huge pimple that burst open? If not an infection, than what? And what does California have to do with MY lip? --------- Let me first say that I feel awful having to write a bad review but also obligated as I had an absolute nightmare to deal with! I got my lips filled here and initially walking out I thought they looked good, a little white in some spots but I figured it was just the ointment. Then I got home and noticed they were actually white bubbles and lots of them.. I don’t freak out because I figure swelling can be an issue (little did I know this WASNT swelling). A few days after that, one of my bumps started to get red and form like a pimple. I emailed pictures and sent a message to the email I was instructed to use, as she had already seen a bump on my lower lip that she said to let her know in a few days if it’s not going away. I got no response back.. Mind you this was the form of contact I was told to use, which makes sense since I needed to send photos. That bump ended up being the least of my problems. I have done a ton of research prior to this because I like being prepared and also knowing what could happen. I followed ALL the correct aftercare steps. When my swelling went down a bit my lips were so dented and bumpy I couldn’t even find a photo online that looked close to them! I was in utter SHOCK, I couldn’t believe how bad they were! Thank god for masks because I looked like a freak! I’ll share a photo of the top view and straight view of my lip for reference. As well as the red bump that popped. I found out that the white bubbles were actually superficial filler that was placed incorrectly. I was so irritated after paying just over 1k! I set an appointment for Kybella and I ended up cancelling because you couldn’t pay me to go back to this place. I have Botox banked there and won’t even go back for that!! After receiving no response from Divinity I went to another spa just down the road for help. They were absolutely wonderful! I was put on antibiotics immediately and given the injectors personal cell number so I could text her over the weekend if my pimple opened up. I was SO grateful for that because it did, she calmed me right away and told me how to treat it at home. I had the filler dissolved at the new spa and they were so incredibly kind to me. It was really scary not knowing how bad my lip was going to get and if the pimple would get bigger. Having them for support meant the world to me! After the filler was dissolved I got filler by their injector and have had no issues at all! ZERO bumps or dents! I am so relieved to be done with this nightmare and so happy to have stumbled upon my new spa! I’m posting this just to help other people like me. I don’t wish this on anyone but I really wish I had been warned before wasting my money and dealing with all this mess. Such a hard lesson to learn..

When you walk into Divinity Med Spa, you leave your stress outside and your greeted by the friendly staff, and transported to a peaceful place.I had my first visit to the med spa for a facial and it was amazing. My second trip was for my first Botox and Juviderm fillers. Holly and Kelly made me feel so comfortable, explained everything they were going to do, and made my experience just perfect. I just read a bad review from someone claiming to have had her lips injected by Holly and claiming that her treatment did not go well. The entire review could not be further from the experience I have had with Holly and everyone who works with her. I have known and have been treated by Holly for over ten years. She is the epitome of talent, honesty and perfection as far as doing the "right thing" for her patients and her staff is exactly the same way. I have gotten my lips "done" and botox and so many other amazing treatments at Divinity and can only say this review is nothing like the reality I have experience because it's just not Divinity! Love Divinity!! I wound never go anywhere else. By the way, their customer service is impeccable. I personally DO NOT believe this review is legitimate--just not possible.

I went to Divinity for Botox which I have been several times and had no issues. Last minute I decided to have lip fillers done not knowing anything about it. I trusted the staff with there knowledge and I was 100% satisfied with my results. They walked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable. I was given all the proper instructions on what to expect and the do's and don'ts. I was also told to call immediately if I experienced any issues(which I had no issues). Divinity Med Spa is by far the best Med Spa and the cleanest I've ever been to. Their staff has always been available to answer any questions I've ever had. Let me first start by saying the new spa facility is GORGEOUS! I visit the spa once a month, and as I gaze at the beauty I am surrounded by, I still find myself finding little nuances I did not see the month before. As soon as I walk through the door I feel like I am at total peace, as if I were transported to another realm, distant, calm, and peaceful. After stepping in and being transported to my peaceful realm, I am met with open arms by the welcoming and caring staff who make me feel right at home. Of course my favorite part is seeing DJ who always has a big smile on her face to match her huge heart. I cannot say enough about DJ, as it is hard for someone like me to relax, even in such a peaceful environment, but DJ who is always her caring and calming self, puts me at ease quicker than one can say....Shhhhh...rest now....you are in my care. I also have very sensitive skin, but I trust DJ with any and all recommendations, and she is on point each time, with no side-effects, which in part is due to the spa's all natural ingredients, which smell wonderful. When I use the products at home, it takes me back to my relaxing realm, Divinity Med Spa, always reminding me they are not too far away. Not only will you leave the spa feeling glamorous and relaxed no matter your age, you will also feel a great sense of pride when you purchase certain items, knowing part of the proceeds go to much needed foundations. The staff was OK but they sure are interested in selling products that you're not interested in. When you ask them about a product that you really aren't interested in they advise you differently to a higher priced item.

As soon as I entered, I was greeted right away and was offered a beverage during my wait. There was very little wait time before I was guided to the room where I would be receiving my treatment. Holly went over the treatment and helped me in choosing the right treatment that would be best fit me.I was a bit nervous but Holly and Kelly made me feel comfortable and my nerves went away. I absolutely love my results (Restylane kysse) and I’m so happy I had it done. I will definitely be a returning customer of Divinity Med Spa and will refer them to my friends/family. I have been thinking about getting my lips done for over a year now but was afraid of looking fake. I decided to go for it and made an appointment at Divinity Med Spa. First let me say the place is beautiful and clean, the staff was so sweet and friendly - I was really impressed. Then I met Karin, who was really awesome! She took her time to explain everything in detail, listened to what I wanted (and more importantly, what I didn't want) and went over the different filler options till we decided on Kysse. The procedure did hurt a bit, but the numbing cream and vibrating thing they used definitely helped and in the end it was so worth it...I LOVE my lips! They are perfect! This what they looked like right after and she said they'll look even better in a few weeks. I'm so excited - thank you to Karin and to Divinity - I'll be back for a hydrafacial!

I would not recommend this Med spa to anyone. They pressure you into getting something without giving you any information on the procedure.The only good thing about this place was the specials they had going on, but they cared more about my money than making me feel comfortable and confident. Glad I didn’t go through with the procedure because I found another place 100% better.

Divinity Med Spa definitely deserves 5 stars! To start the facility is gorgeous. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I have never had filler before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Holly was amazing! From the beginning she explained the different options and what would be best for the concerns I had. She was very professional and at the same time made me feel so comfortable. Great staff..pleasant and kind. Receptionist in gift shop is a sweetheart. Have to call them Monday to book my service I just purchased on Lazor Hair removal so excited to begin treatment!! They have great deals going on!!
