I recently purchsed a new home which came with a hot tub. I have no experience at all with hot tubs so I came here to get some advice. Robin was more than helpful. He spent a half hour going over everything. I also scheduled an appointment to have one of their technicians come to my house to service the tub. They have all the supplies and knowledge you need.

Great hot tubs for cold weather. Don't waste your time or money on any other tub for use in Canada. Ours runs perfectly after 7 years. Low cost to run and the salt water option is well worth it.

I would like to echo John’s review as it covers much of our experience with Arctic Spas Dartmouth. We did quite a bit of research as well and asked incessant questions via email and in-person and Kris was patient, approachable, professional and always willing to help. His knowledge of their spas helped us choose the right one for us. We bought the Spa Boy with our spa and we love it. The gentler scent and feel on my skin and hair is exactly what I was looking for with my scentiivtiy to scents. Our spa was delivered last week on one of the coldest days of winter and Kevin & Billy didn’t bat an eye. They were also patient and professional and happy to guide us through the setup and use of the spa. The post purchase service has been equal quality with Kris continuing to answer our few questions about chemicals until we get the hang of it. We highly recommend Arctic Spas for both their spas and outstanding service; they’re second to none!

Don't have enough good words to describe my experience with Arctic Spas in Dartmouth. After meeting with them around Christmas with my wife I decided to get her a replacement tub as a secret present. The showroom personnel were nice and courteous answering the many questions I had and were accommodating to my every request. Kevin and Matt who delivered the tub were fantastic. Set everything up in exactly how I wanted. They were very friendly and the introduction to maintaining the was thorough and complete. My wife was taken back by the surprise but in the 2 days we have had it, she has been in the tub 5 times. Thanks Arctic Spa's!

I did a lot of research on different types/sizes of hot tubs before finally deciding to purchase from Artic Spas of Halifax. The customer service is beyond compare. The friendly staff is always ready to help whether via phone or in person visits. I've had the hot tub for almost one year and it's been a great experience. We had a small crack on the filter casing and rather than repairing or sending away, we were given a brand new one, no questions asked. A great bunch of people and a fantastic business to deal with. I live two hours away from the city and you would think they were next door!

Just had our tub delivered, and have to say that in an age where quality, direct customer service is becoming a lost art, this outfit excel. We tried a few different places when we were initially shopping, and Arctic Spa was the only place where we felt properly attended to. We didn't know much, and we had a LOT of questions, and the person we dealt with was brilliant. Friendly, informative without making us look dumb, spent AGES with us as we hopped in and out of the various models, left us alone when needed, was right there when we had questions, and not once did we feel pressured or 'hard-sold'. Went back a few more times as we deliberated, and had the exact same excellent, no-pressure experience. Ordering was easy, changes we made were dealt with swiftly, and as for the delivery guys - wow, Kevin and Rob (?) were friendly, knowledgeable, super-helpful, and really focused on getting things exactly as we wanted them. Superb experience from start to finish, and a fantastic product to boot. Highly recommended.

I bought my first hot tub from a competitor, had some issues and service was always a challange. I then bought an Arctic Spa tub. What a difference ! The product is excellent, effecient and easy to maintain. I was so impressed 5 years later I upgraded to a newer Arctic Spa tub with more options. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Artic spas for over 10 years and the service has been fantastic. Whenever I have a question, wanted extra options or needed assistance in water management, Robin and his team were always willing and able to help. I referred 4 friends, my son and daughter who have all purchased Hot tubs. No one has had a bad experience. These guys know how to provide excellent service for their customers before, during and after the sale.

Service Service Service what more can I say from start to finish and everywhere in between every phone call returned promptly took care of us before during and after the sale. Im enjoying the tub with salt water no itchy skin and no worries with a 5 yr warranty also considering the excellent service I have no doubts at all that should I have an issue it will be dealt with the entire staff have made this a pleasurable experience with no pressure or up selling. Do yourself a favour and put them at the top of your list. Yes there are cheaper alternatives but sometimes you get what you pay for and this is definitely one of those times. We purchased our Artic Spa tub 5yrs ago from the Dartmouth store. The sales support was excellent, thanks to Robin and his father, and the after sales experiences have been outstanding, thanks to Rod. Robin and his staff have taken care of our spa from supplies, annual maintenance, and re-staining the enclosure. We had one issue with a motherboard and the service department was out within 24hrs and had the tub back up and operating. Oh and it was in the middle of the winter...... I would give this business a 10 star rating on a 5 star scale..... We are a happy Artic Spa Owner!!! Scott & Carol Lynn
