Highly recommend timeless medispa! Was in and had several treatments done by Michelle and Andrea. Both ladies are extremely proffessional, friendly and make you feel totally at ease. Started of with the Forma facial which was very relaxing. My face felt tighter and more firm all around. I had laser hair removal on my underarms and bikini area. Noticing shocking results after just one treatment. Can't wait to see what the next treatment will do! Also had IPL on my face for dark spots from sun damage. The difference is awesome! My face looks so much more clear and smooth. Lastly, I had the morpheus 8 treatment. I can see a noticeable difference in my jowel area. Looking forward to my next visit !

Since the day Timeless MediSpa opened their doors, they have been delivering services and products which exceeded my expectations. I have wanted to do laser hair removal for a looong time. Probably about a decade. But it’s definitely a luxury and I wanted it done properly and professionally. Unfortunately in our area previously not only were there limited options, there were none. It is quite an intimate setting and I wanted someone I felt comfortable with, someone that used the best technology and knew what they were doing (because I didn’t and I needed to trust them completely). Michelle did not disappoint. Her equipment is of the highest quality. She is warm and friendly, while still being extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will be finishing up my laser hair removal within a couple months and will be trying the face peels and treatments next for tighter pores, elimination of age spots and overall brightened and enhanced complexion. I’m so excited to have a medispa locally that continues to expand there service menu. I’m sure after the facial treatment I’ll find other things to try. Highly highly recommend Timeless for whatever your beauty needs are. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll come away feeling refreshed, pampered and cared about.

I went in for a forma facial with Andrea, it was super relaxing but I took a before and after and with only one treatment I could tell how much better my pores look, how much firmer my skin felt and the overall balance and tone made me feel like I was glowing. With each one I’m told it only gets better so now I’m hooked. Also started using the alumier skin care line and nothing’s ever been more worth it in terms of what it’s been doing for my skin. I no longer look at my skin mid day and feel blah. It’s really helped balance, brighten and tighten and I believe it’s doing all I’ve been told when I’ve now actually been seeing the changes and getting compliments. Thank you so much!

The staff are very helpful I was dealing with nurse Jenny and Michelle. I have had one treatment so far for my rosacea. I can already see the difference. My freckles and age spots are almost gone so that was a bonus with the laser treatment. I can't wait for my second appointment.

I went to them for fractora treatment. I had perfect skin, just wanted it for tightening purposes. I was left with what looks like enlarged pored (basically scarring) in the the nasolabial fold area (where local anesthesia was used and they went extra hard). When i contacted them, she had asked me to go there and she was going to send me back with lightening cream. Im sorry but as far as i know, lightening cream doesn't heal pitted scarring. Anyways, i simply wanted her to show me that she was willing to take responsibility for her actions, but was definitely not going to go back to them because i didnt trust them. But instead, she sends me a pic of my before photo and circles a small pimple i had in the area saying i had bumps before. I wish i could share the photo here, its a joke. Bumps and pitted scarring are two different things as far as i know. Anyways long story short, i was very disappointed with their service. I will be fair and say that i drobe 4 hours in total to do my treatment with them because a friend of mine recommended them to me. But i am extremely disappointed in what they have done to my skin. RESPONSE BACK TO OWNER: I AM A REGISTERED COSMETIC NURSE, I WORK IN THIS FIELD, YOUR SOLUTION FOR LIGHTENING CREAM FOR MY NOW STILL PITTED SKIN IS NOT GOING TO BE EFFECTIVE. IT IS NOT PIGMENTED, IT IS PITTED, BECAUSE YOU SIMPLY WENT WAY TOO HIGH AND CAUSED TRAUMA.
