All the hygienists and staff are awesome, super helpful and fun. Plus the chairs have a massage setting. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

An oral health experience like no other! Karyn & her team are very thorough, caring, kind, and SO knowledgable. I have learned more about my oral health in the past 18 months while going to NDH than I have in 40 years of attending dental appointments. This clinic is a space of non-judgment, education and optimism. The staff meet you where you're at with your oral health working with you to establish achievable goals that will improve your oral health, and overall health. The first time I had my teeth cleaned at NDH was an eye opener... I had never felt that my teeth had been cleaned so well! Every time we leave the clinic we feel better educated and so well cared for. 5 star experience for sure!

I have been going to NDH since they opened and it was just Karyn, Over the years they have moved and welcomed new staff. They staff are always very welcoming and accommodating. The staff at NDH always works with my families busy schedule and being a busy family we love that they offer text message letting us know of our upcoming appointments. Karyn is very knowledgeable and spends time with her young clients educating them on property oral health prevention. (and sometimes us adults need that also) I also like that they offer safer products that are free from harmful ingredients.

What I love best is when I go for a cleaning im not in and out in 20 mins ,I have seen huge improvements in my children (8&13) teeth from her interaction with the kids and teaching them proper oral care.

Poor customer service!!! Do not reply to email, messenger, text or calls! Had an issue with misbilled appointment (billed for a service I did not approve of for my child, also only a Dentist should be preforming) and NDH will not reverse or correct the issue. Have been in touch with insurance company and all NDH had to do was reverse the wrong code, I was even willing to pay for the cost of the mistake. Aleta was not helpful at all, did not respond to me and Karen did not respond to my messages. Went in to discuss face to face and was told there was nothing else they could do for me. I work in a dental office an know they can reverse codes to make it right. Be VERY careful of what this business bills out as you may get a suprise when you go to your reg Dentist appointment. Very unprofessional and upsetting that such a simple error could have been fixed. This $25 mistake is now going to cost me $140. Pretty disappointing service All around. Denise

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and try their best to meet all your needs. Fantastic experiences from Day 1. First time I attended an appointment with an oral health professional and did not feel upset, frustrated, or put down when I left. My teeth were clean. I was comfortable. The staff - both Hygienists and support - were fantastic. Warm, welcoming. Focused on education and prevention, as well as treating whatever the current infliction or ailment may have been. Karyn + her staff focus on developing your knowledge base and working within parameters that are feasible for each client, rather than within a broader (yet more closed) scope of education. I have been a regular and faithful client for more than 3 years, and I will never go back to the traditional dental office. My gums and teeth are in better shape than they have been my entire life. And I am always keen to go! Even when you cannot speak, the discussion is interesting and positive. An inviting atmosphere, now improved at their new location. And the massage chairs - perfection! Worth your investment in time + not a significant impact to your pocketbook. LOVE LOVE NDH.

I went to Norfolk Dental about 6 months ago after ignoring my teeth for years.. The Staff was Amazing as i know they wanted to tell me how much i neglected my hygiene. They told me professionally what i needed to do and how to take care of my teeth. I can now say I can eat Corn on the Cob without worry of losing a tooth.
