I love this place, I had a fantastic, relaxing facial as well as a great pedicure! Pedi was shellac with a black layer with galaxy like sparkles on top (see Image!) The owner is wonderful and very knowledgeable about skin care! I 100% am going back. Gonna treat myself to a massage! Will update the review once I've had a chance to try that service out. Also had my eyebrows threaded. The pain is definitely harsher than waxing (at least for me) but the results are amazing! #bestbrowsever *edit* I have finally had a chance to get a massage. Treated myself to a head and neck massage....JUST what I needed. I have a desk job so my neck and shoulders can get tight and the head massage is wonderful. I needed a nap after lol. Can't wait to go back!

I love my nails, they look great. I was offered coffee or tea upon my arrival which was nice. The lady who did my nails is really friendly and asked to make sure I liked how my nails were looking as she worked. I appreciate that she took her time; she didnt seem to be rushing like techs at other nail salons. I already booked my next appointment. I would recommend this salon to a friend.

This salon is the most expensive when comparing cost to quality of product received and, most unprofessional I’ve been to. In terms of professionalism both husband and wife act like they are doing customers a favour. She leaves to go hang with him while doing nails and he leave business to come and collect pay while being rude. If you go to a salon and they cannot replicate their own photo, run. If you go to a salon on Saturday and it’s empty, run. I never thought I would pay $50 for the tacky acrylic I left with…uneven, lumpy (showing joining and colour uneven. They even glued my skin).They are poor business people with no regard for peoples time and money. Honestly, please don’t waste money here. Biggest mistake and rude husband, so disrespectful.

I booked my bridal party at Lavish Nails for this past Thursday. There was some kind of miscommunication and they thought it was booked for Friday (the day I got married), however, when my sister-in-law checked in, they had my appointment booked for Thursday. I felt like they were blaming me by saying I booked the wrong date. If I had booked for the wrong day, then they should have called staff in right away when we arrived to make sure we were looked after. They were understaffed and we were running behind to get to the rehearsal dinner. My SIL painted her own nails when she was supposed to be getting acrylic nails. I got shellac and within 3 hours it was starting to chip. My nail polish is now peeling off (it's been 5 days). The offered us free pedicures which is great, however, I don't feel we should have paid for poor quality service and for us to paint our own nails.

Very professional, even when dealing with rude customers. I highly recommend this shop, they do amazing work at wonderful prices.

The owner is lovely, she is so nice and caring. The pedicure I had was the best I've had in a long time. I have been twice for a fill and both times it was terrible. The technician did not sanitize the station before or after me, a person sat in my chair at the same station immediately after me. The tools were not sanitized after me, she immediately went to work on someone else with the same tools. The technician rushed through the fill and both times my nails turned out crooked and uneven. I thought after the first time that maybe it's because I'm new she has to get used to me or she was busy. But the second time wasn't any better.

Very unprofessional. I purchased a groupon coupon online for eyebrow and upperlips threading, but seems like they didn't like it. On call, the manager was okay for eyebrow and upperlips both but she refused to do my upperlips by making an excuse of the current covid scenarios. but if i would have corona then you can catch it by touching top half of the face as well. She also mentioned to not use coupon again.

Just moved to Simcoe and this was the first nail place I have been to here out of lockdown. Lindsey was very friendly and did my pedicure with great care. I told her my issues with my heels and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time and took her time doing my feet. I have gotten many compliments on them. Thanks Lindsey!

They are using illegal monomer it's called mma, on peoples acrylic sets, the owner will hire anyone even with no experience at all and allow them to work on clients. This place is so unprofessional. The owners son answers the phones, he knows nothing about the business, he will give you a different price every time you call. The nail tech they have working there knows barely anything but yet she is doing nails.

My first visit to-day at Lavish Nails Medi Spa and I am very pleased and impressed. Nice bright, very clean, neat and organized and staff are excellent. Owner is a lovely lady. Tiffany did a great job on my pedicure. I am happy to of found this wonderful gem and definitely will be returning and sharing my experience with my peeps. The lady I dealt with was very kind, however overwhelmed by the owner relying on her for everything. Unfortunately my nails turned terrible, they are way to thick and my cuticles are scabbed from them being ripped. They hurt so bad I couldn’t barely pick anything up. They overcharged and the owner should be doing dog grooming not a spa for humans.

Ladies were super nice, clean and professional. I got bio gel + nail extensions, but my thumb nail starting cracking not even 20 minutes after I left. I went back and they redid it for me. But now two days later I’ve had to cut two nails down because the nail extension fell off and the nail polish itself is peeling. I’ve never had a manicure break and peel this fast especially considering I spent $70 including $5 tip. I don’t know if it’s the products they’re using or what but I won’t be going back.

I have NEVER had my nails start to fall off in less then a week, and just after a week nails are literally coming off. Got a full acrylic set august 7th and now I’m already missing nails. For the money I spent, I would expect better quality.

The owner and the employees were so incredibly nice I had an amazing time and the nails and the pedicure I received were very nice! I definitely recommend this salon!! I would also like to add that the owner and the girl that did our pedicures were amazing I feel as though the girl that did my nails was really rough she also did my sisters pedicure and cut her by jabbing her nail into her toe and caused it to bleed and still is in pain 5 days later I found that she didn’t put in the effort to talk or get to know the customers she had she also didn’t sanitize and use all the same products on me she would have other clients

They were understaffed and I felt as though the women who did my pedicure rushed through it, as soon as she finished she went to the back room and did not come out again. After waiting 10 minutes for my nails to dry I got up to pay and the other woman who was in the middle of someone else's pedicure had to stop what she was doing to check me in.

This place is Fantastic!!!! Staff were very professional, courteous and helpful! They took our party of 6 and managed to fit us all in. Even stayed a bit late to accommodate us! I got a shellac mani and pedi and 1.5wks later, it looks like I just left bc they did such a great job, and I’m very detail oriented and picky about detail. The massage chair was amazing too!

They squeezed some friends and I in and even stayed after hours to make sure we had a great job. massage chairs were amaizing, everything was very clean and everyone who worked there did a great job. Since we were not from the area, they gave us a list of places to eat and check out and we were not disappointed. Very happy we found them!

Very Reasonable prices but it's out of the way so I would expect it, and friendly staff but inconsistent service. My friend and I both got a Mani and pedi mine took only about an hour plus some dry time which is what I would expect and decent quality wise. My friends on the other hand took over two hours for both which is unreasonable. Also a lot of miscommunication for appointment times.

Forget Kathy's. Lavish nails just opened up & is so beautiful. Everything is so tranquil and calm, a real spa experience just walking in. The owner did my treatments and she is the nicest, friendliest woman. So gentle and took much care to make me perfect & comfortable. I had a hard time leaving. She also has several spa treatments I plan to try. Hot stone massage sounds good to me. Do yourself a favour and go check this place out, prices are great too
