Steven and Noah at Hot Tub Hero saved my hot tub from the pumps freezing. Called late Sunday evening he returned my call Monday morning, I had a 1/2 inch of ice built up and my breaker kept tripping, he had a solution immediately. Steven showed up next day first thing and on the next visit Noah and Steven solved the issue, can't thank them enough for the professional, efficient and honest service they provide. Hot Tub Hero is the real deal!!!!!!!! Have had another service guy before called hot tub guy do not waste your money or time.

After asking around to friends I was told (by more than one person) that Steven was honest, reliable and to quote one friend 'a hot tub MacGyver'. Steven promptly replied to my service request and did on site visit to diagnose same day. Following day I was presented with 3 solutions. Decision was made and hot tub repaired later that same day! I would recommend Hot Tub Hero to anyone looking to have their unit service or repaired!

Was told my hot tub would be up and running over a month ago. Weather did delay a few days, then we were told he was waiting for help as he had to move the tub to repair a leak and then nothing, no follow up, what so ever. When I called it took over a week for them to call me back. Finally ended up going with another service. All they said was sorry, sometimes it happens, we get busy. Very disappointed, this is no way to run a business.
