Do not go here!!! Very poorly run!! Had a massage booked, was 3 minutes late, after calling in earlier to say that i was caught in traffic(traveling an hour and half out of town!), was greeted by the owner saying "well it's not going to be much of a massage!" He was so rude to me that it stressed me out! It's a spa, I was going to de-stress and it did the opposite!! A year ago I also had a bad experience when my husband booked me hundreds of dollars in treatments and within 6 hours my nail polish had chipped! Mostly it's the owner that bothered me with his poor people skills! They will never see my business again!

As a first time customer (but someone who has had massage for over 30 years with a number of practitioners), I discussed with the massage therapist beforehand which areas I needed to have worked on and how I generally communicate with the therapist during the massage to indicate whether the pressure is okay, etc. The therapist took issue with me having a say in my own massage and pointed out that as the professional, SHE would not be "a robot", but would decide which areas needed attention and the depth of pressure etc. I tried to convey to her a metaphor, using something that happens in life other than massage therapy, where it's important to listen to the person being touched. As someone who has experienced unwanted touching in the past, I need to feel confident the person will not do things to me that I do not like. I used intimate encounters as an example to try to paint a picture of "listening" to the other person and not just doing whatever one wants.The therapist said it's nothing at like that and that her classmates would be shocked to hear such a thing. To clarify, let me say that OBVIOUSLY, massage therapy is not an erotic encounter. I am well aware I am not at a "Rub n Tug", nor would I want such services if they were offered. But in order to explain rationally about considering the clients' preferences, I was looking for some other human activity to compare it to that involves touch. Well, there aren't many examples I could have used. Massage therapy isn't like holding hands is it? It's not like changing a baby's diaper. It's not like getting a haircut or my teeth cleaned. Inasmuch as it involves one person touching another person's body, and that that other person should feel safe and comfortable and ultimately IN CHARGE of what happens to their body, massage therapy is like that. A mature and experienced person would not have a hard time understanding this. So because she seemed so uptight I asked her if she was comfortable treating me. She said she wasn't. And quite frankly, I had found their militant approach to Covid enforcement a bit much. I have a medical exemption from masks so I wore a shield as requested. But when I arrived a man appeared at the door demanding I use their hand sanitizer (which I had just used as I exited my vehicle). But he would not let me in unless he visually confirmed the application and so I applied it again in front of him. I found the whole experience stressful. They were very rigid and controlling people and were in no way able to provide a relaxing or comforting atmosphere.

Best spa ever! Samantha is the best massage therapist ever. I told her what type of massage I was in for and all went very well. It is a relaxing environment and the staff were very friendly. My stress level went away and I felt very relaxed after that AMAZING experience. Everyone needs to go to Elements Day Spa. Highly recommend the place.

When you first walk in you notice the size, and quite frankly you say to yourself, "where is the rest of the place?" Don't let the small fool you, and the small makes it intimate, and warm and very personable. Scott the Manager is a gem, kind, gracious and knowledgeable about the entire planned community. The staff where all warm and attentive. My RMT was a goddess. Sylvia found all my aches and pains, more specifically tendonitis in my right arm. She found it, worked it, and it has never felt better. My lady ordered a bottle of prosecco (you can order food also) and the day was perfect. The pool the view of Lake Erie from the pool deck, just incredible. You will make your next appointment before you leave and literally, i spent a good part of my business day there. I love this place, I am looking forward to my return.

I had the best massage! Great RMT that really deals with your areas of concern, and isn't afraid to dig into your problem areas...Have also been in for pedicures, manicures, and facials in the past. The staff and experience is always amazing!

I had a massage with Samantha whom came highly recommended and she didn’t disappoint …she was very knowledgeable and really cared about helping me, I have some bulging discs , I really feel she can help me, can’t wait for my next visit. The view is spectacular, love the location.

Aside from the absolutely stunning view and the incredibly professional staff, this was by far one of the best spas I’ve ever experienced. The registered massage therapy that’s so great, the owner herself performed the treatment and she even included hot stones at the end. The acupuncturist takes an entire hour it doesn’t rush anything and really cares about healing any kind of health problems. I highly recommend this place as it’s not only incredible but it’s located on an absolutely gorgeous piece of land! I can’t wait to experience the rest of the spa with the steam room and pool and showers once the Covid lockdown it is over!

Go early to enjoy the warm salt water pool and sauna before your treatment/mani/pedi etc. Nice little seating area to relax poolside. Shower is awesome and staff very friendly.

Beautiful spa, and very friendly, welcoming warm staff! I was very pleased with the outcome of my service, I recieved a French manicure and it looks amazing! Very reasonably priced for the wonderful services you are getting. Absolutely loved the pool and sauna on a cold winter's day!

It is a beautiful spa and in a wonderful location, however I find the customer service not the friendliest. The girls that work there are very nice but the guy running the front desk isn’t the nicest. I called to book a manicure for 2 people. I had a gift card for a manicure. I was told that we could only get solid colours (no French) as there wasn’t enough time so I asked for a different day. They booked us in. When we got there only one of us was allowed to get a French as there wasn’t enough time!!! Both of us pretty much finished our manicures at the same time in the end though so in my head I am thinking, would it have really mattered to give us both what we want!!?? Make the customer happy!! Not a single other person had come in during this whole time so there must have been time to give us both what we wanted.. Then I went to pay and I had to pay extra even with the gift card because their prices went up so I had to pay the difference! (The gift card was just purchased last month). And I left there spending quite a bit of money for a manicure that I am not the happiest with. If I could post a picture of my nails, I would! But the white lines on the French tips are not even straight.. they are all over the place! I feel I could have done a better job myself. I will not be going back. It is a beautiful place, but the service and the job done are just not worth the money spent there.

I always look forward to getting a massage at Elements Day Spa. Sam and I on my first visit discussed what areas I felt needed the most attention. I am a Nurse and have a shoulder that was injured and continues to require attention. Sam listens and reacts appropriately about my concerns. With her treatments I will be able to continue working as my pain is erased after having a massage. The atmosphere of the spa is relaxing and refreshing . With the COVID precautions that the Spa has implemented I feel safe in continuing to go there even during these difficult times. Sam gives the best massage I have ever had!!

I always have such a wonderful time and experience when I go to Elements. I love how clean the spa is and they do a wonderful job following the covid rules. I like that as soon as I walked in I was handed hand sanitizer, it made me feel very clean and the spa very clean. Sam is an amazing therapist, I have seen her a couple times. Her indie head massage is the most relaxing treatment ever. I have also had a regular 60 min treatment by Sam and she did such a wonderful job. She was able to help me with the back pain I was having, I love that she listened to me when I told her the pressure was too much for me. I can't wait to come back and try out other services.

Recommended by a friend, I came here after a long season of working and training. Staff at the operation were welcoming and well knowledge. The location was very scenic as it sits right beside Lake Erie. I came for a massage and left feeling refreshed and a bit more flexible. The RMT knew their trade and I will definitely be coming back. This was my first spa experience and I was very blown away.

An very relaxing atmosphere, the staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in to when I left. My therapist completely understood my areas that needed attention. My therapist also took some time with me to show me some stretches that would help with some pain I was having, which I thought was wonderful.
